Sehr schönes Apartment direkt am Meer

Der Aufenthalt in diesem großzügigen Apartment war sehr schön. Direkt in der ersten Linie am Meer an einem sehr guten Strand mit direktem Zugang von der Terrasse. In der Anlage ist es manchmal etwas laut- das liegt aber vermutlich am spanischen Lebensstil und der baulichen Substanz. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig (fast schon zu ruhig)- Geschäfte und Restaurants sind -bis auf eine Strandbar- alle einige Gehminuten entfernt. Der Zug nach Barcelona funktioniert gut, dauert aber eine Stunde Fahrzeit. Zwei größere Supermärkte in der Nähe vorhanden. Alles sehr schön!

Excellent séjour

Nous avons séjourné une semaine à Cubelles. L appartement est très bien agencé et équipé. Il est très propre. L accès d un côté à la mer et de l autre côté à la piscine rends l appartement très agréable. Il y a quelques restaurants à proximité mais il faut avoir une voiture si besoin de faire des courses ou autres. Point d amélioration : mieux identifier sur l annonce les charges supplémentaires eau électricité gaz et frais de ménage obligatoire

Lovely property, very close to the beach.

Property was spacious, clean & well equipped. The beach was literally across the road, very safe with lifeguards & mostly very quiet. Good shared pool to the rear. Che Charlie beach bar also very close, good food & friendly staff. Great location. Supermarket within walking distance. Very enjoyable stay.

Grand appartement en face de la mer !

Nous avons passé une semaine hors saison dans cet appartement avec deux enfants. Il est grand et propre. Bien équipé pour des enfants (lit, chaise, bol,...). Une belle terrasse et un p'tit jardin, juste en face de la mer. L'immeuble a aussi une super piscine avec une plaine de jeux ! Idéal donc avec de jeunes enfants. Pour moi l'appartement a un bémol : l'insonorisation. On entend la télé des voisins, les voix, les chaises qu'on tire.. dommage. Hors saison heureusement l'immeuble était à moitié vide ça ns a donc pas beaucoup dérangé. Mais à savoir quand même pour les sensibles..

Heerlijke locatie

Fijne locatie pal aan t strand. Ruim appartement goed uitgerust. Vooral geschikt voor gezin met jonge kinderen gelet op de locatie. Helaas veel sleutels noodzakelijk voor het beheer. Eigenaresse is enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Appartement très bien situé - très bien organisé - très propre - la proximité de la plage et l’accès à la piscine sont idéal. Commerce à proximité - je recommande vivement ce lieu. La plage est idéale pour les familles avec jeunes enfants - pas trop de monde même en Août, fonds très plats de la mer, plage propre, douche de plage.

Appartement spacieux et idéalement situé

Logement tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. Situé au RDC d'un immeuble, il est assez spacieux, propre, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Il dispose de 2 belles terrasses, une donnant sur la vue mer et l'autre sur l'intérieur de la résidence et la piscine. Une piscine assez grande pour les grands et les petits. Il est idéalement situé en 1ère ligne de mer, avec une très belle vue sur la mer. La proximité avec des villes comme Barcelone, Sitges, Salou et Tarragone est un vrai plus pour visiter la région sans faire trop de km. La propriétaire est charmante, réactive et toujours disponible. A noter que seule la terrasse ayant vue sur mer est équipée de table pour manger et de sièges pour se détendre. De même que seul le séjour dispose d'une climatisation. Les autres pièces sont toutes dotées de ventilateur de table. Un seul bémol, 3 des 4 chambres donnent sur l'intérieur de la résidence, et donc sur les espaces communs et la piscine; il en résulte le bruit des résidents le matin tôt comme le soir tard dès lors que vous ouvrez les fenêtres pour dormir compte tenu de la chaleur.

Blick auf das Meer und gleichzeitig ein Pool für die Anwohner der Anlage. Pool ist gepflegt, Tischtennisplatte steht auch zur Verfügung. Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet Einfache und unkomplizierte Abstimmung! Gerne wieder- wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

total relax with the best views

we spent a wonderful 3-week vacation at this comfortable, well-kept apartment with patio with direct access to the beach. loved the overall calmness of the place, the nice beach, very shallow, perfect for small kids; the possibility of long walks along the beach; well-kept and beautiful community area with pools and minigolf. it can get a bit noisy on long august evenings, but it didn't bother us much. the front terrace is a gem. the communication with the owner, and everybody, was nice and prompt. we would definitely like to come back there. thank you, Merce!

Tolle Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer!

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und mit 2 Bädern ausgestattet. 2 Zimmer mit Doppelbetten + 2 mit Einzelbetten. Küche ist auch sehr groß und mit allem ausgestattet. Und das Beste ist der direkte Zugang zum Meer durch das eigene Gartentor! Und einen Süßwasserpool gibts oben drauf. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!!

todo perfecto - great location

we loved the appartment. we stayed there with my husband, grandma and 2 kids. Merce was great and very helpful. Beach is wonderful and our favourite resto Flamita just a walking distance away. Mercadona shop as well within walking distance. There is mini golf for kids in the closed quarter - so you may take the equipment with you - (surprisingly the China market which is normally perfectly equipped with cheap toys and is close to Carrefour did not have it). THANK you Merce! I reccoment the place 100%

Ruhige Lage mit Meerblick

Die Wohnung hat eine hervorragende (und ruhige) Lage direkt am Meer, dazwischen befindet sich lediglich eine (kaum befahrene) Straße und die Promenade. Es ist einfach nur herrlich, am Morgen auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken und dabei auf das Meer blicken zu können. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, an der Ausstattung fehlte wirklich nichts. Alles in sehr gutem Zustand und auch die Anlage (mit sehr schönem, großem Pool) hinterlässt einen gepflegten Eindruck. Die Angaben in der Beschreibung sind zutreffend und die Bilder zeigen absolut den Ist-Zustand. Für Ausflüge ist ein Mietwagen fast unerlässlich (ebenso ein Navi, vor allem um die doch recht teure gebührenpflichtige Autobahn C-32 wenn nötig umgehen zu können). Allerdings kann man vom Ort (Cubelles) auch mit dem Zug fahren (z.B. wenn man dem doch eher anstrengenden Verkehr in Barcelona entgehen möchte). Der nächste größere Ort mit diversen Shoppingmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ist Sitges, ca. 20 Minuten entfernt. Ein großer Supermarkt ist aber auch vor Ort fussläufig erreichbar. Ein ganz großes Lob gilt der Vermieterin, trotz später/verspäteter Ankunft nahm sie sich dennoch die Zeit, uns nicht nur die Wohnung zu zeigen, sondern uns noch eine Menge Tipps bzgl. der Umgebung zu geben. Ein Karte vom Ort hatte sie auch für uns. Sehr freundlich und zuverlässig, bereits von der Beginn der Buchung an. Vielen Danke an Mercè. :)))

Superbe!!

Nous avons passé 1 très bon séjour à Cubelles. L'appartement est propre, fonctionnel, a 1 vue splendide sur la plage de sable fin. La piscine communautaire est parfaite également . Un peu de bruit le soir jusqu'à Oh/1h au niveau de la piscine. Nous étions avec nos 3 enfants (3, 6 et 10 ans) et tout le monde a apprécié!! La propriétaire est très accueillante. L'immense plage était quasi vide... Nous prenions le train à Cubelles et en 50' nous étions en plein centre de Barcelone (33€ l'aller-retour pour 5 pers) Nous retournerons avec grand plaisir dans cette location.

Wir waren zum vierten Mal da!!!

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Die Küche ist groß, die Bäder sauber und geräumig. Die Zimmer sind hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal. Vom kleinen Garten aus, geht es durch die Gartentür direkt gegenüber auf die Strandpromenade und an den schönen, breiten, feinsandigen Strand. Obwohl es sehr warm war, wehte meist ein angenehmer Wind und wir saßen perfekt auf unserer Terrasse zum Essen und Entspannen. In der Gegend sind nicht viele nicht-spanische Touristen. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut: mercadona, carrefour, lidl, dia... Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist zwar eng zum Einparken, sorgt aber für einen sicheren und kühlen Platz. Auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung ist der recht große Pool mit Liegewiese und kleinem Mini-Golfplatz. Wir baden aber lieber im Meer ;) Die " Strandbude", direkt schräg gegenüber, ist sehr zu empfehlen, leckere Tapas und Bocadillos! Und zum Schluss noch ein Lob an die Vermieter: sehr nett und herzlich! Sehr nette und herzliche Vermieter.

Very happy.

We booked last minute and were very pleased with the location and the accommodation. There were 5 of us (3 teenage kids). Spacious, clean and the owners were very nice to deal with, extremely friendly and honest. The location is in a residential area, so well away from any other tourists, but a short car journey to Sitges (15 mins), and Barca (under an hour). The apartment overlooks a beautiful quiet sandy beach which is very easily accessible. We will try to return again there soon. Andy

Magnifique appartement front de mer

Appartement spacieux et très propre, literie de qualité. Une terrasse face à la mer et une côté piscine. Les prestations sont parfaites. Belle piscine avec jeux pour les enfants. La plage est très propre et la mer très agréable. Nous entendons le bruit des vagues depuis l'appartement. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de français dans les alentours, une véritable immersion avec les espagnols. La situation permet les visites entre Barcelone et Tarragone, sans oublier Port Aventura. La propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible si vous avez des questions. Nous recommandons vivement cette location!

adresse à conserver Precieusement !

Nous avons passé 2 semaines en aout 2010 dans cette location en Famille et nous sommes tous d'accord: Revenir l'an prochain . Grand appartement spacieux avec 4 chambres avec 6 couchages( 2 grands lits +2 petits lits ) 2 salles de bain . Nous avons apprecié la terrasse face à la plage et la piscine . L'appartement est bien equipé pour cuisiner en famille( lave linge,fer à repasser ,frigo congel ,Plaque gaz et four ), bonnes literies , TV par satelite mais seulement 2 chaines Francophones ( TV5,Direct 8 ) ,Parking souterrain ( place assez petite ) . Nous regretons l'absence de connexion internet WIFI . Bravo à la Ville de Cubelles pour la propreté de la plage et des rues . Pour decouvrir Barcelone : 45mm de train qui longe la cote pour etre en plein centre ville de Barcelone ( carte de 10 voyages 27€ ) et des trains toutes les 30minutes (type RER parisien) . Un supermarché Mercadona à 5 minutes à Pied .

sejour genial

cette location est idéale pour des vacances en famille et meme avec des enfants en bas ages car toutes les portes fenetres sont sécurisées de facon a pouvoir ouvrir en grand sans craintes qu ils partent seuls. L appartement est très bien équipé, très bonne literie, accés a la plage et piscine direct très agréable, terrasse face a la mer pour repas avec vue imprenable et les loueurs sont très agréables. Je recommande cette location sans aucune reserve.
