Studio coquet très bien situé. À la fois central et calme !
Ce studio est bien aménagé. Bien adapté pour un couple, voire un couple avec enfant (on dort sur le canapé clic-clac deux places. Et un lit une place facile à deplier/replier). La déco est sobre et de bon goût tout en étant chaleureuse. En hiver, le chauffage est bien présent en cas de besoin. Au premier étage avec une vue dégagée vers le lycée Massena. À la fois central et calme : à quelques enjambées de la coulée verte, du tramway, du vieux Nice, de la place Massena d'un côté, de la place Garibaldi et du MAMAC de l'autre. On peut tout faire et visiter à pied. Et, depuis ... Ce jour, le tramway depuis l'aéroport ! I LOVE NICE 💛💙💛💙

Top Wohnung in Top Lage
Zuerst einmal muss ich Sylvain ein Riesenkompliment aussprechen. Sehr sympathisch und jederzeit erreichbar. Auch das ich 2 Tage zuvor eine anfrage gestellt hat er binnen Minuten geantwortet. Zur Wohnung kann ich mich den positiven Bewertungen nur anschliessen. Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein und sehr sauber. Dazu muss man erwähnen das die Lage echt super ist und wenn man ein bisschen Geduld mitbringt findet man auch ohne Probleme einen Parkplatz in der Nähe. Vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal.

It was a very nice vacation. The apartment is very cozy and clean. There are all the necessary utensils and appliances. The owner is very helpfull. The apartment is close to the old town. Near the apartment there are shops and the beach.I will recommend this apartment to my friends. Квартира небольшая, но очень уютная. Хозяин гостеприимный, приятный в общении. Никаких проблем не было, все было отлично. В квартире имеется вся необходимая бытовая техника и посуда. До пляжа и Старого города менее 5 минут пешком. Так же близко и до главной улицы, где расположен торговые центры и магазины. Если еще раз поедем в Ниццу, будем останавливаться только у Сильвиана.

"Liebevoll ausgestattetes kleines Appartement mit allem, was man in einem Urlaub braucht, ausgestattet. Auch die Lage ist ideal, mitten im Herzen von Nizza, wenige Minuten vom Place Masséna, der Promenade des Anglais und der Einkaufsstrasse Jean Médecin. Zur Bushaltestelle nach Montecarlo oder Cannes sind es nur zwei Minuten. Mein Sohn (17) und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der Vermieter ist supernett und sehr hilfsbereit. Rundum: ein gelungener Urlaub."
