The living room welcomes you with a wood stove, comfy sofas and New 55 inch TV to gather with family and friends. The dining area leads to the fully stocked kitchen in this 2 level vacation home.

The loft area has a pool table, queen bed and futon. The 2 bedrooms on the main level provide a queen bed and the master bedroom a private bath. The large deck has a gas BBQ and hot tub. Relax in the hot tub while dinner is grilling under Sunriver's year round sunshine.

Cozy Get Away!

This was such an cozy and nice place to stay. Was a prefect get away for my friend and I. The hot tub was a great plus on those cold nights. Loved the amount of natural light that we got throughout the day. Would 100% stay here again

Perfect Sunriver Vacay

The house was exactly what we needed. Great walking location, nice deck, dining al fresco, teens loved the pool table and perfect place to call home for a summer vacation. Would definitely book again!

Great home base for Sunriver adventures

This home had room for our family of four (with two teens) to spread out comfortably. The patio furniture was perfect for hosting a dinner on the deck with friends, the kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable. We'd stay here again!

Great Affordable Sunriver Getaway

Check in was easy. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels. Home is dated but I thought the price was great. The hot tub was very nice. The whole family had a great time.

If you have not explored Sunriver, Oregon, you ought to put it on your list. This property is perfectly located in Sunriver for easy access to shopping, dining, bike rentals, coffee, wine/beer, golfing, pools, spa, parks, tennis and pickleball courts....you name it, its here.

What a great house!

We loved this place and will stay here again! The beds were comfy, the place is very inviting and relaxing, it has everything we needed. Only problem was that the hot tub did not get hot. Regardless, we still had a wonderful time.

Cute House in a Nice Location

The property and house are well situated and quiet. Close to everything in Sunriver, we enjoyed biking, the SHARC, and nice walks. The beds are comfortable, but at least one was very squeaky. As other reviews have mentioned, the kitchen is pretty outdated, but totally functional. The deck and outdoor setup is very pleasant and we enjoyed our stay.

Great Sunriver Cabin

The cabin was a great basecamp for Sunriver adventure. The downstairs area has the two bedrooms and a nice living room. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. There are bikes in the attached closet/shed, but I would bring my own bikes next time as they are varied in size/condition. Overall, I was very impressed and had a great stay at this location.

Great Relaxing Getaway

This property was above and beyond what we expected. Very easy to schedule, check in and locate. Beautiful home right in the middle of a fabulous neighborhood with walking/biking trails, water park, tennis, pickle ball, horse back riding, river, etc. The home had its own hot tub, stove fire place (which included logs) and pool table. We WILL come back! Loved it

The property was well maintained. The hot tub was the best. We did not use the passes, every time we drove by it was so busy. (Plus we had no kids with us). The bikes were a nice way to get out early in the am when it was cool outside. The only thing I wish I had was more lighting in the house. But my overall stay was great.

Decent affordable house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is small, dark and had several maintenance issues when I arrived. The property managers were fantastic about getting them resolved but I was a bit put off that they had not been handled before our stay. It just seems that the owners have deferred a lot of maintenance. However, we still had a lovely stay. The beds were cozy, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, we enjoyed the hot tub and the layout was great for an extended family getaway. Was great to be in Sunriver at a reasonable rental rate.

Casual, comfortable place to land

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed over Thanksgiving with our two adult children and their partners, six of us in all. The living spaces are small, but comfy, and we enjoyed a few pool tournaments and time in the hot tub after hiking and XC skiing. Everything is in decent shape, although the lighting, especially in the kitchen, could use a little help. We were able to make a traditional Thanksgiving meal with a little creativity—the oven is very small, but worked well. I brought the roasting pan, and although there was a large and motley collection of pots, pans and baking sheets, we still could have used a 9x13 pan, a ladle, and a cheese grater. Loved the location, very convenient! Thanks for the stay!

Nice Location and property management company, but house is outdated

Our family enjoyed the location, size of the house, property management company, and hot tub. The house itself was outdated and not very clean. It’s obvious the owner doesn’t invest much in this house. The kitchen needs new pans and utensils. The bike selection was poor and the bikes weren’t in good shape. The house was dark and hot (no A/C). The plumbing was bad. Furniture was old and uncomfortable. The house wasn’t cleaned well at all! We had a great time and Sunset Lodging is great, but we won’t rent this house again

Great Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at East Butte 22. A couple of minor little problems upon check in, but they were fixed very fast. Our Wifi router was not working, the service tech came out Saturday night, when we checked in, to replace it. One sink was not draining in the bathroom, fixed the next morning. I would say that if you are not up at the crack of dawn, don't sleep in the upstairs loft area, it is bright in the morning, but there are two other rooms downstairs to choose from. An upgrade on frying/saute pans would be nice, there are some really old Teflon ones that can't be safe to use anymore, luckily we had some camping pans with us.Other than that, it was lovely! Loved the pool table and hot tub. The outdoor deck was great!

Nice house, needs maintenance

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was almost electrocuted when my foot stepped on an electrical cord and it contacted another frayed cord, which popped and sparked and blew out the lamp it was connected to. The internet kept going out, we had to call the company to have it reset and have someone come out. The downstairs TV/digital converter didn't work. The kitchen faucet cold knob has no stop position. Kitchen area rug has unsafe turned up corner which was a tripping hazard. Upstairs toilet seat has tight hinge and doesn't open all the way. Dining room area rug in poor shape. One reclining sofa doesn't. Some hot tub jets appear weak or nonfunctional. Despite these problems, we like the house- kitchen is well stocked (although it would be nice to have 1 empty cabinet for groceries), bikes, grill, hot tub were handy. Good layout for our family, downstairs 2 brs have sink in each room, but share toilet/shower. Good for teen boy and girl, while parents used the bed and bath upstairs. Netflix and pool table got lots of use. Good location for us near Fort Rock Park. Would not recommend to others until maintenance is addressed.

Cleanliness was subpar. My 4 year old dropped a toy under the bed and didn't want to get it because it was "disgusting." Overall we enjoyed our stay. Nice amenities.
