Great condo in Downtown Aspen

This condo was very conveniently located just a few blocks for the heart of downtown Aspen. Everything is very walkable. Beds were comfy and the space was clean. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Great location for a girls weekend

Great Location!

We were in town for a wedding and had a great time exploring the town of Aspen. Everything was in walking distance, which was super convenient. The condo was clean and had exactly what we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

The condo was very nice, clean, spacious & perfect for our family. I loved the location being so close to all things happening in Aspen. We loved having the pool & spa there! Perfect for summer. There was a strange noise coming from the air & when I told the manager, she apologized and said it was a newly installed unit and she’d get right on it. We loved this place & would definitely book again.

Great Location!

Condo complex was in a great location. We could walk to the gondola, downtown Aspen, and the John Denver Sanctuary. Beds and layout were comfortable and the kids loved the pool and hot tub!

Perfect stay in Aspen

Our stay here was fantastic! Condo is perfect location to Rubey Park with easy access to all four mountains. Condo was a great size for our family of 5. Kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook. City Market just a quick 4 minute walk away. Amenities at the complex were a nice added bonus. Ivonne was fantastic and very responsive. Will definitely come back!

Great place!

The place is in an amazing location and is very nice and spacious. We had 6 people and it was great. The pool was also very nice to have! The place has no A/C, which wasn’t mentioned, so it got a little warm. Fortunately there were plenty of fans in the closets and Aspen weather doesn’t get too hot! Overall would stay again.

Great Aspen Condo!

My family and I (husband and two teenage kids) stayed at this condo for 5 nights. Overall, we had a great stay! Check-in was easy. The layout allowed us to spread out. And, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make several meals at home. We enjoyed having the pool to relax at after a morning of hiking or biking and we all enjoyed having the small gym. The location was also perfect - just a few blocks into town (and the grocery store!). This condo is on the 3rd floor (with no elevator) so it wouldn't be great for anyone who has difficulty with steps. And, there is no air conditioning which we knew in advance. The fans in each room were helpful. Overall, this is a great condo and it was more reasonably priced than many of the other condos we looked at for our week. Thank you for a great stay!

Nice place, convenient location

We enjoyed our stay. The days we were there were on hot side for Summertime in Aspen, so lack of AC made it a tad uncomfortable in the secondary rooms, but I would stay there again. Easily walkable to all that Aspen has to offer.

I just love getting away to visit Aspen! The beauty is breath taking in the Summer, Fall and Winter alike. I purchased this residence primarily for the location. Being able to walk to the gondola, shopping or some of my favorite restaurants makes my penthouse a favorite.

To own a piece of heaven in Aspen has always been a dream of mine. There is no better place to visit and relax.

What makes this property unique

My property has all of the conveniences I was looking for in a second home. Swimming pool, hot tubs and a work out area located on property gave it an extra bonus. Walking distance to the supermarket, shops, restaurants and coffee shops... not to mention the beautiful Aspen Mountain. You can also walk to the bus station that for free, will take you to all the local mountains and Maroon Bells!
