Ficamos 5 pessoas (3 adultos, 2 crianças) no apartamento durante 1 semana, perfeito para família. Cozinha equipada com tudo o necessário. A localização é perfeita, mesmo em frente à praia. Fomos recebidos por Alice que é muito simpática e prestável.

great location but pool closed until july
great location, clean, well equipped with cleaning stuff ,had air con plus heating. But the pool and pool area is closed until july so no outside space. Bedding clean but tired and had to make own beds on arrival, also no bath towels so got own and left them there.Still had a good time

Très bel appartement pour de superbe vacances en famille

Apartamento Coblanca 192 en Benidorm
El apartamento, vistas, acceso esta perfecto. Solo que para instalarse alli como lo hicimos nosotros 4 personas en este caso matrimonio y dos hijas se queda muy pequeño ya que solo hay dos habitaciones con dos camas de matrimonio y habitaciones muy reducidas. Además no te proporcionan ni toallas ni ropa de cama, en mi opinión por el precio que tiene la instancia deberian de facilitartelas, cosa que no aparece en el anuncio, ni te avisan con tiempo y te llevas sorpresa cuando llegas allí.

Algo decepcionado
La decoración bonita y el ventanal mirando al mar superior. El propietario nos avisó que debíamos proveernos de ropa de cama, pero no de almohadas (tuve que comprar 4) Al llegar no hay jabón de manos, no hay lavavajillas, ni una bolsa de basura. El mobiliario y el ajuar algo desvencijado necesita renovación. La TV solo canales franceses con tdt. La señal de antena pésima, la tv ridicula. El A/C situado en el pasillo no hace su labor. Antes de entrar te solicitan 200E de fianza. Las camas son de 1.35. El propietario no responde a los mensajes (aún no me ha contestado) y la persona de enlace en Benidorm (Alice) se desentendió cuando le comenté estas cosas, me respondió que llevaba más de 40 apartamentos y no sabía lo que yo tenía contratado. Me dijo que habría cojines, y sí que los había, pero las fundas usadas por los inquilinos que acababan de irse estaban dentro de la lavadora sucias y me dice que las lave yo. Por supuesto que tuve que hacerlo, pero... tampoco hay detergente para lavadora. Aviso de todo esto para que los siguientes inquilinos estén informados y no les pille de sorpresa, como a mí. La ubicación del apartamento magnifica.

Estancia positiva
La estancia es muy positiva el apartamento además de estar en perfectas condiciones está totalmente equipado, con una buena limpieza y unas vistas inmejorables. La comunicación con el dueño ha sido perfecta. Lo único qué el parking con el qué cuenta la comunidad es diminuto para todos las viviendas qué son y son plazas libres con lo cual puede qué llegues o te muevas con el coche y no tengas plaza. Y también decir qué una de las dos habitaciones no tiene ventana. Recomiendo el apartamento ya qué hace una estancia muy agradable.

Week in coblanca apartment
Spectacular views from 19th floor, lovely spacious lounge. The apartment located in a nice quiet, secure building only 1 minute from the beach & lots of bars/restaurants nearby. The TV doesn't have any english channels but that was not an issue,the only negative was that the advertised swimming pool is shut until further notice & we weren't informed, luckily we used a nearby hotel everyday. Would definitely stay again & Alice who checks you in is lovely.

well we finally arrived at andres apartment "wow" what a place to stay for a holiday of two weeks the apartment has everything you require from pots /cups /glasses/ pans "lost count on them" the whole area is modern and well set out and the view out of the window amazing roll on october another visit stay 2 weeks thank you andres for our stay see you soon "shane uk"

apartamento primera línea de playa con excelentes vistas
Hemos estado super agusto. Es un apartamento que cuenta con todos los detalles necesarios para hacer una estancia cómoda. Se agradece todo el menaje que está nuevo y con muchos utensilios de cocina. Tiene unas vistas estupendas y en un minuto estas en la playa. Lo único que pensábamos que tenía dos baños como venía en las descripción, pero solo tiene uno. Recomendable totalmente!!!
