Apartment ideally located, just in front of the beach, opposite the Casino and on the edge of the lively center of the city. There are all the shops and services in the immediate vicinity: at the foot of the building: Take-away restaurant, cafes, mini-market, bookshops; beach restaurants, bakery at 50 m; shopping streets and market.
The apartment is fully equipped for everyday life (full kitchen and household utensils, board games, ...) and has TV and WIFI.
Modern and neat decoration .
Reversible air conditioning in each room.
The town of Sainte Maxime offers entertainment and shows every season on the seafront and in the cultural center, its cafes and restaurants are very numerous and lively, the market colors the town center .

Great location
We had a lovely sea and beachview and a nice enclosed terrace. It is a very nice apartment with enough space. The parkingcard that was available is very easy to use.

Situation idéale et parking gratuit avec barrière sécurisée à 150 mètres
Appartement très confortable et spacieux, très bien équipé. Un lit en 160 serait le bienvenu cependant. Tout se fait à pieds, plage , restos , vieux quartier à 100 mètres et la petite surface commerciale en rez de chaussée très pratique .

Schöne Zeit in St. Maxime
Die Wohnungen befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand, es gibt Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen, Bäcker, K Cafés und Restaurants, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Auch zum Zentrum ist es nicht weit. Unser Auto stand auf einem Parkplatz eine Straße weiter, dafür hatten wir eine Karte bekommen, das war praktisch, wir konnten mehrere Ausflüge in die umliegende Ortschaften machen. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden. Die Küche und der Eingangsbereich fanden wir etwas zu klein, unsere Schuhe und einige gekaufte Lebensmittel standen einfach auf dem Boden verteilt. Ein Schrank im Schlafzimmer für 4 Personen ist einfach zu wenig, die Toilette ist winzig. Aber man kann 2 Wochen aushalten. Ansonsten haben wir unsere Zeit genossen und würden gerne wieder kommen. Die Kommunikation hat wunderbar geklappt. Vielen Dank

Vue magnifique de l’appartement ! La mer en face ,tout à 2 pas, Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances. L’appartement spacieux, confortable avec tout le nécessaire ,avec place de parking .très bon échange avec le propriétaire nous recommandons et nous reviendrons

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung wenn man die nähe ans Zentrum mag. Geschäfte Lokale und alles andere sehr nah. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt Wir müssen als kleine kritik allerdings sagen dass die Wohnung im Sanitären bereich schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist . Man sollte die Sanitären Fugen im Duschbereich unbedingt erneuern. Aber ansonsten war alles tipitopi und wir würden dort wieder Urlaub machen Liebe Grüße Markus und Petra

Appartement idéalement bien placé et très agréable, le point a améliorer est le fait d’avoir une place de parking attribué à l’appartement car le stationnement à Ste Maxime est très cher.

Dommage que dans un appartement aussi bien placé, superbe vue , bien équipé propre et très lumineux le lit est en 140 ! La chambre est assez grande pour un 160 , mais malgré cela on a passé un très bon séjour

Schöne Wohnung mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung
Schöne Wohnung mit einem herrlichen Blick auf den Golf von St. Tropez. Sie ist zentral gelegen, man ist zu Fuß schnell in der Ortsmitte. Der Strand ist direkt gegenüber. Ein kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich im gleichen Gebäude. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich wohl. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett, der Kontakt schnell und problemlos. Check-In und Check-Out wird von einer Agentur betreut, was ebenfalls problemlos abläuft. Wir waren bereits mehrfach dort und können die Wohnung wirklich empfehlen. Wir freuen uns bereits auf das nächste mal.

Séjour trés agréable.
L'appartement est très agréable, bien exposé, très bien équipé, propre et bien isolé phoniquement. La terrasse abritée par des vitres coulissantes permet une très belle vue sur le port, la plage et le golfe de Saint-Tropez. Le centre ville, les commerces, les restaurants sont proches et accessible à pied. La superette au rez-de chaussée est très pratique. La carte de parking donne accès gratuitement à un parking trés proche. Tout est parfait. Juste une petite suggestion pour améliorer : une bouilloire un peu plus grande serait bienvenue. Je recommande cet appartement et suis tout à fait disposé à y retourner.

Aucune surprise ! Très bel appartement avec vue imprenable sur la mer. Cette location correspond tout à fait à la description ; c'est un appartement très bien aménagé, fonctionnel avec tout le confort et les prestations données. L'emplacement est idéal. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Les différents contacts avec le propriétaire se sont très bien déroulés. Merci pour la carte du parking ! c'est top !!! Si c'est possible, nous avons hâte d'y revenir l'année prochaine et nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location : vous ne serez pas déçus.
