Stars on the Water, Corner unit with lots of Window, Beach Front

We are on the Gulf/ beach side! Perfectly located only 1 mile from the Hangout, Hwy. 59 and Walmart.

This is the condo we as owners stay in when we visit Gulf Shores. Notice the 5 star reviews.... I recently updated the master bathroom with a walk in shower. Additionally, I updated the outside patio furniture.

This unit is a beautiful corner unit with a wrap-around balcony that is on the Gulf of Mexico, floor-to-ceiling windows in every room of the condominium, and top of the line amenities. There are gorgeous views from every bedroom.

**Each bedroom also has its own full-size bath, so no one has to share. ** Think SPACE, SPACE, SPACE! There are 9’ high ceilings throughout, giving a feeling of grand spaciousness to this 1,529 SF condominium home. Even the utility room is big in this condominium.

The building has all the amenities. Located on the first level one will find a gorgeously designed indoor-outdoor pool (zero entry to 4ft.) with fountain and hot-tub which is heated year around, fully equipped exercise room, activity center with pool tables, fuze ball, television etc., his and her bathrooms, sauna as well as our management office.

This was a wonderful property for 5 of us. It was oceanfront and 3 bedroom with 3 bathroom, close to everything. It was clean and everything was great from the views to the patio furniture to being stocked. We will definitely be back.

Great view, right on the beach! Every bedroom had it's own bathroom! The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was great to work with and even let us check in a few hours early. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved it
It had enough space for everyone to comfortably sleep. And we do a lot of deck sitting and I LOVED that there was enough seating for all of us to be out there. Communication with the owner was excellent. We only had one issue with a closet door being off when we got there but I notified her as soon as we arrived - when she text to check in and make sure everything was good for our check in. Highly recommend to location, and the owner.

Beautiful and Clean Room
This room was very clean and beautiful. We had plenty of room for the 7 of us, with room to spare. The ocean view was wonderful and the location was great! We would definitely stay in the unit again sometime. Over all experience of our stay and with the property manager was fantastic. Just a little heads up on the parking garage, the parking spaces are very small and a tight squeeze for bigger vehicles. But everything else was wonderful.

Perfect location on the beach!
This was a wonderful condo, excellent location in Gulf Shores, with amazing views right on the deck of the ocean. Everything was perfect! I can’t think of one suggestion. I would certainly stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a family vacation. Having 3 bathrooms was a huge plus having a few teenage girls along.

This is my new home away from home!!
This condo more than met our needs and expectations! The view is amazing! It was exceptionally clean and well equipped! The pool, hot tub, and access to the beach were great. The communication with Karen was exceptional. We had a very minor issue with linens that was resolved immediately. We had 5 adults, 2 teenagers, and a toddler and we were all very comfortable. Loved having the 3 bathrooms and full laundry facilities. The location was great and it was really easy to get around even though we arrived during the shrimp fest. We will definitely be booking this condo again next year and hopefully be making memories her for years to come.

The property manager has absolutely everything covered. From the clean linen, towels… The kitchen is 1000%… Karen has all the kitchen appliances and gadgets you can think of. Great communication and very accommodating (we needed to extend our stay by one day) If we are ever back visiting gulf shore, we know exactly where we will be staying :)

All the comforts of home
This condo had everything you need and more! Some of the many conveniences include the Keurig, crockpot, toaster, grilling tools, hairdryer, pots and pans and a variety of bakeware! If you have a baby, there is even a pack and play! We enjoyed time on the beach and waking up to the sound of the water! We even saw stingrays swimming from our balcony! We talked to Karen and she was extremely helpful and accommodating! We will be back!

Fall Break 2022
We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 children ( 16,14, 9 and 4 months ) for fall break 2022. I can't say enough about the communication with Karen, the owner, and the ease of checking in. She actually checked in on us since we were running late for our arrival. She answered all of my questions quickly. The property is well kept and nicely located to all the best spots in Gulf Shores but without the heavy road traffic. The one downside is the size of pool compared to similar properties this size ( 14 stories ). It was easy accessing the beach and great views of the sunrise and sunset.

The spacious wrapped around private balcony (accessible from master bedroom or living room) lets one truly enjoy the ultimate beauty of Gulf Shores. It is located near shopping, The Hangout and restaurants in the heart of Gulf Shores. The units are larger/wider/newer and more up scale than the 'normal rental units.'
