This property should never be offered for rent. Our lives were in danger just driving up the narrow roads to arrive at the property. Once we finally did arrive we returned to the base of the mountain extremely stressed without staying the night. VRBO should not be representing this property nor should any other broker of rentable properties.

Wohnung auf dem Berg an Toskanas Küste

Einfache, kleine Wohnung ruhig oben auf dem Berg gelegen. Für uns war es genau richtig. Recht zentrale Ausgangslage für viele Ausflüge zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Stränden. Preislich angemessen. Die Ansprüche sollten nicht zu hoch sein. Es ist aber alles da, von WLAN bis Waschmaschine. Man sollte mobil sein und Kurven mögen, denn die Straßen sind etwas eng. Der Vermieter versorgte uns mit vielen Infos von Zufahrt bis Sehenswürdigkeiten.

ottimo soggiorno

Ci siamo fermati solo per una notte ma la casa era fornita di tutto e pulita. Unica pecca che la strada per raggiungerla non è di facile percorrenza ma il signor Damiano ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni, è stato molto disponibile!

Very Rustic Property

For a non european traveller the roads leading up to this property are very hard to navigate. Thankful that the property owner sent a video to assist with directions. Anyone with breathing difficulties or mobility issues should take those factors into cobsideration prior to renting this property.

Siamo stati nella proprietà in occasione del Lucca Comics. Il posto è molto carino e caratteristico in posizione panoramica dotato di tutti i comfort. Si può raggiungere Lucca e Viareggio nel giro di mezz'ora. Pulito e accogliente. Il Sig. Damiano molto gentile e disponibile.

Toller Urlaub im gemütlichen Steinhaus

Das Haus war hübsch gelegen und entsprach der Beschreibung. Wie auch schon die Vormieter geschrieben haben ist die Zufahrt etwas anspruchsvoll aber wir haben unseren Ford S Max kratzerfrei durch den Urlaub bekommen 😄. Der kleine Garten war ausreichend und unser Hund hat den Auslauf genossen. Die Brötchen aus dem Dorfladen sind lecker und die Pizzeria im Ort ist auch günstig und wirklich empfehlenswert. Alles in allem fanden wir einen wirklich gelungen Urlaub.

Un romantico weekend

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole weekend in questo delizioso cottage, molto caratteristico, arredato con gusto e dotato di ogni comfort. La cortesia, la gentilezza e la disponibilità del Sig.Damiano non sono state da meno. Grazie dell'ospitalità ed a presto.

Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni in questo rustico tipico toscano, la casa si trova in cima alle colline che sovrastano Viareggio, lontano dal caos ma allo stesso tempo posta in una posizione strategica dalla quale si può raggiungere in pochi minuti Viareggio e Lucca. La casa é molto accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort. Damiano il proprietario é sempre disponibile e molto gentile! Eravamo 2 coppie con 3 cani e devo dire che ci siamo stati senza problemi! Consigliamo assolutamente!

Vacanze tra le colline toscane

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento in occasione del Lucca comix. L'appartamento è spazioso e dotato di tutto il necessario (stoviglie in abbondanza, biancheria da bagno e da camera, phon ecc...). Si trova sulla cima di una collina da cui si gode una stupenda vista della vicina Viareggio. In meno di 30 minuti in auto si può raggiungere Lucca. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile, cordiale e sempre disponibile.

un bel giardino e una sistemazione originale.

Una bella costruzione di pietra, forse un vecchio fienile, in un luogo silenzioso sul colle di Bargecchia, in prossimità di panorami bellissimi. Il punto forte della casa è il soggiorno cucina, arredato con semplicità, ma accogliente e confortevole. Due tavoli, uno in terrazza e uno in giardino, per godersi il sole e la pace del posto fanno il resto...

Einzige Katastrophe

Schmutzig,feucht einfach eklig ich hab auf das cauch geschlafen weil die betten so eklig waren.wo ist dort ein Meer blick? Strand 8 km, keine möglichkeiten zum parken abends war kein platz und nach oben zu kommen mit Auto das war ein rausforderung.wir sind drei tage frühe nach hause gefahren.Für so viel Geld ! das ist eine Freiheit so was zum mieten. Wir sind sehr entuscht 😢 Ein stern fùr Ruhe.

Maison typique mais pas agréable

Maison typique mais pas agréable à vivre car difficile a ventiler et manque de fraîcheur niveau entretient: champignons dans la douche, vaisselle pas propre, les draps de lit et linge de maison sentent le moisi... Pas toujours de l'eau chaude pour la douche que nous prenons donc souvent froide... Maison fort peu lumineuse. Par contre petite terrasse fort agréable dans un petit clos sans voiture avec jolie vue sur une parcelle de vignes.

Une très mignonne maison

Nous avons dormi une nuit dans cette maison ancienne rénovée avec goût, entre des vignes et de magnifiques oliviers. Aucun bruit : nous avons pu bien dormir et nous reposer avant de poursuivre notre voyage. Un grand merci au propriétaire qui nous a rendu service et fait confiance.

Gemütliches und authentisches Häuschen

Wir haben uns in diesem kleinen, einfachen Häuschen eine Woche lang sehr wohl gefühlt. Schwierig war aufgrund der schmalen Straßen die Anfahrt und die Parksituation, ein Auto größer als ein Fiat 500 ist da nicht zu empfehlen. Wir waren mit einem Mercedes Sprinter unterwegs. Da wurde es manchmal eng... Aber es ging! Wer Super-Luxus sucht, sollte woanders unterkommen. Aber für diesen günstigen Preis sieht man gerne über Kleinigkeiten hinweg. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat sich sehr bemüht. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch das Restaurant Rina (etwas unterhalb der Kirche, ab Abzweig).
