à la maison en vacances

Nous sommes retournés dans notre 2ème maison. Chaleureusement accueillis par Sabrina, nous avons encore passé deux semaines merveilleuses sur la Côte Vermeilles. L'enregistrement et le départ sont simples. La maison est entièrement équipée, très propre et dispose d'une terrasse à tout moment de la journée. Les photos correspondent à la réalité. Elle se situe entre le port et la belle et longue plage de sable d'Argelès. Il y a de nombreux restaurants et boutiques à proximité et le supermarché est à 5 minutes en voiture. Nous étions dans le parc du château voisin du Château Valmy, dans certains domaines viticoles et dans les montagnes lors d'une visite photo. Un voyage à Barcelone, à seulement 2 heures, est également fortement recommandé. Un grand merci à la famille Bey pour un autre excellent séjour! Frederik et sa famille

Le soleil et la mer

Das Haus ist sehr schön, man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. die Ausstattung war sehr gut, es fehlte nichts. Auch der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt. Die Lage ist ruhig, der Weg zum Strand nur gut 5 mm zu Fuß. Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert und der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ankunft und Abfahrt waren absolut unproblematisch. La maison est vraiment très belle et confortable avec un grand jardin superbe, tout cela dans un quartier très tranquille On se sent tout suite à l'aise comme chez soi. Tout est à disposition. La plage de sable est à 5 minutes à pied. Mr Bey a toujours pris de nos nouvelles pour savoir si tout allait pour le mieux . Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce séjour . Tout était parfait.

Traumhafte Ferien an der Côte Vermeille

Sehr schönes, komplett eingerichtetetes Wohnhaus, sehr sauber, große Küche vollständig eingerichtet, Klimaanlage, schnelles W-LAN, 2 Bäder, Tischtennisplatte, Fahrräder, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, mehrere Kühlschränke und Tiefkühler etc. --- es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Wir haben schon viele Ferienhäuser in Frankreich gemietet, aber dieses ist wirklich herausragend. Übergabe problemlos - die Verwalterin Sabrina ist ein Engel und bei Fragen oder Problemen sofort da, vielen Dank. Der Garten ist groß und sehr schön, 3 Terrassen je nach Sonnenstand vorhanden. Lage in einer Siedlung direkt hinter dem Hafen von Argelès-sur-Mer, Blick auf die Berge, der Strand von Racou und der lange Strand an der Promenade problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles in allem ein super erholsamer Urlaub, wir kommen wieder. Vielen Dank Familie Bey!

Tolle Villa mit traumhaftem Garten

Bei unserer Ankunft erwartete uns Sabrina bereits und zeigte uns das ganze Haus und beantwortete all unsere Fragen und gab uns wertvolle Tipps. Das Haus ist vollständig ausgestattet mit allem was man sich wünscht, wohltemperiert durch die Klimaanlage (was zum Schlafen sehr angenehm war bei über 30 Grad draußen) Es liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und man erreicht zu Fuß schnell den nächsten Bäcker, Restaurants und den Sandstrand! Perfekt!

Traumhaus in Argeles-sur-Mer

Freistehendes Haus in idealer Lage in Argeles-sur- Mer unweit des Hafens. Der Hafen, mit all seinen Restaurants und der Sandstrand sind fussläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Im Haus eine großzügig eingerichtete Küche mit allem erdenklichen Zubehör. Die Betten 160 cm breit sind bequem und die Klimaanlage lässt einen bei kühler Luft gut schlafen. Einziges Problem sind die vielen Mücken, kein Fenster über Nacht auflassen und manchmal die Beschallung durch Strandparties. Der Schlaf wird dadurch nicht gestört. Große Terrassen und ein schöner Garten runden das Bild ab. Den Wunsch nach Bettwäsche und Handtüchern rechtzeitig an Herrn Bey weitergeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Très bon sejour

Nous avons adoré notre séjour en famille dans cette très belle propriété ! Tout était parfait ! Tout est proche de la maison : plages, port, marché, boulangerie et petite épicerie ... Argelès est une ville balnéaire très agréable et animée ! La maison quant à elle est dans un quartier tout proche des activités mais au calme !!!

Very nice house with perfect position

We spend a beautiful week at Jean-Pierre's house. The position is perfect, couple of minutes to the port and to the beaches. Also a lot of restaurants in the walking distance. Argelès-sur-Mer is beautiful and also a lot of beautiful small villages in the region. We recommend this house to anyone who want to spend a beautiful time in the french Catalonie.

Super Gastgeber, schönes Haus, tolle Landschaft und Strände

Erstmal super zuvorkommend war der Gastgeber, wir wurden von der Tochter empfangen die uns auch direkt ein paar "Geheimtipps" für die Region mitgegeben hat. Schnorcheln in "Sentier Sous-Marin" oder der Strand "El Racó" direkt um die Ecke. Empfehlungen für gute Restaurants am Hafen. Empfangen wird man also schon mal sehr gut und hat direkt die "Local tipps" an der Hand. Es wird dort natürlich viel französisch gesprochen, normal für die Gegend. Das Haus ist auch super geeignet für Hunde, da voll umzäunt. Einziges Thema was wir zu der Zeit hatten waren Mosquitos, darauf sollte man achten und entsprechend (Kerzen, Spray) vorsorgen. Von dort aus kann man einige schöne Strände besuchen und auch Collioure ist einen Besuch wert. Man ist auch mal "schnell" in Spanien an der Costa Brava. Der Strand selber ist etwas weiter hoch auch nicht allzu voll und man kann gerade mit Kindern am "Hüpfburg Strand" eine schöne Zeit verbringen. Die Lage ist top in der Siedlung, Baguettes gibt es am Hafen beim Bäcker. Die Campingplätze in der näheren Umgebung können aber schon mal was lauter sein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch zu genüge, z.B. den Lidl mit Palmen ;) Meric beaucoup an Monsieur Jean-Pierre Bey und seine Töchter, die immer verfügbar waren und stehts bemüht sind alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit zu arrangieren. Schöner Urlaub, wir (Familie mit Kindern und Hund) kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Excellent séjour en bord de mer

Belle maison bien équipée avec une terrasse ombragée très agréable. Commerces et restaurants du port à proximité immédiate, la plage est accessible à pieds également. A noter le soucis des propriétaires pour que le séjour se déroule parfaitement.

Des vacances comme à la maison🌞

Cette villa n'est pas une location de vacances mais la maison du proprietaire qu.il loue l'ete, et cela fait toutéla difference sur le confort, le sentiment d'etre presque chez soi. Le quartier tres calme a 2 mn en velo de la plage et du port est idéal. Et l'accueil est tellement sympathique. Nous y avons passé 2 semaines excellentes en famille. Une adresse de confiance!

Un trés bon séjour.

Villa très agréable, bien équipée et très calme tout en étant a deux pas des plages et du port avec ses restaurants. Le jardin est bien conçu pour profiter des bains de soleil, se protéger de la chaleur sous les magnifiques mimosas et abrité du vent sous le solarium. L'accueil de toute la famille est vraiment très chaleureux et attentif. A recommander.

Excellent séjour

Bien située au calme même en août, accès à la mer à pied ou en vélo et accès aux sites et randonnées proches du bord de mer ou de l'arrière pays très intéressant et chargé d'histoire. Location agréable, bien entretenue, propriétaire attentif à l'accueil et disponible si nécessaire. 3 chambres et un canapé 2 places dans le bureau occupé par les enfants. Nous étions 5 adultes 2 enfants et 1 chien. Oui cette location peut être recommandée à des amis.

Unique house for a marvelous journey

My family and I enjoyed staying there so much! The photos and description can't show how great and comfortable this house is: 1) the location – 10 minutes from the seaside, shops, bakery and restaurants; Moreover, it is situated in a calm and secure zone, very quiet neighbors. 2) the house is in an extremely good condition 3) it's well-equipped: every single detail you might need for a good rest is already there(from various crockery to a ping-pong table in the garden; new furniture; clean and spacious bathrooms) 4) you feel so much like home there. It's very pleasant to stay in the house when it's hot outside and to spend long evenings having a dinner in the garden. 5) It was a great pleasure for us to get acquainted with the family. They're very hospitable and gentle people. I highly recommend to chose this house, specifically for those traveling with family. If I were to say anything about "minuses" I'd say that it's hard to leave this house and to say good-bye to Argeles and the host-family.

Grande maison très agréable, un havre de paix

Idéalement située à 2 pas du port et des commerces, la maison est vraiment spacieuse, très confortable avec en plus la climatisation. Elle est située dans un lotissement privé, donc on n'entend aucun bruit de circulation même en plein mois d'août. Deux terrasses pour varier les plaisirs des repas en extérieur. Les 2 salles de bain sont grandes, l'une dispose d'une douche et d'une baignoire. A savoir pour les chambres: il y en a 3 qui ferment par une porte, la quatrième étant plutôt un coin nuit sur le pallier à l'étage. Accueil très chaleureux, nombreuses documentations sur la région mises à disposition par les propriétaires. Une adresse que je vous recommande!

Un lieu de vacances privilégié

Maison de charme, idéalement située au sein d'un quartier très calme et pourtant à proximité des commerces et de la plage. Un accueil de grande qualité et le confort d'une maison où il ne manque rien. Promesses plus que tenues...!
