Spacieux, totalement équipé, plein de charme sur boulevard Victor Hugo à deux pas de Paris Porte Maillot. Taxi, bus, métro et possibilité de garage.
Vous trouverez ci après le descriptif de notre appartement privé décoré avec soin que nous louons de temps à autres. Exactement face à l'hôpital américain. Avec au pied station de taxi 7/7 et bus vers les Invalides ou Tour Eiffel. A deux pas de Paris Porte Maillot, 60 m2 dans immeuble de standing, Gardien. Exposé plein sud donnant sur la large avenue plantée d'arbres du boulevard Victor Hugo.
Composé d'un living spacieux donnant sur une petite terrasse, équipé avec canapé lit Chambre avec un lit en 160 neuf et très confortable. Placard de rangement. Petite cuisine américaine. Totalement équipé, linge de maison, machine à laver etc.
Connexion WIFI, Fibre TV écran plat.
Possibilité d'obtenir garage, femme de ménage, garde pour enfants.
Prix 140 euros + 35 ménage. Caution 300 euros rendus en fin de séjour après l'état des lieux. Réservation 300 euros
