Marvelous adventure

The Apartment was close enough to everything that I could walk of take a bus which had stops within a block or two, nearby pastry shops, cafes, grocery store and medical facilities. The host was easy to work with and it was a great neighborhood.

gemütliche kleine Wohnung in guter Lage

Freundlicher Vermieter, unproblematischer Check in, in der Küche alles, was man braucht, sogar Kaffeepulver. Sauber und ordentlich. Kleiner Balkon. Wenige Gehminuten zum Zentrum von Bologna. Einige Bars in der Nähe, Gebäude von Strasse zurück versetzt, deshalb weniger Verkehrslärm. Minuspunkte: WLAN hätte besser sein können, TV sehr klein. Hochbett sehr hoch, als Einzelperson schlief ich auf dem Sofa (das auch ausziehbar gewesen wäre), Ich war insgesamt sehr zufrieden, vielen Dank Roberto!

Beyond wonderful!

Roberto was vastly responsive, helped us with our booking, and was very understanding when our flight got delayed. The apartment itself is greatly located at a not so crowded area but still within short distance of the city center. Nice and clean, public transportation stops nearby. Would love to visit again!

Great value apartment close to the center

This was a really good apartment, close to the center of the city, and in a quiet area. Roberto welcomed us to the apartment and communicated very well with us. I would definitely stay here again.

I strongly recommend

A very convenient, well-situated, fully equipped apartment with a nice balcony. 20mins on foot (or 5mins by bus) to the old part of the town. Most importantly: a really great host. My stay was great. I strongly recommend this choice!

Molto soddisfatti

Abbiamo alloggiato un mese nell'appartamento, c'è tutto l'essenziale per viverci comodamente per un breve periodo. La posizione è ottima, ben servita e volendo si arriva in centro anche a piedi in 20 min. Parcheggio interno comodissimo ma non assegnato. Proprietario gentile e disponibile.

Comfortable and cozy.

Small apartment yet spacious in all comforts needed. Conveniently located with supermarkets and convenient stores, milk dispenser, cafeterias, pasticceries, pizza places, public transportation, bike renter and if you like street clothes market. All within a three hundred meter range, yet a quiet neighborhood. The apartment itself is fully equipped with stove, fridge and cooking appliances, plenty water cold and hot, comfortable mattress, linen, towels and also washing machine. We stayed during August and the air conditioning made our stay very comfortable. Bologna turned for us a place of learning. The old town has its beautiful narrow streets, the two towers Piazza Maggiore and so many enchanting places typical of the Italian cities. We also were able to keep up with our work remote and take trips to beautiful places like Florence, Modena, Parma, Verona and its Arena for enjoying the opera, Venice. We had an amazing time. Add to this a well connected airport. Roberto communicated fast to us in all our questions. Appreciate a lot his hospitality.

Wonderful stay

Roberto is a very relaxed, flexible, and attentive host! The apartment itself is excellent -- conveniently located (about a 25-minute walk from the city center but tucked into a quiet corner), clean, comfortable. Very nice flat to stay in

We had a really nice time during our stay in March. If I would ever go back to Bologna I would always stay there again. It was not very expensive and had almost everything we needed. We were two girls and had each our own bed (a high sleeeper and a sleeping couch). There are two pizza stores right around the corner and a supermarket 5 minutes to walk. Directly in front of the supermarket are bus stops into the city centre, which only takes 15-20 minutes.

L'appartamento è ben situato: vicinissimo al centro a piedi (circa 15 minuti) e ben collegato coi mezzi. Nei dintorni molti ristoranti e servizi di take-away. Il proprietario gentilissimo, sempre a nostra disposizione. Ideale per soggiorni brevi e lunghi. Consigliatissimo! The studio is very well located: near to the city center (more or less 15 minutes on foot) and well served from public transportation. In the surroundings there are a lot of restaurants and take away places. The owner is really nice, always available. It's perfect for both short and long stays. Recommended!

Ottima posizione e completa di tutto!

Siamo stati in 4 in questa casa davvero carina.Ottima la zona a 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale e ben servita dai trasporti.Anche se andate in macchina come abbiamo fatto noi state tranquilla che non la userete tanto perchè ci si può spostare tranquillamente con i mezzi pubblici. La casa l'abbiamo trovata molto pulita e fornita di tutto;dagli asciugamani al ferro da stiro,dal phon ai vari deteresivi per la casa che solitamente non trovi da nessun altra parte.Inoltre i proprietari sono gentilissimi e a completa disposizione.E' presente il parcheggio interno.La consiglio a chiunque volesse passare una settimana tranquilla in una bellissima città.

Nice apartment, clean and well-maintained

Roberto and his mom where really helpful, accommodating and nice people. The apartment is small but it has everything you need. Good location and lots of local bars/restaurants near by. Only regret wifi was not included. Make sure you let Roberto know well in advanced in case you need wifi so he can provide assistance. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Appartamento ben arredato, pulito, moderno, comodo e funzionale. Situato vicino alla fermata di autobus con molte possibilità di raggiungere diversi punti della città, in particolare il centro storico. Parcheggio interno per l'auto molto vantaggioso per chi arriva in automobile. Perfetto per tre e persino quattro persone. Proprietari disponibili e molto gentili. Grazie, ci siamo stati benissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente. Excelente alojamiento en cuanto a comodidad, limpieza, equipamiento, ubicacion y atencion del propietario. Ningun tipo tipo de ruidos molestos que impidieran dormir y/o descansar. Su cercania a la estación del bus permite trasladarse rapidamente a cualquier lugar de Bologna, incluyendo la estación central de la red Ferroviara de Italia. Cerca también de algunos restaurantes y tiendas de viveres, entre ellos el automercado COOP. Propietarios muy amables y atentos a cualquier requerimiento. Lo recomiendo ampliamente sin ninguna duda. Espero poder utilizarlo de nuevo cuando vuelva a visitar Bologna, ciudad por cierto encantadora. Roberto C. (Venezuela)

"La posizione dell''alloggio è eccezzionale per la vicinanza con alcune strutture sanitarie.Il centro della città è a 25 minuti a piedi e la fermata del bus è a 2 minuti. In una città come Bologna il parcheggio interno dell''auto è davvero un lusso!! L''appartamento è confortevole, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. "Apartamento muy completo y limpio, perfecto para descubrir la ciudad de Bologna y sus alrededores. Ideal si se viaja en coche, al disponer de aparacamiento gratuito. A 20 minutos paseando del centro y en un barrio tranquilo y con todo el equipamiento necesario. Propietarios muy amables."
