Great townhome in the best location in Vail! When we acquired this 3 bedroom townhome it quickly became our home away from home. We love Vail in all the different seasons. This townhome has three large bedrooms each with a comfortable queen sized bed (Towels and linens are provided.) The kitchen has all the dishes and utensils you'd need to enjoy meals at home - including a gas grill on the deck.
No more than 1 car.
Relax next to the gas fire in the living room. Plenty of space for many to enjoy.
The complex sits right above the bus stop for the local bus that takes you to the great shopping and restaurants in Vail as well as directly to the ski slopes. What more could you ask for? No more than 1 car.
A brand new neighborhood park sits right next to the complex. Two tennis courts, a beautiful barbecue area and a kids playground. A gorgeous place to picnic and get the kids out.
There are great hiking trails, including Booth Falls which is right out the door with only a 5 minute walk to the trailhead. Across the street is the town of Vail golf course that you can enjoy in both the summer and the winter (includes a set x-country and skate skiing track).
We hope you enjoy this great sunny townhouse as much as we do!

Roomy house comfortably sleeps 6-8 people. Kitchen really well stocked which made prepping meals so easy. Great location. Less than 15 minute drive to Vail village and also on the bus line for great options.

Perfect for our use!
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We had 7 adults, and had enough room where we weren't bumping into each other. We did have one sleeping on the couch, but that was more his choice than necessity. The location was perfect, on the bus stop to Vail, but far enough away from the hubbub for us. Loved the fireplace!
I can't say enough good things about Wendy. She patiently and quickly texted back responses to all my questions (the K building is plainly identified on the side of the building, but I could not see it for some reason!).

We loved our stay
We spent 6 days in this comfortable town house. We found all what we needed and more, kitchen is really well equiped. It has a cozy fireplace which my family enjoyed sitting alltogether chatting or watching tv. It is located within a 10 minutes ride by bus to Vail town and really close to the golf course . This was convenient for me because I don t ski so while everybody went skiing I did nice walking Trails. The pictures of the house are as it is so no surprises.

Great location and perfect family residence
With the family of all adults staying to enjoy Vail this was a great location. A great time was had by all and the location worked out well. We used the option of bus transportation at times at is was very smooth. The accommodations were perfect for sleeping with plenty of privacy yet great space for group games and meals. Would recommend without reservation.

Excellent Condo
We rented this condo in December 2015. We had an outstanding experience! We have 4 children (12, 10, 8 and 4) and Grandma came as well. The Den was larger than expected from the photos and all 7 fit on the sectional. The dining room table was large enough for all of us to eat and play games at the table. We had extra space to sleep with 3 queen beds and two bunk rooms that the younger children were divided into. The location is close enough to Lionshead that we could drive the whole crew down and park within 10 minutes each day. A nice feature of the condo is that there is a lot of space between the cubby and coat hooks to hang up all the ski gear and store all of the helmets, goggles and boots. The uphill path to the condo was slightly steep but the path was heated and easy to traverse. Vail was terrific for ski and snowboard school, family skiing, ice skating, kids snowmobiles and tubing. We had a great trip and I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. We loved our experience.

Fabulous place
We spent 4 nights in this home in February 2015. It was exactly as described - very clean, fully stocked and very convenient. The condo is extremely kid-friendly with toys and movies and great sleeping spots for children. The kids loved the little bunk room (closet) and the loft area with 2 beds attached to the master bedroom. There is lots of outdoor space for kids to run and play independently and safely. The condo is very close to the Vail shuttle which made getting in and out of town with our gear very simple. It was close to town (2-3 shuttle stops away) but far enough out to feel quiet and relaxing after a long day of skiing. The only consideration I would note is that the condo is a bit up from the parking area and requires a walk up a relatively steep walkway so seniors or people with disabilities may find it difficult. Overall, I'd highly recommend this condo.

Met all our needs and then some!
I love skiing Vail yet my opportunities are few and far between as I’ve not yet found accommodations that suit my various needs and desires... until now. I learned about this Booth Creek condo soon after it became available (Fall 2014) and took a weekend trip with friends to “test it out” in hopes of using it again during the ski season. It was above and beyond my requirements, very clean and well appointed, and matching exactly what the owners told me I could expect. I will most definitely be back in the winter, perhaps more than once! In fact, I look forward to enjoying this Vail property during spring and summer as well. The free Vail ski shuttle is just down the driveway and around the corner from the condo. It’s just a few minutes ride to the Vail Ski Resort and even shorter for the Nordic course for cross-country skiing. Hiking is right out the front door with spectacular views of Vail and the ski area. For any season, I highly recommend this cozy yet spacious Vail property.

Wonderful Mountain Getaway
We spent a memorable girl’s weekend at Booth Creek this fall, right when the leaves were peaking. It was nothing short of spectacular! This lovely townhome is located walking distance from the Booth Falls trailhead, a community playground and a bus stop for the free Vail bus. The owners are terrific and have done an incredible job of making this beautiful townhome cozy, welcoming and comfortable. What struck me most about this home was its versatility-- it could easily accommodate a variety of guests. Families with kids would have plenty of space for everyone on the three levels, including a couple hideaways that kids would love. It worked wonderfully for my group of friends, and would also be perfect for a romantic getaway. There is a great common area if you want to all be together, with a spacious dining and living area on the main level, and large bedrooms on the lower and upper levels. I highly recommend this townhome for every season. We are already planning our trip for next fall.
About the host
Hosted by Wendy Neuman
We are a family who loves living in Colorado! We do all the outdoor things we can, much of it in Eagle county from our great townhome. We ski, mountain and road bike, hike - anything that takes us outside! We live in the foothills outside Denver but spend many days at our townhome in Vail.
Why they chose this property
This is one of the best locations in Vail. This townhome has all the desired amenities - close to bus line, Internet, washer/dryer, towels/linens, kitchenware, grill and a sunny view of the surrounding mountains. It is on the bus line that takes you into town or directly to the ski slopes. It is across from the golf course (golf and x-country skiing) and at the base of a great hiking trail up to Booth Falls. It is an easy 1.5 hour drive from the foothills of Denver and just a great place in all seasons!
What makes this property unique
Take time to sit by the fire or enjoy a nice glass of wine from the deck - whatever your pleasure this town home can accommodate. As we have a family ourselves we welcome visitors with kids - there is even a cubbie room above the master where two munchkins can hide out or sleep close to Mom and Dad.
