VRBO quote is for our ONE BEDROOM Premium unit that sleeps up to 4 using the king bed, queen sleeper sofa, and optional free crib.

We only rent by the week with weekend to weekend dates. (Fri - Fri, Sat - Sat, Sun - Sun). Guests are welcome to use as many nights as they need!

- Rate includes free activity wristbands for full Atlantis Resort access for each occupant each day, including the Aquaventure water park, beaches, marine exhibits, casino, etc

Family Vacation

Very last minute trip which was great! Beautiful place and easy to work with the host. Check in was supposed to be 4pm but we didn’t get into our room until 5:45. We had issues with the toilet ever day and needed maintenance which was frustrating but they made it right by moving us to a different unit mid week and gave us late check out. Thanks for a great week! Atlantis is AMAZING!

The property was perfect! The ability to cook and do laundry was the best.

Harborside was great! The location was perfect as all of the amenities made an expensive vacation seem a little more reasonable. The kitchen was well stocked, it would have been nice to have a stove but we made do. Our location was absolutely beautiful as Chris had set us up with your place. Once we found the hot tub, we truly enjoyed ourselves in the evening. The pull out beds were comfortable and the master bathroom was perfect size to allow 5 kids(adults) to get ready at one time. We appreciated the dish soap/laundry detergent/dishwasher detergent as we forgot to pick some up when we stopped at the grocery upon arrival. It was clean, comfortable, and we felt very safe. Our view of the harbor was wonderful as we would sit on the balcony every morning. The weather was not the best but having the comforts of home was very nice. Being able to have all 7 of us at the dining room table was great, especially on Christmas Eve/Day. I would recommend your place to any of our friends/family. Christine Evans

Family Fun is a great company

From booking, arrival, stay & departure Family Fun was there & did a great job. Harborside itself seems like a good alternative as a rental compared to the other more expensive hotel rooms at the four other hotels. Having stayed at The Coral & The Royal, though, makes Harborside seem like a different experience. With access to everything the other hotels offer it's a good option. But it's a little further away, a step down from the other hotels & so it really build down to money and how much space you need. Our suite was twice as big and half as much as either of our previous stays, and it is worth it especially if you're ok with a little leg work & want to save money. I'm really torn about whether I'd rather stay at Harborside again or save up ... Harborside has no units with no view (like the one we had). I think you can end up in a situation like this at The Coral (maybe) ... So try to get a feel for that if it's important. We mostly just slept at the unit & were out most of the day and evening. Bottom line: if I stay at Harborside I'm using Family Fun; if I win the lotto look me up at The Cove.

Very pleased with everything

We had a great stay with no major issues. We did have a couple very minor annoyances that had nothing to do with the property owner, and they were not even close to dealbreakers, but are worth mentioning. 1) Wristbands were not available the week we stayed - which is fine, but the staff was not remotely forthcoming with information about it, and weirdly cryptic about the whole situation when we asked, but eventually after the 5th time we tried to get bracelets, one honest Cove staffer finally told us it meant nothing, there would be no bracelets, and keycards are all you need. 2) The tile floors in our premium suite were greasy and not clean. However, we had checked in early, and a guy showed up very soon after with a rotary floor cleaner and was surprised to see us in there and left, so in hindsight he was probably there to take care of the problem. Aside from those, everything was awesome, and these issues had nothing to do with this property owner, who was awesome. We had an amazing time, and I can highly recommend.

Great Unit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit 6/17-24/17! We had the premier one bedroom with balcony overlooking boat/yacht slips and Atlantis - quiet - nice to sit outside and relax. Plenty of room for our family of four. We have a tween and teen boy so we did get the roll-away bed for $5.00/day. King size bed was super comfortable. Appeared newly decorated - very spacious - kitchen stocked with dishes/pots/pans/silverware/plates, etc. Dining table for six. Washer/dryer in unit was great to have. TV in living room and bedroom. Plenty of closet/drawer space. Large/deep tub with jets. The staff at Harborside are absolutely wonderful - one nicer than the next and happy to answer any question! John was great getting back to me and answering my questions prior to going! Agree with his advice about more food less clothing - we packed breakfast foods/coffee/filters and crackers/granola...we took a taxi over the bridge to Supervalu to pick up cases of water, soda, dairy, fruit, eggs, etc...there is also a liquor store across parking lot - worked great! Full size fridge in unit - and stove top…everything we needed! Definitely would book through John again! Great stay! Thank you!

Family trip- winter 2020

We had an excellent stay in mid Feb! The one bedroom is perfect for a family with three small kids and was actually larger than we were anticipating. The view of the marina is really fun and the kids liked watching all of the boats. The staff was really helpful and friendly. We loved the access to everything at Atlantis but also loved having our own pool at this property. The only bummers were that the pool closed at 5pm, they were out of blankets one day at the resort so we had no blankets for one night and you should throw a few dishwasher detergent pods in your suitcase, as you only get two and the little store in the lobby had run out. Other than that, we loved it and we will be back!!

Great alternative to staying in a hotel room at Atlantis

Perfect place to stay to enjoy the amenities of Atlantis without being around the hustle and bustle at the end of the day. Access to the resort and waterpark is included in the cost. Shuttles make it easy and it is close enough to walk. Kitchen is lacking even the basics. If you plan on cooking meals, assume there will be a few pans in the kitchen and nothing else, not even salt and pepper. The Harborside pool is great. Perfect place to relax after a long day at Atlantis.

A great alternative to staying at the Royal!

Loved the space and that our large family of 8 could stay in one unit with three separate bedrooms and two living rooms together. Much better than having 3-4 rooms spread all over the resort. The pool was very nice, and super easy access to all of the amenities at Atlantis. The rooms were very clean with the exception of the showers, they could have used a little bleach. The beds were comfortable. Linens nice. Two large living rooms and kitchens fully equipped. Balconies are spacious! We dined at Atlantis on the meal plan which actually cost more than the rooms. Next time we will take advantage of the kitchens as they have everything you need including shuttle service to the grocery store. There is even a washer/dryer in two of the rooms. The only downside is the do not change you towels daily or clean your room. They do it once in a 7 day stay. That is really not enough considering everyone showered at least once a day. The folks that work there are super nice and helpful. We will stay here again next year! Thank you!

Nice place

Place was clean and accessible to all of Atlantis. The condos, in general, are ready for an update, but the experience and ability to make meals in the room was a nice convenience. Note: there is no oven, just stove top cooking. No frozen pizzas, but plenty of pasta, tacos, Mac n cheese, soup, etc. Breakfasts were easy and convenient. People working the resort were super helpful and kind.

Fabulous vacation !!!!!

We had a wonderful experience staying on Paradise Island at Harborside . The villa was beautiful, well maintained and clean. The layout of the room was perfect. I believe the location of our room had the best view . It was wonderful!!! The only disappointment and surprise was the pool closes everyday at 5:00. My first time booking through VRBO and is was great. I already booked another trip in May for Florida.

Great place to stay

We loved the condo. It worked perfectly for our group of two couples and four adult kids, using the three bedrooms and the pull-out in the one-bedroom. That gave us the living room in the two-bedroom for a common area. We didn't cook but used the micro, and the kitchen had the right equipment.

Outstanding convenience and access

This a great option for families. Highly recommended since it comes with a kitchenette and a fridge. its a 10 minute walk to across the lagoon to Atlantis or you can take the shuttle there. Restaurants are right outside.

50th birthday celebration!!!

This was my 3rd vacation at the Harborside and again it was nothing short of fantastic!!! The staff was lovely and accomodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable and updated. Absolutely beautiful! I would highly recommend it to friends and family. Thank you again!!

Perfect for our Extended family

We rented both sides of the condo for our family of 6. I wrote a longer review on the other listing. In short -- Kaitlyn and John were terrific, the condos were great and the Atlantis is always amazing. Would highly recommend.

Great option for families - terrific owners.

Have been to Atlantis 3 times. Stayed in the Beach Tower once - ouch, shoebox sized rooms. Upgraded to Coral Tower second trip. Better but still nothing special or the money. Still, Atlantis is amazing so we wanted to return with a much larger group. So glad we found out about the rentals at Harborside. I wondered what the catch was when we saw the rates were lower than tiny hotel rooms for a condo. So, no catches other than we had to jiggle dates a bit to make it work. What a difference. Having a kitchen, washer/dryer, separate bedroom with TV etc was wonderful. We rented all 4 of John and Kaitlyn's units for our group of 14. It was actually less expensive than 4 hotel rooms at the old Beach Tower. Kaitlyn was amazing in helping us coordinate everything. Super fast in responding to our emails and had tons of tips. The condos were beautiful and the pool and hot tub were terrific and we almost had them to ourselves. 5 stars for sure. Date of arrival

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL - AS EXPECTED!

Based on numerous other TA reviews, I booked this unit with confidence. It was all I had expected. The unit itself was gorgeous, fully equipped and perfectly situated within Atlantis. The whole Atlantis experience was just over the top for our group of friends and family who had gathered to celebrate my daughter's 50th birthday. Being able to do much (almost all) our own cooking save us big bucks, as the food at Atlantis is definitely a bit expensive. I would go back again in a heartbeat and book exactly the way I did this time. Cheers...Ed B.

Wonderful condo for our family

Great trip, great owner.

It was a pleasure working with John and Kaitlyn again. This was our third trip booking through them in 5 years. Very pleasant to deal with, answer emails immediately and really know Atlantis very well. Their website is a great planning tool. Atlantis was it's usual amazing self.
