Eine Woche Erholung

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Françoise, der Vertreterin unserer Vermieterin Catherine, empfangen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr hell, es ist genug Stauraum für das Gepäck. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das frische Baguette fürs Frühstück gibt es um die Ecke. Das Auto kann getrost in der Garage stehenbleiben, denn nach La Rochelle fährt der "Bus de Mer" oder der Linienbus auf der Straße. Bei herrlichem Wetter war es für uns Erholung pur, vor allem bei dem Ausblick auf Strand und Meer.

Direkt am Strand, toller Blick, hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Wir haben unsere Woche in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist einfach, bietet aber alles, was man benötigt. Die Lage direkt am Strand und am Hafen ist großartig. Mit dem Bus de Mer, dem normalen Bus oder zu Fuß kommt man gut in die Stadt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, direkt am Meer, Bäckerei im Nebenhaus, gute Busanbindung in die City

Sehr schön erholsam, schöne Gegend, viele Möglichkeiten was zu unternehmen. Zum Radfahren optimal.

Un séjour exceptionnel face à l'océan dans un appartemment douillet, joliment décoré et fonctionnel

L'appartemment proposé -où rien ne manque pour un séjour réussi- est clair, dans des tons lumineux et chaleureux. Le cadre est exceptionel face à l'océan et la plage, le balcon equipé permet de profiter du panorama offert par la nature. Des commerces de proximité se trouvent à deux pas de la résidence. Enfin il faut noter l'accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de nos onterlocutrices : propriétaire et personne à l'accueil. Nous renouvellerons certainement cette première expérience dans cet hébergement.

Proximité plage garantie

Logement très idéalement situé, la terrasse est presque sur la plage, vue sur l'océan changeant au file des heures, un regal des yeux. Tout est à proximité : boulangerie, supérette, pharmacie, tabac, et restaurants. L'embarcadère est 5 minutes pieds, du coup on fait tout à pieds, plus besoin de voiture. L'accès au centre ville, quartier Gabut est facile, avec des locations de vélos pour les balades. Le logement en lui-même est super joli, idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes, et tout équipé, et le + : la place de parking en sous-sol, mais un peu étroite.

Appartement bien agencé, très fonctionnel. Très belle vue sur la mer. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Seul bémol, place de parking un peu étroite si vous avez un gros véhicule.

Strand, Sand und Sonnenuntergang

Unser Urlaub war sehr erholsam. Die Wohnungseinrichtung und die Küchenausstattung haben uns den Aufenthalt angenehm gemacht. Das Auto hat einen sicheren Platz. Die Umgebung war sauber und schön. Der Strand ist gepflegt. Diese Ferienwohnung und die Stadt La Rochelle, sind sehr empfehlenswert!

Une magnifique semaine !

Magnifique vue sur la plage des Minimes que nous avons tellement apprécié ! Un appartement très propre, bien agencé avec tout le confort, un décor très agréable ! L’emplacement est vraiment bien aussi, tout à proximité, on a vraiment passé une semaine superbe ! À faire et refaire !

Superbe appartement

L’appartement est super! Il y a tout ce qu’il faut et la vue est fantastique! Tout est a proximité, plage, restaurant, boulangerie, épicerie, le bus de mer est a deux pas pour vous déposer en pleins centre ville de La Rochelle en profitant d’un moment agréable en bateau ! Nous avons qu’une hâte, y retourner.

Appartement idéal pour des vacances réussies au bord de la plage !

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine de vacances avec un dépaysement total ! L'appartement est très confortable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût ! On s 'y sent parfaitement à l'aise . Il est idéalement situé pour se rendre à la plage , à pieds en quelques instants . C'est un vrai confort pour les vacanciers! De plus , toutes les visites des alentours sont accessibles à pieds ( et bus des mers ...) sans avoir besoin de prendre sa voiture . Ces commodités procurent une réelle détente ! Nous conseillons vivement cet appartement aux vacanciers qui désirent passer une belle semaine de congés à La Rochelle !

Superbe appartement en bord de mer

L’appartement est idéalement situé avec une merveilleuse vue sur la plage et le coucher de soleil. Le centre ville de La Rochelle est accessible facilement en vélo libre-service. Je recommande !

2 pièces face à la mer et face à la plage des Minimes

2 pièces vue mer, tres bien situé, face à la plage des Minimes, avec un balcon. Propre et confortable. Boulangerie, restaurants, pharmacie a moins de 5 mn à pied. Et on a eu la chance d’avoir un tres beau temps (vacances de Toussaint 2021).

Belle prestation

Un appartement bien placé au pied d une belle plage propre et familiale. A proximité du centre de la Rochelle en bateau bus. 3 euros le ticket. Sinon une demie heure de marche. Un peu bruyant deuxième semaine de septembre avec le retour des étudiants. 1er étage qui est en fait un Rdc sur élevé. Seul vrai désagrément : Découverte d un rat mort sur la terrasse un matin .
