Een ontspannen vakantie in een charmant en authentiek huis

We hebben vooral genoten van het aangename terras met zicht op de olijfgaarden en mooie zonsondergang. Het huis is zeer goed uitgerust qua huisraad en kookbenodigdheden. De ontvangst, tips en goede raad van Rosario (in het Frans) waren zeer fijn. We hadden een fijne week. Dankjewel!

Perfect villa for a family getaway

Villa was even nicer than it looked in the pictures. The house is a traditional style but things inside are in excellent condition. Features an extremely well-stocked kitchen. Great blackout shutters in the bedrooms. Beautiful grounds in a location that’s a nice mix of rural (surrounded by olive groves) and urban (20 mins drive from central Seville, 15 mins walk to the center of the nearby town). Pool area is great, though pool itself was a bit cold in October. Owners and their agent don’t speak English but we got by with some limited French and Spanish and Google translate. They went out of their way to give us a great stay. Would gladly stay here again!

Un séjour absolument magnifique !

Que de compliments à faire ! Une maison parfaite fidèle à la description, très très bien équipée, une piscine qui a fait la joie des petits et des grands, la poximité de Séville.... sans parler de l'accueil chaleureux et bienveillant de Rosario , de la gentillesse du propriétaire Rafael. Sans hésitation nous conseillons cette location et nous espérons avoir l'occasion d'y revenir !

SUPERBES VACANCES PRES DE SEVILLE

Les photos correspondent à la réalité (09/2019). Belle maison de style Andalou soigné, tout confort, bien sécurisée, entièrement climatisée, très bien équipée et entretenue, merci à Ana et Rafael. Merci à Rosario qui, dans un français parfait, a su expliquer et donner de très bons conseils. Toujours disponibles mais jamais intrusifs. Emplacement très pratique, discret, au calme, mais proche de Séville (15’), de l’aéroport (40’) et de la mer (45’). Idéal pour explorer l’Andalousie et prendre du repos en dégustant les spécialités locales. Nous espérons revenir bientôt.

Tout pour un excellent séjour !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à deux familles dans cette maison de Sanlucar pour son charme, ses beaux espaces extérieurs, son calme, ses commodités et aussi pour son emplacement, idéal pour visiter Séville ou explorer la côté Atlantique. Un grand merci à Rosario et à Rafael pour leur chaleureux et sympathique accueil !

Beautiful, well equipped villa.

A super property located half an hour from Seville. It was immaculate and everything we needed for a family of six was provided. Whilst quiet and very private, it was only 10 mins walk to Sanlucar la Mayor. We enjoyed visits to Seville, the flamenco is a must! Lovely beaches could be found just over an hour away in Islantilla and Isla Cristina. An hour half away and we found ourselves in Cadiz, which was fabulous. Rosario, who met us in Sanlucar and directed us to the villa couldn't have been more helpful and despite language barriers she provided us with lots of local information. A thoroughly wonderful trip.

Close to Seville, in the midst of an olive field, a great view of the sunset. Very nice house, well-equipped and -maintained. Very nice hostes. Impressive living room, 3 good bedrooms

Super vakantie!!

Wij hebben een prachtig vakantie gehad in dit huis. Een authentiek Spaans ingericht huis met veel faciliteiten. Goede en zeer vriendelijke communicatie met de huiseigenaar. Prachtige tuin in een goed afgescheiden privé omgeving. Veel te doen in de omgeving op een goed berijdbare afstanden. Dus alle ingrediënten aanwezig voor een top vakantie!!

A stunning traditional Spanish Villa

A lovely, traditional Spanish property, in large, well-stocked grounds. Beautifully and traditionally decorated and extremely well equipped and maintained. Excellent, very comfortable accommodation, and the pool was great. Very peaceful and relaxing, with far-reaching views. Owner and manager easily contactable at any time and very friendly and helpful. Walking distance into town and only a short drive into Seville. Highly recommend staying here.

Ne manquez pas cette villa si vous recherchez à Seville

3 semaines de vacances en famille qui se sont formidablement déroulées du 1er jour jusqu'au dernier. Aucune mauvaise surprise sur place. Tout est comme dans la description, Si ce n'est mieux ! M. Sanchez, propriétaire du lieu, est très sympathique ; tout comme Rosario (qui parle un bon français), notre l'interlocutrice et amie du couple propriétaire. Une villa spacieuse, disposant d'un vaste terrain, avec une piscine à l'abri des regards. Sanlucar est située à 15min de Séville et il est très aisé de s'y rendre à toute heure de la journée via la A49. Rosario et M. SANCHEZ sont à l'écoute et répondent aux moindres demandes de leurs hôtes, que ce soit sur la maison, les activités des environs ou encore des petites astuces afin de faciliter les déplacements. Nulle doute que si nous envisageons de retourner en Andalousie, nous passerons par Rosario.

Magnifique propriété

Magnifique propriété, totalement équipée, au confort idéal ! Rien à reprocher ! Tout est parfait. La piscine est splendide, le jardin spacieux et le calme de la campagne magique. A 15' de Seville, et proche des grands axes pour excursion ! L'accueil de Rosario et de Raphael est d'une extreme gentillesse. On les quitte en amis ! Nous reviendrons. Idéal pour 6, car 2 sdb dont une petite à l'extérieur (pour 10, sans doute trop juste) Un endroit exceptionnel !"

Super Vacances

Cette belle demeure est idéalement située à 15 minutes de Séville au milieu des oliviers. En campagne elle se trouve néanmoins à quelques minutes seulement de tout les services essentiels. La propriété est super bien entretenue. La maison elle est bien équipée et très propre: idéale pour une famille. La piscine de style mauresque est un atout supplémentaire. Propriétaires présents et accueillants. Nous y retournerions sans hésitations.

Una estancia gratificante

Buenos días ,todo ha sido estupendo, la propiedad es magnifica y muy relajante, bien equipada de todo lo necesario para celebrar comidas/reuniones con bastantes familiares. Hemos estado muy a gusto. Superbe maison en Andalousie

Une très belle maison avec des hôtes très accueillants....un havre de paix et de calme au milieu des oliviers et à seulement 20 min de Séville. La maison dispose d'un jardin et d'une piscine très agréables, avec une vue dégagée. Et l'ensemble est très bien équipé et décoré.

Calme et très agréable

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans une maison très bien équipée. Et décorée avec soin. Jardin et piscine tres agréable. La villa est dans un petite ville classique et agréable, a 20 minutes de sevilles. Nous avons été très bien acceuilli, et tout a été fait pour que nous soyons au mieux sans ennui ou surprise pour cette semaine de repos en famille.

L'andalousie au calme

L'impression d'être revenu dans le temps : Les oliviers, le cachet de la maison et Séville à portée de cheval (à vapeur..). Nous sommes enchantés de cette semaine magnifique à San Lucar et sa région. Ce séjour restera pour sur gravé dans la tête de nos enfants (ah les parties de cache cache entre les orangers et les figuiers..) Merci à Rosario et son mari qui ont été formidables tant dans leur accueil, que pour les conseils touristiques et culinaires. Ne changez rien tout a été parfait.

Peut-être le Paradis !!!

Si vous aimez les belles découvertes, Séville est à découvrir : ces palais, ces jardins, ces coins ombragés et ces rues animées. Si vous aimez les moments de détente, de repos et de tranquillité, cette maison est l’endroit idéal. Si, comme nous, vous pensez qu’en espagnol « table » se dit « tabla » alors pas de souci. Rosario, une amie du propriétaire, vous accueillera avec un excellent français et vous donnera les meilleurs conseils. A Sanlucar nous avons passé 2 semaines magnifiques. Pascale & Jean Paul
