About this property

Completely renovated apartment in an old building in the historical centre of the town of Capoliveri on Elba Island. The apartment is on the second floor. Great panoramic view of the Stella Gulf, Corsica and Porto Azzurro from the balcony.

IN JULY, AUGUST AND EASTER WEEKEND WE DO NOT ACCEPT ARRIVALS ON SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS
Boat ride: The boats leave Piombino harbour every hour in mid season, every half an hour in high season. It is better to arrive and leave on a week day because on Saturdays and Sundays the price of the boat nearly doubles. The ride from Piombino to Portoferraio and Rio Marina takes 1 hour. In July and August it is better to book the ticket in advance. There are 3 boat companies that do the service: Toremar, Moby and BluNavy. Toremar tickets are slightly cheaper, but it is more difficult to book in advance.

Herrliche Blicke

Gabriele und Patrizia, waren sehr freundlich und auch flexibel als wir erst später anreisen konnten. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Vom Balkon aus hat man herrliche Blicke auf das Meer und verschiedene Buchten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und waren rundum zufrieden.

Tolle Lage um Capoliveri und Elba zu erkunden

Sehr schöne, große Wohnung mit einem traumhaften Blick vom schönen Balkon. Perfekt zum Frühstücken oder Abendessen bei Sonnenuntergang. Check in war super! Patrizia hat uns alles genau erklärt und war immer per Handy erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, und für eine Woche Aufenthalt perfekt. Die Bar unterm Haus ist zwar sehr laut (bis 3 Uhr Nachts). Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist das aber kein Problem. Insgesamt eine perfekte Unterkunft, um Capoliveri und von dort aus auch andere Ecken Elbas zu erkunden!

Appartamento splendido e centralissimo, con una vista mozzafiato sull’isola (e sui suoi tramonti). I due hosts, Gabriele e Patrizia, sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Super consigliato!

L’appartamento è bello e dotato di tutti i confort necessari. È spazioso e disposto su due livelli (soppalco). Da un lato vede la via principale (certamente la sera un po’ più rumorosa) e dall’altro ha una vista incredibile sul mare (si vede praticamente mezza isola). I proprietari sono persone squisite. Soggiorno Capoliveri

I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e sempre disponibili. Abbiamo soggiornato dal 7 al 14 Agosto e nonostante ciò grazie alla posizione strategica della struttura siamo riusciti a spostarci tranquillamente ovunque, godendoci anche Capoliveri di sera. Pulizia ottima. Uniche pecche il frigo, leggermente ridotto, e il Wi-Fi piuttosto lento.

Mittendrin in Capoliveri

Sehr schönes Appartment mitten in der Stadt, mit sehr guter Eisdiele direkt vor der Tür. Der Blick in die unterhalb gelegenen Buchten, nach Porte Azzuro und Porteferraio sind wirklich toll. Die Kirchturmuhr weckt einen pünktlich um 8°°, damit man einen angenehmen Tag verbringen kann.

Terrazzo con vista super!

Patrizia è stata molto puntuale e cordiale e ci ha accolti e accompagnati in questo bellissimo borgo dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato. La location è bellissima e l’appartamento è bello, ampio e provvisto di tutto e posizionato nel centro storico di Capoliveri. Unica nota: ci sono molti gradini per arrivare all’appartamento e il parcheggio non è comodo. La vista dal balcone ripaga la fatica!

Vorne das volle Leben - hinten eine sagenhafte Aussicht

Wer Ruhe und frühes Schlafengehen sucht, sollte eine andere Unterkunft wählen, wer aber die italienische Lebensart mag und entsprechend seinen Rhythmus anpasst, der findet eine extrem liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung und einen Blick vom Balkon, der jedesmal wieder den Atem verschlägt. Wir lieben diesen Blick, diese Wohnung und Capoliveri!

Netter Aufenthalt mit Makeln

Die Wohnungseigentümerin war sehr freundlich, in der Wohnung war alles Notwendige vorhanden und der Blick vom Balkon war hervorragend. Da die Wohnung in der Hauptgeschäftsstraße mit vielen Restaurants und Bars liegt, ist es nachts sehr laut. Darüber hinaus ist eine der beiden Matratzen absolut unkomfortabel sowie die Handtücher abgenutzt. Insgesamt sind die Hygiene im Bad und das Mobiliar etwas nachlässig. Dafür ist der Preis relativ hoch.

Perfect Place

We had the best time in the artistic and lovely apartment from Patrizia. The apartment had everything we needed and we felt very welcomed by Patrizia. The commutation with her and Gabriele were easy, fast and super helpful. We stayed in March and enjoyed the peacefulness of the tiny empty village. Everything we needed was close by. Shopping, Pizza in a Window and Espresso. The parking was easy (maybe because of the off season). We would recommend it and will come back as well. Thanks a lot again.

Sympathische Stadtwohnung mit Panorama

Wir verbrachten Anfang September eine wundervolle Woche in dem stilvollen Apartment mit Sonnenuntergang im Meerpanoramablick am Balkon. Capoliveri ist belebt mit vielen kleinen Läden und Lokalen, sehr viel Atmosphäre am Abend. Tagsüber ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Strände und einsame Buchten, ideal für MTB. Die Innenstadt ist autofrei, es gibt aber genug Parkplätze in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr geschmackvoll. Und die Vermieter waren so super freundlich und überdurchschnittlich hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Appartement très bien situé sur une ile magnifique.

Nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement par Gabriel et Patricia qui nous ont même proposez leur aide pour monter nos bagages. Appartement typiquement italien au centre du plus beau village de l ile. Appartement ou l on s est senti comme chez nous. Vue sur le balcon exceptionnelle.Nous sommes partis avec regret. Nous reviendrons sûrement.

Von oben über die Insel schauen

Wir waren etwas außer Atem, als wir an der Wohnung klingelten, in der Patrizia schon auf uns wartete. Capoliveri liegt typisch hoch oben und hat enge Gassen mit sehr vielen malerischen Motiven - genau das, was wir erhofft hatten. Aber darum kommt man mit dem Auto nicht überall hin. Deshalb war das Gepäck doch eine kleine Strecke zu tragen (Patrizia hatte im Vorfeld ihre Hilfe angeboten. Die war allerdings nicht nötig.). Als Patrizia uns die Wohnung zeigte, kamen wir zum zweiten Mal außer Atem - der Blick vom Balkon über das Meer und kilometerweit über die Insel ist atemberaubend. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll mit individuellen Assecoires und Gemälden versehen und mit allem Nötigen gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt im Zentrum, und die Wege zur schönen Piazza, zur nächsten Bar oder Gelateria, zum Schmuck- oder Schuhgeschäft etc sind äußerst kurz. Dass eben deshalb die Geräusche von der (Fußgänger-)Gasse auch in der Wohnung zu hören waren, haben wir dafür gerne in Kauf genommen. Wollten wir Ruhe, brauchten wir nur die doppelverglasten Fenster zu schließen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment genossen.

Schöne Unterkunft

Eine sehr schöne große Wohnung. Sehr nette Vermietein, Ankunft hat alles gut geklappt. Lage top. Nicht so gut war das zweite Schlafzimmer, welches kein abgeschlossener Raum ist, sondern wie ein Hochbett über dem Wohn- und Kochbereich. Aber wir hatten eine super Woche!!

Gute Lage, wunderschöne Aussicht, gut ausgestattete Küche, nette Vermieter,

Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und grosszügig , wir haben zwar 2 geschlossene Schlafzimmer erwartet ,eines ist jedoch eine Gallerie mit 2 Matratzen. Die Aussicht vom kleinen Balkon ist sehr schön. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral.
