Cozy Stay: Perfectly located near local eateries.

This Stylish Home deserves 5+🌟. My husband and I drove in from Oklahoma to Welcome Home some troops and our son from Deployment. We ended being a couple of hours early and they accommodated us, no problem. Very clean and anything you need to stay in and prepare a meal was provided. The location is very close to the beach and local eateries! We frequented Revolution Roaster! We will be back!

Great neighborhood and lovely home

We had a great time staying at this well-situated home in Oceanside. A short walk to coffee, breakfast burritos (yum), donuts, organic grocery store, and more. Can easily bike to Carlsbad and to Oceanside Pier. Loved the simple, clean decor of the home and the backyard was an oasis. Very peaceful. The garden was full and vibrant. Definitely recommend!!!

A beautiful Home

We stayed here at the beginning of August. It's a beautiful house- it has everything and is new, well equipped and comfortable. The house is situated just before you reach Carlsbad, which is a beautiful town. Stay here - you won't be disappointed!

Lovely location, quaint and lovely home

Even despite a mild hiccup, Debbie went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. I highly recommend. Close to a number of good restaurants and even a small grocery store all within walking distance.

What a great house and awesome location. Loved the surfer vibe of the house. The beds were comfortable and the backyard was really nice and chill. They also included surfboards and other beach accessories. Would defiantly stay again.

Lovely home

Excellent Stay!

We enjoyed a family vacation and this home was a great choice. Communication with owner was fantastic and the property was very clean and inviting. Quiet neighborhood along with a garage to park our car was a nice option. All amenities in great working order and we enjoyed evenings playing with our kiddos in the spacious back yard and after they went to bed, wine time for us in the back was a nice way to end a fun day at the beach. Highly recommend this rental!

Great place to enjoy some relaxing sunny beach days

The house is very well maintained and equipped. Large kitchen, nice living room with A/C and comfy couch, all rooms had an appealing wooden floor. In the garage there were several bikes and parasols, and the garden was beautiful in particular in the morning sun. Best ice cream place in town is only 2 minutes to walk as well as a burger and pizza restaurant restaurant. The nicer Oceanside beaches can easily be reached by car in a few minutes with an amazing boardwalk. Overall we highly recommend

Great long weekend, charming beach house and great location!

We stayed from a Friday to a Tuesday, and it was wonderful - the house had everything we could have needed or wanted, and the location was perfect. We could walk to coffee, breakfast and the market, and Carlsbad Village and the beach were just a short walk away. We also enjoyed Legoland and rode the Coaster, both of which were also close. The house was perfect for our family of 4, highly recommended! Beautiful backyard with a garden (we enjoyed the apples, tomatoes and basil), and lots of room for the kids to play. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Can't wait to come back!

Great location & perfect little house for us & our friends. We both have small children & this house worked out wonderful for us! Debbie was wonderful to work with from the beginning & through out. Very accessible for recommendations & questions. The house was very clean & well stocked. We enjoyed hanging out in the backyard with our 18 month old. I really hope to stay there again in the near future!

We loved it!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. Debbie was so easy to talk with and get help. Her recommendations were great! For our stay we explored San Diego and the surrounding areas - Cardiff, Solana Beach, La Jolla. We even got to see a Blue Whale on a cruise we took! It was so nice to have a whole house to ourselves, with all the amenities! The kitchen was fully stocked, the washer & dryer saved me (lots of towels to wash!) and the beds were super comfy. We felt right at home. I think the kids favorite thing (next to the beach of course) was the fire pit and doing smore's almost every night. The house and yard are very well kept, and it was nice being so close to a grocery store (Red & White Market) and of course the beach! So much better than a hotel by far!! We would love to come again!

Great vacation rental!

My husband and I spent five days at this wonderful home last week. It was as advertised and as pictured - and then-some. Everything was clean, modern and in working order - with extras of everything in the well-stocked cupboards. I only wish my home were as neat and organized! Debbie was extremely helpful and friendly and so easy to work with. We were there from New York on a (successful) home-buying expedition so we didn't really go to many of the local attractions, but it it well situated for sight-seeing. The grounds were also immaculate and having all that yard space and the growing veggies was wonderful. The beds are comfortable, there are ample linens, and there are even beach chairs and two bikes in the garage. What more could you ask for? You will be delighted with this rental.

It was our second vacation at Debbie's property and like our first time,communication with Debbie is excellent.The house is very well taken care of,inside and outside.The backyard is private,comfortable and quiet.The location for us is perfect,close to the beach,the highway(101 and I-5)and downtown Oceanside and Carlsbad.There is a grocery store nearby with a great selection of fresh coffee beans.It is very peaceful neighborhood and the neighbour's are friendly.We hope to be back soon. steve and noriah Vancouver,Canada

Great house in a beach town

Our stay was excellent. Debbie provided all necessary information prior to check in. The check in process was very easy and there is ample room for a family. The beach and many restaurants are within walking distance. We happened to have great weather for our mid-February stay. We’re looking forward to another visit to South O and hope to stay here again.

Perfect!

We had a wonderful time! It was perfect for our family of 3 and we hope to stay there again (fingers crossed it’s available next time we visit.) I loved the garden! We enjoyed a couple cherry tomatoes, pears, and peaches! So fun! We didn’t get to use the firepit but I really hope to next time!

Wonderful place in South Oceanside!

Our stay at Debbie's house in South Oceanside exceeded our expectations. Debbie was quick to respond throughout our trip and even brought us some extra kitchen supplies when we first arrived. The house is as advertised and the location was amazing with easy access to restaurants and the beach. We were very sad to leave and would love to stay again!

John is a native San Diegan and has spent the majority of his life in North County. Debbie grew up in Phoenix and has been fortunate call North County home for the past 40 yrs. We have raised 2 children here and absolutely love where we live and look forward to sharing our knowledge of the area with anyone needing information or suggestions. We enjoy going to the beach whenever possible, hiking, and skiing in the local mountains during the winter.

Why they chose this property

When we saw this house for sale we immediately knew we had to own it. We absolutely loved it and used it as a long term rental for many years. The architecture is unique and the location is superb so we decided we wanted to share this love for our home with visitors!

What makes this property unique

One of the things we loved about this home, besides its architectural lines, was the fact that the home is on one street and the detached garage is located on the next street over so the house is accessible from 2 different streets and has plenty of parking.
Our home was built in 1939 and is one of the few remaining historic modern streamline homes in Oceanside.
