Cosy, well equiped country house with swimming pool (9x4m) close to Aix en Pce, Marseille, Lubéron. Spaceous, sunny garden (3000 meters), terrace, barbecue, private parking,
The house: dining room, kitchen,2 bathrooms,3 bedrooms.
The property is suitable for 5-6 pers in July,
(The independent studio-flat suitable for 4 pers is only rented out in August )
Since this is a every-day , and not only a holiday-home, the house is modern and practical. And every plate and cup is not counted. One can fill up the dishwasher, and still have enough glasses and mugs left. There is a piano that you can play on, books in English (and French ) for children, youths and adults to read, a range of cd s and dvd s to listen to, and two lovely cats to cuddle. The house feels fresh and the garden is calm, spacious and sunny. The swimmingpool has stairs on one end , and it is 1m 80 on the deepest. There are big trees in the garden and a hut in the top of a pine tree. The property is close to the forest.
In July the rent is 1500 € per week + cleaning fees 150 €(studio not included)
In August the rent is 1950 € per week + cleaning fees 150€ and includes the 2 room studio-flat with
bathroom. (See photos)
No fees for towels and bedsheets.

Très belle villa, avec un grand jardin arboré et piscine
Villa au calme spacieuse, très bien équipée à proximité des commerces du centre ville (5mn en voiture). La piscine est très agréable qui sein d'un grand jardin arboré et les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Aucune surprise, c'était très bien, je recommande cette location.

A beautiful home with everything you could need.
When we arrived we were shown around the house and gardens and felt immediately at home. The rooms are comfortable and the house very tastefully decorated and clean. The garden is large and very private and we spent many hours in the fantastic swimming pool. The three cats were friendly and were an instant hit with our children who wanted to bring them home with them. The house is full of books of all kinds and there is also a selection of board games which is a nice touch. In terms of the area; We walked into Eguilles a couple of times - it takes about twenty minutes - and found that it is a pretty town with great views of the surrounding countryside. There are a couple of good bakeries there and a few other shops and restaurants and a small but charming market which we found is open on a Tuesday. Aix en Provence is a twenty minute drive and is a very lively town full of interesting restaurants, shops and markets. I would definitely recommend spending an evening or two there. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Eguilles and would definitely like to return one day.
