Large penthouse of 130 m² first. Located in one of the best and quietest areas of Conil. A few steps from the beach and the old town and close to shops, restaurants and bars.

The building is built with great quality and is designed to maximize natural light. The apartment has three comfortable bedrooms, living room, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender new), and terrace overlooking the living room.

If you fancy a break from the beach, the top floor is a large exclusive private terrace of 120 sqm, a perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink, sunbathe, read, dine or just hang out enjoying the wonderful landscapes that provides the town, both day and night. It also has a parking space which is accessible by elevator. Released in summer 2011, all the furniture is new and comfortable.

Una estancia estupenda...Como en casa.
Es la segunda vez que me alojo aquí con mi familia. Desde luego es tal como se muestra en las fotos, todo super bien cuidado hasta el último detalle, muy cerca de la playa y lejos del bullicio pero cerca del centro del pueblo. Hemos pasado unos días estupendos. Alojamiento muy cómodo, bien distribuido, con todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios, amplios armarios, wifi, parking propio…Las terrazas son geniales para comer y la de arriba es una pasada con vistas redondas al mar, perfecta para hacer barbacoas. A su vez comentar el trato recibido por los propietarios, excelente en todo momento, preocupados porque nuestra estancia fuera la mejor, y así lo ha sido. Muy recomendable, sin duda si vuelvo a conil, seguro que acierto reservando este alojamiento

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit wundervollem Ausblick
Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet genug Platz für 6 Personen. Das schönste an der Wohnung ist die große Terrasse mit einem wundervollem Ausblick, den man auch Ende Oktober noch genießen kann. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, außer dass es direkt an einer befahrenen Straße liegt- was bei geschlossenen Fenstern kein Problem ist. Die Vermieter sind auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excellentes vacances
L'appartement est conforme aux photos, il est très très propre et confortable, les propriétaires sont très hônnetes et très gentils. Rien ne nous manquait (lave linge, draps et serviettes propres,ustensiles de cuisine...). La vue de la terrasse sur la mer est inoubliable. Situé près de la plage. La mer et le sable sont magnifiques et il n'y a que 6 minutes à pied pour se rendre à la plage. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires par mail et la personne de contact sur place...aucun soucis ! Très bon séjour. À recommander sans hésiter.

Excelente localización. Casa muy cuidada.
Pasé unos días con mi familia y quedamos encantados. Muy cerca de la playa y con la desembocadura del río Salado a la espalda. Un paisaje alucinante. La casa tenía de todo y los dueños nos dejaron un detallito a modo de welcome package :) La cama era muy cómoda y el único inconveniente para dormir fue un gallo con el reloj biológico estropeado que a veces cantaba de noche. Nada importante :) El pueblo es una pasada, lleno de sitios que visitar y bares en los que tomar algo. Repetiremos.

Praktische strand- und zentrumsnahe Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung
Gut ausgestattetes Appartment, von dem aus man zu Fuß schnell am Strand und in der Innenstadt von Conil ist. Fuer uns, 4 Personen, auch ausreichend Platz, 2 Bäder sind nach dem Strandbesuch sehr geschickt und praktischer Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Gerne wieder.

Spacious & light apartment
Enjoyed a seek long stay at this very spacious & well equipped apartment during the last week of July. Ths owners were extremely helpful and responsive during the booking process and no problems picking up key from the property management company. Good outside space & apartment is well situated for walking to Conil's beaches (very busy) and the town. The views and sunsets from the roof terrace are stunning! We loved the area and the coast, particularly the beaches at Fuente del Gallo and Caños de Meca both of which reminded us of Cornwall where we live (but with a good deal more sun and warmer sea!!) The only slight negative was the noise in the main bedroom from a busy road next to the apartment. Overall however, a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Thank you.

So stellen wir uns Urlaub vor: perfekt!
Nachdem wir uns im letzten Jahr in Maria Angeles Wohnung so wohl gefühlt hatten, haben wir uns spontan dazu entschlossen, für ein paar Tage wieder zu kommen. Und wir sind einfach begeistert, denn diese wunderschöne Wohnung hat uns aufs Neue fasziniert! Wie beim letzten Mal hat Rafi, Ansprechpartner, die Übergabe der Wohnung perfekt organisiert und wir wurden sehr herzlich vor Ort empfangen. Maria Angeles ist ein toller Gastgeberin und stets bemüht, dass sich seine Gäste in seiner Wohnung wie zuhause fühlen. Die Unterkunft selbst ist einfach traumhaft und in einem tadellosen Zustand! Sie ist sehr hell, wunderschön eingerichtet und dekoriert, bestens ausgestattet sowie blitzsauber! Die moderne Küche hat uns wieder begeistert ebenso wie die wunderschöne Dachterrasse! Wieder konnten wir dort einen Großteil unserer Mahlzeiten genießen. Der Ausblick über den zum Meer ist ein absolutes Highlight. Die Wohnung liegt nur knapp 5 Gehminuten vom kilometerlangen weißen Sandstrand entfernt, der zu wundervollen Strandspaziergängen einlädt. Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung, wie z.B. die Weißen Dörfer sollten nicht versäumt werden. Auch ein Besuch der Städte Jerez de la Frontera und Cadiz (sehr bequem mit der Autobahn zu erreichen) sowie der kleineren Orte Vejer Frontera, Chiclana, Barbate, Medina Sidonia sollte auf dem Programm stehen. Für Sportliebhaber bieten sich der in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft gelegene Fahrradtouren. Die Fahrräder selbst können bequem vor Ort zu günstigen Konditionen angemietet werden. Geschäfte und traditionelle Bäckereien können nur wenige Meter von der Wohnung zu finden. Es ist ein Anblick, die frischen Produkte Märkte zu sehen, vor allem Chiclana: Fisch, Obst, Fleisch, Käse, Brot ... Ein Genuss für die Sinne. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man direkt in San Fernando und in Chiclana. Größere Einkaufszentren befinden sich u.a. in San Fernando y Chiclana („Bahía Sur“, ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto) und Chiclana („Las Redes“, ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto). Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dieser tollen Wohnung wieder sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wir danken Maria Angeles und Juan Jose und kommen bestimmt ein weiteres Mal wieder!

Una buena elección
Es un apartamento muy completo con todo lo necesario y no puedes echar nada en falta, tiene una terraza con unas vistas maravillosas, donde en particular las cenas son una gozada. Además situado en una zona tranquila, y a la vez muy cercana a tiendas y zona de ocio. Los propietarios, aunque no los conocimos personalmente, están muy pendientes en todo momento de aquello que pudieras necesitar, siempre muy amables y atentos. Tenia mis dudas con respecto a la zona elegida en la costa de Cádiz porque no tenia referencias, pero sin duda ha sido un acierto, ya que es un entorno precioso con muchos lugares para visitar. Sobre todo nos marchamos con la sensación de haber hecho una buena elección. No cabe duda que volveremos.

Unas vacaciones excelentes, y vosotros unos propietarios 10!!!
Han sido unas vacaciones excelentes, hemos estado fenomenal, nos ha encantado, mis hijos han estado muy agusto,!! El apartamento estupendo no le faltaba detalle, solo una pequeña pega, el menaje de cama y toallas me parece un poquito escaso, en nuestro caso no, pero si te surge una incidencia no tienes cambio. Salvo ese pequeño dato el resto ideal,!! Ese pequeño resumen que nos disteis nos ha venido estupendente, aunque hemos tenido levante nos hemos "apañado" con las calitas!! Lo dicho una estancia feliz y unos propietarios 10 Os cogo la palabra y si pasamos por Ronda nos tomamos ese café

Schönes und charmantes Haus
Rundum empfehlenswert! Für unseren spontanen Trip in die Sonne, weg aus dem kalten Deutschland - habe wir ein schönes Appartment in zentraler Lage gesucht und zum Glück auch gefunden. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage, man kann alles ohne Probleme zu Fuß erreichen. 3 min. bis einem kleinen Supermarkt, 5 min. bis in die ist direkt in der Innenstadt wo es leckere Tapasbars und Restaurants und in 5-7 min am Strand!!! Die Wohnung ist wirklich groß, hell und gut gelegen. Die Einrichtung hochwertig, die Betten bequem, die Terrasse weitläufig und alles im guten und sauberen Zustand! Würde sagen, gehobenes deutsches Niveau. Die Bilder der Anzeige entsprechen der Wohnung. Da wir beide gerne Kochen und man dort frisches/tolles Gemüse bekommt, haben wir, wenn wir Zuhause waren, uns in der Küche ausgetobt. Glaskeramik-Kochfeld, Pfannen, Töpfe, Geschirr… tip top – alles da. Ich möchte auch noch schnell, das frei verfügbare Wlan erwähnen! Die Wohnung war wirklich super schön und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders gerne haben wir und auf der großen Dachterrasse aufgehalten, von der man über die Dächer von Conil schauen kann, die Sonnenuntergänge Und die obere Terrasse mit Panoramablick auf den Strand. Der Kontakt mit María und Juan war super. Ein sehr nettes Paar, das uns von Beginn an immer pünktlich, total freundlich und hilfsbereit gegenübergetreten ist. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei euch für die tolle Zeit, empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter und können uns gut vorstellen, noch einmal zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt wieder zu kommen.

A wonderful holiday in a beautiful place
This is a new apartament in a calm part of Conil close to beaches and a short walk to the centre of the town. The apartment was lovely. It was very clean and very well equipped. Especially the terrace on the roof was wonderful. We had a great view over Conil. The house is spread over one floor with roof terraces with wonderful views - definitely the best feature of the house, even in February! The house is well equipped and there was a generous supply of the necessities. The owners give us a lot of information about the house as well as maps and his excellent advice on where to go to eat and drink in Conil. When we arrived we received a warm welcome from the company that works for the owners. We loved bask in the sun in the calas. We felt very comfortable and had a very good time in Conil. I always would come back to this place.

Como en casa
Apartamento perfecto, muy cómodo y situado a un paso del centro de Conil. La playa queda a unos cinco o diez minutos a pie, en un paseo muy agradable. Nos hemos sentido como en casa, el piso tiene una distribución muy bonita y la terraza superior es impresionante. No le falta detalle, es muy amplio con camas cómodas y muy luminoso. Los propietarios han sido muy amables y les agradecemos especialmente que hayan aceptado a nuestra perrita. Sin duda muy recomendable. Nosotros volveremos.

Muy bien
Apartamento que responde perfectamente a lo descrito en el anuncio. Baños y dormitorios bien. Salón y terrazas, perfectos, aunque en la de arriba las tumbonas están un poco deterioradas, pero el sol y el mar lo estropean todo. Vistas magníficas. Plaza de garage amplia y de fácil acceso, imprescindible. En la cocina había de todo, incluídas cosas básicas, como sal, azucar, etc. que yo, personalmente agradezco encontrar, y a que a mi vez dejo cuando me voy. La localización que en principio parece lejos, es perfecta, pues una vez que encuentras las callejas, en cinco minutos estás en el centro, y para salir y entrar de Conil, es directo. Con respecto a la costa de Cádiz, la localización de Conil es buenísima, ya que en trayectos de una hora máximo de pueden visitar muchos pueblos. La playa de los Bateles a 10 minutos (no llega), muy bonita y sin demasiada gente. Cruzando la pasarela, la del Palmar, con Km de arena para pasear, o simplemente estar tumbado. Si se es amante de los pájaros, en el rio Salado se ven garzas blancas, charranes y otras aves marinas. En fin, para nosotros, perfecto. Queda lejos de nuestra casa, pero si volviéramos a esa zona, casi con toda seguridad sería a Conil, y de estar libre a este apartamento.

El apartamento de 10, muy limpio y equipado, sólo echamos en falta un almidez para picar ajos, igual estaba pq con todas las cosas que habia lo mismo es q no lo encontramos. La situación perfecta, cerca de todo. Fundamental el tener parking. Conil estaba hasta la bandera y tengo amigo as q no han podido visitar Conil x no poder aparcar. En fin, todo muy bien. Acogedor y cerca de una maravillosa playa
He tardado un poco en opinar, pero no quería dejar de escribir un poco sobre este apartamento en el que pasamos una semana en junio. Ha sido una estancia muy agradable. El apartamento es más luminoso y amplio de como se ve en las fotos. Cómodo, muy limpio y ordenado. Nosotros éramos cinco y estábamos fenomenal. Las terrazas son extraordinarias. La zona es muy tranquila, para descansar. Las playas están al lado. Además, está muy cerca del centro donde hay restaurantes y bares muy buenos. Los propietarios son personas muy formales y de trato muy amable. Además hemos tenido Wifi y aparcamiento amplio y cómodo. En definitiva, es un alojamiento muy completo y totalmente recomendable al que seguro volveré.

Die perfekte Ferienwohnung
Zufriedener hätten wir gar nicht sein können! Die Lage des Appartements ist schon fast unfassbar - im Bereich der charmanten andalusischen Altstadt von Conil gelegen - in wenigen Minuten ist man mitten im touristischen Einkaufs- und Lokalbereich - in noch weniger Minuten öffnet sich der Zugang zum traumhaften Sandstrand am Meer! Die Appartements sind geräumig und perfekt eingerichtet (man könnte dort mehrere Wochen oder Monate verbringen, es ist alles vorhanden: Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, E-Herd, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Bügelbrett und -Eisen, Föhn, Fernseher, DVD-Player), es gibt für jedes Appartement einen Garagenplatz! Die Betreuung ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, etwaige Mängel an Geräten werden sofort behoben! Das allgemeine Ambiente ist sehr stilvoll und sauber! Dieses Quartier ist für uns ein Anziehungspunkt, im nächsten Jahr wiederzukommen!

Una buena casa y un trato excelente
Pasamos la Semana Santa en este alojamiento, al que no le falta detalle y salimos encantados con todo: la casa, las terrazas, el entorno, etc. La casa es perfecta para 6 personas, amplia y con todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. La terraza es inmensa y con unas vistas preciosas. Está muy cerca de la playa y del casco antiguo donde podrás probar excelentes gambas y pescaditos fritos, cocina más elaborada y actual, atún en todas sus formas, saborear ricos helados y tomarte buenos cócteles y copas. En el apartamento te dejan indicaciones sobre algunos sitios muy recomendables de Conil y los alrededores. En Conil se encuentran las playas de los Bateles y la Fontanilla que son de las mejores que hemos visto en España, y al otro lado del río Salado se encuentra la famosa playa del Palmar, donde si vais con perros como nosotros podéis ir con ellos sueltos por la arena, y disfrutan muchísimo. Sin duda alguna repetiríamos. Llevamos muchos años viniendo a Conil y en esta ocasión nos hemos encontrado con un apartamento que cumplía con todas nuestras expectativas: Atención, ubicación, limpieza y dotación. En resumen, para repetir.
