Excellent séjour !

Hôte très attentionnée et ce même avant le début du séjour. Maison très agréable, spacieuse et fonctionnelle dans laquelle on se sent très bien. Endroit très calme et bien situé nous ayant permis de découvrir une belle région avec des personnes qui le sont tout autant. Merci encore à Mme Philip de nous avoir accueillis dans sa maison.

Très agréable séjour. Vacances réussies

Charmant chalet, cosy et coquet, parfaitement équipé, impeccablement propre et tout à fait conforme aux photos. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous grâce au très bon accueil de la propriétaire toute acquise au bien-être de ses hôtes. Chalet bien situé dans un lotissement tranquille en haut du centre de Briançon. Superbes randonnées aux alentours et très jolie vue du chalet.

Exceptionnel

Très belle propiété .... on s'y sent immédiatement à l'aise et la propriétaire n'est pas étrangère à ce sentiment .... une personne vraiment à l'écoute et au service de ses hôtes. Le chalet est extrêmement conviviale et l'on s'y sent comme chez soi .... franchement une très bonne adresse !!!! J'ai adoré le feu ouvert avec du bois à volonté ce qui donne aux soirées d'hiver après le ski, une saveur toute particulière.

nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce chalet de charme , propre, confortable , fonctionnel et offrant une vue exceptionnelle sur les montagnes , quel belles énergies se dégagent de ce lieu et celà toute la journée et même la nuit durant notre sommeil , après une belle journée sportive , il fait bon se retrouver dans ce lieu agréable et confortable donc merci à Marie-françoise pour le charme et l'accueil à travers son chalet

Very Nice Chalet

We stayed here with our two young kids for a summer walking holiday. The chalet is reasonable new. It has a nice garden with two tables and sun loungers. The bedrooms are comfortable. Most rooms have shutters. The bathrooms are nice with two showers and a bath. The kitchen is very well equipped with lots of pots, pans and tools. It was being at home. It was very clean and tidy. The owner made us feel very welcome and was very friendly and responsive on email. The location was okay. It's in a quiet area about 20 minutes walk up a steep hill from the town centre. There aren't really any shops or restaurants nearby that we found but having a young family and being mainly focused on the walking trips (which were always a drive away from Briancon) we didn't really mind. The only two negatives are that 1. bedding and towels aren't normally provided. We had to push quite hard (numerous worried emails from me) to get them provided for our trip (we were flying from the UK). I can't remember ever having to bring my own bedding before and certainly not at the price of the chalet. 2. The cleaning fee was €80 which seems a lot. This isn’t clearly displayed on the site. For that price, we cleaned the chalet ourselves and it took 3 hours. It would have been nice if this had been something more reasonable. Overall. I would be happy to come again for a summer walking holiday (assuming bedding was provides again).

Location idéalement située pour des vacances actives Au pied du col de l’izoard proche galibier et Granon pour les cyclistes Randos a gogo à proximité Briancon et sa région à visiter sans tourisme de masse! Propriétaire cool ras!

Grand Chalet a Briancon

Chalet proche du centre-ville de Briancon, dans un lotissement super calme. 15 minutes à pied pour atteindre les commerces. Le chalet est super, avec un séjour très chaleureux. Nous avons passé aussi beaucoup de temps sur les chaises longues a nous reposer é a prendre le soleil. Ce qui est super aussi est que le chalet est totalement équipé avec tout ce qu'on a besoin (machine á laver, lave-vaisselle, …. même internet). L’accueil a été super chaleureux.

Un endroit paisible et chaleureux

Un chalet accueillant, à l'image de sa propriétaire. Nous sommes arrivé sous une tempête de neige. La cheminée était déjà préparée, nous n'avons eu qu'à craquer une allumette pour faire monter la temperature. Le grand séjour salon salle à manger a servi de decors à nos soirées entre amis; la cuisine contigue dispose de tous les appareils et ustensiles souhaitables. Les grandes baies vitrées donnent à la fois sur le jardin et ses grands arbres, ainsi que sur les pistes du Prorel. Le quartier est calme et les voisins plutôt sympas. Un magnifique Séjour, merci Marie Françoise, je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Super accueil dans ce beau chalet!

La propriétaire, Marie Françoise nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et a su nous indiquer les bons plans skis et raquettes de sa région. Le chalet est encore plus beau que sur les photos! .. Nous reviendrons , c est sûr. Merci et bonne continuation. Les Berla's de Lyon
