Nothing has been overlooked in this beautiful home that is professionally decorated in a fun nautical theme. This home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, 1 king bed and 2 queen beds. Each bedroom is complete with the finest linens and plush mattresses for your ultimate comfort. This home is newly remodeled and has new bathrooms and tile throughout. Equipped with free wifi and cable television in each room. The living room boasts a large 60” hdtv flat panel television and the master bedroom has a 50” flat screen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware for complete meals and new appliances. The dining table seats up to 8. There is an attached 2 car garage, washer/dryer, fenced private courtyard, and a private patio for relaxing and barbequeing. The community pool is just around the corner. All linens are provided, including pool towels. This home is perfect for golfers, located near multiple golf courses and even has a 5 star golf course within 20 minutes. Thank you for this beautiful place. Perfect for our extended weekend place. Was in town for a wedding. It had everything we needed except for a hair dryer. lol. Luckily my daughter brought one. I would highly recommend this place!

Nice Stay in Peoria
We rented this property for a our 5 night stay in Peoria, AZ. Check-in process went smoothly. The house was clean, decorated nicely and had everything we needed. We spent quite a bit of time sitting on the patio. Took advantage of the grill as well! Location was great--near grocery shopping, malls, restaurants, but situated in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic. We hiked Thunder Mountain, kayaked at Lake Pleasant and took in a Brewers spring training game--all within 30 minutes from the property. Would definitely recommend!

This a really nice house. Spacious living room, dining and kitchen. Nice big primary bedroom with a nice attached bathroom. The kitchen has good pots and pans, plenty of dishes and even some nice bakeware. I had no problems cooking food to take to a BBQ!. We would love to stay here again the next time we are in town visiting family. Thanks for a great stay.
