Check out this amazing 2000 sf 2BR town home with large back patio and 2 car garage. Remodeled from top to bottom! It is set up for entertaining with TV's in every room, shuffleboard table, bar, wine fridge, lots of seating inside and out, Direct TV, and wireless internet.

All furniture, patio furniture, barbecue grill, furnishings, linens, bathroom items, dishware,silverware, glassware, cookware, appliances, etc. are all brand new and of higher quality.

The home is conveniently located near many great restaurants, golf courses, shopping and local attractions. There are more then 10 restaurants and bars, an LA Fitness, Star Bucks, Walgreens and various salons within walking distance. Also you are just steps away from the famous Scottsdale Greenbelt multi use walking/biking scenic trail. Other popular attractions within a few miles are Talking Stick Casino, Butterfly Wonderland, Top Golf, Scottsdale Fashion Square, Westworld, and Salt River Fields at Talking Stick, home of AZ Diamondbacks spring training.

Kitchen is over equipped with anything the cooking enthusiast may need"! We have a variety of electric appliances, standard coffee maker as well as a Keurig, top of the line knives and silverware, premium cookware, restaurant quality dishes, platters and serving trays.

Dining area has a large round table for 6-8, with additional seating at the kitchen island.

Next to the dining area is a wet bar equipped with a beverage/wine fridge. The bar is stocked with ample wine glasses and cocktail glasses.

Master bedroom has a king bed, large walk in shower with multiple shower heads, double vanity and a large walk in closet.

The Guest bedroom has a king bed with a walk in closet, and front patio doors.

The living room is furnished with a fireplace, a luxurious sofa and 2 side chairs, with a modern cocktail table of natural stone. Also in the living room is Direct TV with a 65' flat screen TV.

Santa Fe is a very quiet and private subdivision with lots of neighborly people. I am sure you will enjoy our home and its surrounding amenities as much as we do!

McCormick Ranch stay for 40 days
Michael, host, was very responsive to any requests. His surprise treats were appreciated as was the supply of paper towels, TP, spices, laundry detergent, dish detergent, hand soap, etc. a very well stocked home! The patio area was relaxing.

The property was well appointed and had everything we needed for cooking. There also was a really nice gas grill. The property manager texted us with all we would need for our stay there. The place was very cozy and roomy. The back area was comfortably furnished for just hanging out. . There were also two pools for use of the renters. Will definitely stay there again.

Perfect warm weather getaway with friends in the neighborhood.
We loved this property in Scottsdale! We happen to know the neighborhood as good friends live there so it was perfect for us. Close to everything we wanted to see and do. The home was immaculate and very well stocked with everything one could need. We hope to stay again next year. Our host was responsive and easy to interact with. Definitely a five star property.

Great 2 week stay in February
Just two of us for 2 weeks in early February. Place is spacious. Kitchen is especially well set up and nice to cook in. Outdoor spaces are comfy and always a sunny or shade option. Host communication was just right. Location is good for hopping on the bike /walking path. A bit too far to get to downtown without a car, although there are a few walkable restaurants in the nearby plazas. Neighbourhood is quiet and felt very safe.

My wife and I have never been to Arizona and wanted to escape the rainy season in Florida for a couple of weeks. This was the perfect choice, newly remodeled, very clean and everything you could possibly need. Mike was the best host we’ve ever encountered on VRBO. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a perfect two week vacation at this Mccormick Ranch Townhome. The property was in an amazing location close to many restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet, the pool was in walking distance, the kitchen was stocked with everything that you could want to prepare meals. Michael was the perfect host and such a nice person and although we did not have any questions he checked in on us to make sure everything was ok. The check in and check out was seamless. I spent the full month of March at the home and it was excellent - everything was 'as expected' or better. The location, area and neighborhood are all very good. My interactions with Michael, the owner, were limited but always timely and helpful. I would highly recommend this home!

We had a terrific time! The property is exactly as advertised and super clean. We had a great time playing shuffleboard and just relaxing in the great room. The garage also was super appreciated because it was raining when we were in town (when does it ever rain in Phoenix!). The host was great and easy to communicate with, though we had no issues during our stay.

Beautiful Home Has Spoiled Us
Happy, Happy, Happy … these were our first and last impressions of this fabulous home. Our three week stay was amazing … this home is immaculate, well equipped, comfortable, beautiful, convenient. Michael made our check-in and departure very easy, and he responded very quickly to any questions we had. The neighbourhood felt safe and friendly, and we loved our pool time every morning. The kitchen and dining area were very spacious and we loved cooking meals there. Two King size beds were very comfy. The entire home was Perfectly Perfect for two couples. The welcome wine/snack basket was first-rate and most appreciated. The best of hotels has never provided bath towels so lush!!! All appliances were top-notch, including the outdoor grill. Michael’s home is definitely the best VRBO we have enjoyed, by far!!! Please, can we come back???

Amazing Property
Perfection on all counts. Everything, and I mean everything, was amazing. The decorating is gorgeous and the exceptional chef’s kitchen has all one would want in their own home. The furniture, including couch and beds, were incredibly comfortable. The linens, both sheets and towels, were soft and NOT the typical cheap linens that are in many rentals. The appliances were top of the line and the attached garage was great. The recessed lighting was beautiful and private back yard was perfect. We loved the neighborhood which was convenient and close to everything. We would stay again in a heartbeat. The bonus was having an awesome host. One night the TV would not turn on. I called Mike and even though it was a couple nights before Christmas and he was probably busy, he came over right away, and did a reboot. Mike was accessible, friendly, and clearly wants his guests to feel at home. We sure did. After a long absence of traveling, due to the pandemic, we definitely picked the right place to spend Christmas. We look forward to staying again. Thank you Mike. Truly home away from home.

We especially enjoy going to Telluride Colorado year round and any beach towns in California. If you ever wish to trade properties in those areas, please let us know. All the details of your stay will be personally handled by us. We use VRBO for all of our trips and understand what it takes to make your vacation or business trip a success!

Why they chose this property

This property was chosen most of all for the location. It is so close to so many great restaurants, bars, hiking, biking and golf courses. One of the other key benefits is, it is in a well established neighborhood. All of the properties are meticulously maintained, and we always feel like we are on vacation when we drive through the neighborhood. The new remodel has made it better than new by opening up the living and dining areas into an open floor plan, with lots of entertaining space.

What makes this property unique

If you have been around Scottsdale and like to bike, walk or run, you know how great the greenbelt is! We just love that we can access it just around the corner. Then the added bonus came when the Arizona Diamond backs built their spring training facility right around the corner!
