Weihnachten mit Blick auf´s Meer...

Spektakulärer Blick auf die Bucht, ein Haus mit Charakter und allem, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht und eine wunderbare Gastgeberin Maria, die aufmerksam und liebevoll und gleichzeitig unaufdringlich unterstützt hat... Ein Haus: zu allen Jahreszeiten schön!! Herzlichen Dank an Maria!

Eine Traumhafte Finca

Ich durfte 3 Wochen die Finca nutzen und muss zu geben soviel Gastfreundschaft und auch das erledigen von kleinigkeiten hätte ich nicht erwartet. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen. Gruß Florian

Tolle Finca, super Lage!

Haben eine Woche in der tollen Finca verbracht. Lage, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren top! Maria hat uns herzlich empfangen, mit landestypischen Leckereien, einem vollen Obstkorb, Wein und kalten Getränken. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke Maria!

Unbeschreiblich schön

Es war einfach wunderbar, das Haus, die Umgebung und auch die Betreuung durch Maria. Das Haus ist eine Oase der Gemütlichkeit und alles ist mit Liebe dekoriert. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir werden gerne wieder einmal zurückkehren an diesen traumhaften Ort. Otra vez muchas gracias a ti Maria!

Unglaublicher Aufenthalt im Paradies

Die Villa von Maria ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön und Maria selbst eine großartige Gastgeberin die stets jedes Detail durchdacht hat. Sowohl für Kinder war der Aufenthalt großartig als auch für die Erwachsenen. Der Ausblick vom „Balkon“ auf den Hafen von Portocolom ist atemberaubend und die kleine Leiter, die ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt direkt ins Meer führt ist optimal! Maria hilft gern in jeder Situation und kümmert sich liebevoll um alle Belange. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist 200%ig , es fehlt einfach an nichts. Auch Kochtipps für mallorquinische Speisen sind inklusive :) Wir kommen sicherlich noch mal wieder, wenn Portocolom, dann nur die Villa Voramar! Maria, auch auf diesem Wege noch mal vielen Herzlichen Dank!!

Fantastic house with panoramic view - perfect for your holiday.

Fantastic house with panoramic views over the city, the bay and the entrance to Porto Colom. There are many opportunities to find sun and shade on either the roof terrace or the covered terrace with access from the living room and rooms. From here you can enjoy the many boats that sail through the entrance to the harbor. The house is large and very well equipped. Everything is very clean and neat and of a very high standard. There is a lovely swimming pool and from the ground it is possible to get into the sea from a small platform. Maria who keeps track of everything about the house is an amazing person and incredibly helpful, whether it's a lift to the supermarket or ordering a taxi. Porto Colom is a quiet place with limited tourists compared to Porto Cristo or Cala D’or.

Besser geht's nicht, ehrlich.

Wir waren Ende Juni 7 Nächte in Marias Haus und das Negative zuerst: 7 Nächte sind nicht genug. Maria ist als Gastgeberin einfach grandios. Kommunikation, Buchung, Fragen, Check-In/Out - Perfekt. Sie ist immer sehr bemüht, ohne auch nur ansatzweise aufdringlich zu sein. Maria kümmert sich wirklich um alles! Marias Mann hat früh morgens sogar mal den Pool gesäubert und als unsere Kaffeemaschine kaputt war, hatten wir innerhalb von 1-2 Stunden eine neue. Maria ist die perfekte Gastgeberin, wirklich! Die Beschreibung des Hauses und die Fotos entsprechen mindestens der Realität, tatsächlich ist das Inserat eher etwas untertrieben. Das Haus ist super aufgeteilt. Unten sind Eingangsbereich, Wohnzimmer, Essecke, die große Küche, 3 Schlafzimmer, ein großes Bad, ein 'Vorratsraum' mit Spülmaschine & Regalen. Anliegend ein kleiner Raum mit Geschirr, sodass man nie in den Schränken wühlen musste. Außerdem noch ein Trocken-Raum. Keine Handtücher über's Geländer hängen, ein Traum! Auf der Ebene ist noch die überdachte Terrasse mit Sitzecke, Hängematte, Liegen, Schaukelstühlen und Co. Oben ist noch mal eine Art kleines Wohnzimmer, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Bad (en Suite). Oben gibt es eine Große Terrasse mit Sitzecke, Liegen und Tagesbett. Von dem Schlafzimmer aus geht noch eine weitere Terrasse ab. Wenn man auf der unteren Ebene ist, geht es eine Treppe zum Pool-Bereich runter. Der gesamte Außenbereich ist einfach perfekt. Liegen, Schirme, eine weitere Sitzecke direkt am Wasser. Der Pool selbst ist ca. 10x5m groß, 1,10-2,00m tief, einfach nur traumhaft. Das Haus selbst ist unglaublich schön, toll gelegen und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man hat nie das Gefühl in einem kargen Ferienhaus zu sein. Es gibt so viele schöne Kleinigkeiten zu entdecken. Selbst die Architektur mit dem offenen Treppenhaus und dem Oberlicht - So schick! Das Haus war bis in die letzte Ecke sauber. Wir hatten schon viele schöne Unterkünfte, aber so ordentlich, gepflegt, sauber und geschmackvoll war es bisher nirgends. Vor dem Haus konnten wir auf dem Hof unsere 3 Autos parken (abschließbares Tor). Wenn man nicht hinterm Haus ins Meer springen mag (oder die Leiter ein paar Meter weiter nutzen möchte), ist man auch in 5 Minuten mit den zwei Rädern, die im kleinen Schuppen stehen, an der Cala Marcal. Mir fällt nichts Negatives ein, außer dass Maria mich gebeten hat eine Rezension zu schreiben. Mir wäre es lieber das hier bliebe ein Geheimtipp ;-)

Stunning views, well-appointed home, welcoming host

We have used VRBO/Home Away for family getaways for many years, and have consistently had good experiences, but Maria stands out by far the most welcoming, friendly host we have encountered. A couple of weeks before our arrival she sent a message inquiring about our arrival time. As we were arriving on Christmas Eve Day, she wanted to make sure we would be able to stock up on groceries as most everything would be closed Dec 25. When we arrived she was there to show us around the property and let us know how everything worked. She also had laid out a veritable feast: local cheese, fresh bread and pastries, fresh fruit, dates, nuts, olives and wine. There was bottled water (both still and sparkling) and some beer in the refrigerator. On Christmas eve she brought us a giant pot of homemade Spanish hot chocolate. She also had decorated with some tasteful holiday lights and decorations that blended with the house's seaside themed decor During our stay she checked in with us a couple of times to see if we needed anything else and to make sure that everything was to our liking. She really wants to make sure that her guests have a wonderful stay. The house lives up to the pictures - even better - as nothing compares to the view in real life! The beds are comfortable and all of the linens smelled wonderfully fresh and clean. There were plenty of clean towels and blankets in each room. Separate pool towels are also provided. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, utensils, salt, sugar, olive oil, some basic spices and even coffee and tea. There is a microwave, a toaster, a juicer, and a coffee maker - all looked new. The bathrooms were sparkling clean and were stocked with soap and toilet paper. There is plenty of comfortable seating both indoor and outdoor. The home is located in a nice residential neighborhood, consisting of other well-cared for homes. There are two supermarkets a couple of blocks away. We hadn't been to Mallorca before, and with so many towns to choose from - we weren't sure where the best place to rent would be. After spending a week exploring the island, I know we made the right choice! Portocolom is a real town - there are about 4000 residents year-round. We drove through some other "towns" that were all hotels - complete ghost-towns in the off season. But Portocolom has its own character. The location is also great for visiting other towns (our favorites were Palma and Pollença).

Fantastisk hus med byens bedste beliggenhed. Høj standard.

Fantastisk dejligt hus med panoramaudsigt ud over byen og vandet. Der er en fantastisk udsigt fra næsten alle rum og fra de mange dejlige terrasser. Huset er stort og er veludstyret. Alt er rent og pænt og af høj standard. Der er en dejlig pool, og fra grunden kan du gå direkte ned på klipperne og hoppe i vandet. Husk badesandaler, som er nødvendig, når man skal gå på klipperne. Maria er en fantastisk vært. Hun har styr på tingene, svarer altid hurtigt på mails. Og selv da vi kom forsinket midt om natten, stod hun klar og tog imod os med hjemmebag, frugt og vin. Bedre feriebolig og vært findes simpelt hen ikke!

Traumhaft!!

Wir haben mit einer Mädelsclique 5 Tage in dem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Sowohl das Haus, als auch unsere Vermieterin Maria, haben unsere Erwartungen MEHR als übertroffen. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig, sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles pikobello sauber. Direkt am Meer, wunderschöner Pool mit herrlichem Blick. Bei der Ausstattung fehlte es an nichts. Der Vermieterin Maria unseren ganz ganz herzlichen Dank!! Sie hat uns einen grandiosen Empfang bereitet. Sie hat frisch gebackene Leckereien für uns vorbereitet, Wasser, Obst, Wein, alles vor Ort. Tausend Dank dafür!! Maria, wir vermissen dich und dein Haus jetzt schon. Verlass dich drauf.... Wir werden wiederkommen!!😘👍

Einfach ein Traum am Wasser

Wir, 4 Erwachsene, 2 Kleinkinder ein ein Teenager, waren einfach begeistert. Angefangen von dem liebevollen Empfang durch Maria mit spanischen Spezialitäten, Obst, Wasser, Wein und Bier über das liebevoll eingerichtete und gemütliche Haus und die unbeschreibliche Aussicht auf die Bucht von Portocolom . Alles war sehr sauber. Bezogene Betten, Handtücher und Strand/Pool Tücher lagen bereit. Von Geschirrtüchern über Spülmittel und sonstiges Verbrauchsmaterial, war alles vorhanden. Die obere Etage mit einem kleinen "Wohnzimmer", Schlafzimmer mit direkt angrenzendem neuen Badezimmer und mehreren Dachterrasen, haben wir unserer Tochter überlassen. Die erste Etage u.a. mit 3 Schlafzimmern haben wir 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkinder in Beschlag genommen. Die Küche ist für Selbstversorger gut ausgestattet, so haben wir auch unsere Abende am liebsten auf der überdachten Terrasse verbracht ... die Aussicht ist einmalig...vorbeiziehende Segelboote, ein Zweimaster, der direkt bei uns vor Anker lag...was will man mehr. Maria, vielen Dank für deinen lieben Kontakt und Betreuung vor Ort. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!! Anna mit Familie und Freunden

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir wurden von Maria sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist ein Traum. Es ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt zwei große Terrassen mit Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, einen Grill, einen sehr schönen Pool mit ausreichend Liegen. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr schön eingerichtet Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer. Es gibt direkt am Haus einen Einstieg zum Meer. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und haben schon für das nächste Jahr gebucht.

Ein Paradies - Un Paraiso

Eigentlich kann man dieses Objekt gar nicht beschreiben denn man muss es gesehen und live erlebt haben. Wir können uns den Kommentaren der anderen Urlauber nur anschließen und sagen…. es war ein Paradies auf Erden. Die Fotos auf dieser Homepage können nicht wiedergeben was man hier sieht und fühlt. Wir, 5 Frauen, haben uns eine Woche Auszeit in diesem Paradies gegönnt und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Es ist so unsagbar schön, die Lage, das Meer, der Pool, die Zimmer, die Ausstattung. Es hat an NICHTS gefehlt. Selbst die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet. Es war alles picobello sauber bis ins hinterste Eckchen. Maria, unsere Vermieterin, hatte uns einen wunderbaren Empfang bereitet. Es standen diverse Köstlichkeiten in der Küche, sodass wir für den Anfang erst mal versorgt waren. So viel Herzlichkeit erlebt man sehr selten. Maria !eres un cielo y siempre en nuestro corazón! Wir haben das Paradies gefunden!!!

Zuerst möchten wir etwas über die Vermieterin Maria schreiben: Der Kontakt und die Abwicklung waren im Vorfeld schon freundlich und perfekt. Bei unserer Ankunft sind wir von Maria mit solch einer Gastfreundlichkeit empfangen worden, die wir noch nie erlebt haben. Der ganze Tisch war gedeckt und der Kühlschrank gefüllt. Es gab spanischen Flammkuchen, Obst, Gemüse, Nachtisch, Bier, Wein, Wasser, Milch, Orangensaft Wurst, Marmelade und Butter. Sorry, wir haben bestimmt noch einiges vergessen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden wir von Maria liebevoll umsorgt. 2 x pro Woche erhielten wir neue Handtücher, 1 x pro Woche wurde das Bett neu bezogen. Wir (2 Personen) haben im Juni drei wunderschöne Urlaubswochen in diesem „Paradies“ verbracht. Was kann man noch über das Haus schreiben, was nicht schon in den Bewertungen steht. Wir können den Bewertungen zu 100% zustimmen. Die Zimmer haben alle, bis auf eines, einen direkten Blick auf das Meer und sind mit soviel Liebe eingerichtet und dekoriert, wie man es selten vorfindet. Das ganze Haus, die Terrassen und der Außenbereich mit Pool sind sehr gepflegt und suchen seinesgleichen! Hierfür und für die Sauberkeit vergeben wir die Schulnote „EINS“ Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, es fehlte an NICHTS! Auf der Dachterrasse sind ein neuer Tisch, Stühle und 2 neue Liegen, alles aus Holz, mit dicken Auflagen und Dekokissen! Der Meereinstieg ist ein paar Meter vor dem Haus, somit konnten wir uns den Gang zum Strand sparen. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir das Haus bereits für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht haben und können es kaum abwarten! Liebe Maria, vielen lieben Dank für ALLES. Du bist die „BESTE“. wonderful relaxing location

we spent a very relaxing birthday holiday in Marias house in the beautiful bay of Portocolom. She made us feel very welcome and was a gorgeous host! the house has a very nice feeling and we will certainly come back!! wunderschöne Aussichten auf den verschiedenen Terrassen, herrlich geschmackvoll renoviertes oberes Schlafzimmer mit en-suite Badezimmer, unglaubliche Gastgeberin - einfach ein wunderschöner Geburtstags-Urlaub. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, und das nicht erst am nächsten runden Geburtstag!

We were in this house for one week in April. It's really as lovely as on the pictures! We can highly recommend this house and its host Maria. She is a really nice and helps with everything. The villa is like 15min from Cala D'Or with lots of good restaurants - even in off-season.

Traumhaus mit wunderbarem Ausblick

Lage, Zustand und Sauberkeit des Hauses sowie die zuvorkommende Betreuung durch Maria haben unseren Osterurlaub zu einen Traum werden lassen. Der Ausblick von den verschiedenen Balkonen und Terassen auf die Hafenbucht von Portocolom ist faszinierend. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das neue Badezimmer im Obergeschoss ist perfekt. Ab der Buchung wurden wir von Maria freundlich begrüßt und liebevoll betreut. So informierte sie uns im Vorfeld über Verkehrbehinderungen durch ein Festt am Tag unserer Anreise. Und zur Begrüßung hatte sie einen brechend vollen Tisch mit Obst, Wein, Bier, Wasser, Brot und selbstgemachter Pizza vorbereitet. Wunderbar! Pool, unterschiedliche Liegen, verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten und eine Hängematte runden das Außenangebot perfekt ab. Man kann direkt vom Haus aus an die Felsküste gehen und ins wunderbar saubere Wasser springen. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt darauf, in den nächsten Jahren wiederzukommen und dann erneut Sonne, Haus, Pool und Marias wunderbare Gastfreundschaft genießen zu können. Tausend Dank, Maria! Andreas

Paradise in Mallorca!!

This has to be the best villa in Mallorca! We have stayed in lovely villas in Pollensa, Esporles, Felanix, Inca, Sa Horta, Cas Concas, Cala Santanyi, Buga etc, etc for over 20 years and never found "the one" until now. From the incredibly warm welcome to the amazing quality of the villa this has to be the best place and position we have ever experienced in Mallorca. The villa is located in a perfect tranquil setting overlooking the rustic bay of Portocolom with a never ending scene of bustling holiday sea crafts of every shape and size literally an underarm's stones throw from the terrace. A 30 second walk will take you to the waters edge with a 500cm lazy drop off the rocks into the sea - or alternatively take the two or three steps down the built in ladder. For the energetic you can swim the equivalent of 8 Olympic lengths to the opposite side of the bay to land at a picture postcard sandy beach with a single beach bar serving refreshments or lunch for the adventurous swimmer. Alternatively just drive roughly 10 minutes around the bay and meet the hardy ones! Usually I would not reveal this fantastic find but Maria asked that we write her a review so here it is!

Fantastic place

These pictures of Maria's house dont do justice for it, it is so much more beautiful! The sea is literally on your footsteps. Our favorite hobby was to sit on the terrasse and look all the boats sailing by. Really beautiful place and Maria is the best host ever. On our arrival she had some food and drinks for us ready and was always at our dipsosal if we needed anything. She is very discreet. We will defintely be back one time. Muchos grazias Maria!!! Wat een droomverblijf!

Wat hebben wij een fantastische week gehad in dit huis! Het warme ontvangst van Maria met heerlijk eten, wijn, water en bier zorgde ervoor dat we even moesten slikken. Wauw wat een heerlijk begin van de vakantie. Het uitzicht is vanuit bijna elke kamer te bewonderen. Te gek om al die boten zo langs te zien varen of te zien dobberen. De kinderen keken iedere dag met veel plezier naar alles wat voorbij kwam. Een dag in en om het huis was een heerlijke dag! Zwembad; (zoet) schoon en zonder chloor, wat fijn. Huis; schoon, comfortabel en goed uitgerust. Opa en oma hadden de bovenverdieping. Wij waren een beetje jaloers op het dakterras ;) Prachtige slaapkamer en een net gerenoveerde badkamer. Echt luxe! Al met al een welverdiend 5 sterren verblijf. Locatie is fijn. Niet te druk. Prachtig strandje tegenover het huis. En heerlijke, wat betere restaurants aan de boulevard van Porto Colom. Mocht u nog twijfelen....wij zeggen doen!
