In a quiet residence, beautiful single-storey villa of 76 m² with all amenities, facing south, built in 2002. 2 terraces and 2 small gardens (olive, laurel, lavender), private car park - located at the foot of the Massif de la Clape, 300 m from the beach and 500 m from the city center.
Large living room-dining room of 31 m² equipped with a 3D LED TV, a Hi-Fi system and two FOCAL speakers- beautiful fully equipped kitchen of 10m² - 2 beautiful bedrooms of 11 m² and 12 m² - bathroom 5 m² with bath and 2 basins - separate WC.

Très bon séjour
Maison spacieuse et impeccable à notre arrivée. Comme indiqué dans l'annonce, la maison se trouve dans un lotissement très calme, nous n'avons eu aucune nuisance sonore des voisins, et il faut moins de 10 minutes à pieds (plutôt 5 même) pour atteindre des grandes plages de sable fin. Le petit centre ville est à 15/20 minutes à pieds environ. La literie est très bonne pour les 3 lits, sous-taies et alèses sont lavées entre chaque occupant en raison du covid plus désinfection des poignées, interrupteurs, etc... La maison est meublée avec du mobilier de qualité, et l'équipement de la cuisine et de la sdb sont également d'une certaine gamme, et pas du "premier prix" comme cela est souvent le cas dans les locations de vacances. L'arrivée comme le départ se sont très bien passés avec la dame qui nous a remis les clés et qui s'est montrée très conciliante concernant les horaires. Enfin, la communication avec le propriétaire a été très cordiale et les réponses toujours rapides. En résumé, je recommande les yeux fermés, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison à Narbonne plage.

Gemütliches, optimal eingerichtetes Ferienhaus
Sehr netter, freundlicher Kontakt (Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil). Einfache, unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Komfortabel, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Gute Lage. Der Strand, der Aquajet Park und das Zentrum sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Schattiger Carport, geräumige Garage mit Waschmaschine und Trocknungs- sowie Lagermöglichkeiten. Betten bequem/ in gutem Zustand. Region: sehr grosser Sandstrand (manchmal etwas zu windig), Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Narbonne und akzeptable in Narbonne-Plage, viele interessante Ausflugsziele wie Tropfsteinhöhlen, mittelalterliche Burgen, Carcassonne. Wir (2 Jungs (7 und 9 Jahre alt), Mutter und Vater) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Très bon séjour
Logement parfaitement conforme au descriptif et très bien équipé. Il ne manque rien. Maison propre et entretenue dans une rue très calme. Le garage est très pratique pour laisser un coffre de toit pendant le séjour. La plage est à 5 min et accessible. Une seule route à traverser pour les enfants. Ravis de notre séjour. Parfait pour un couple avec 2 enfants.

Quel régal
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa de M. Valentini avec nos deux enfants de 2 et 4 ans. La villa est très bien équipée, d'une propreté irréprochable, tout y est (et si on empile 3 fauteuils de jardin, on a même une chaise haute très stable...), et on est à la plage à pied en quelques minutes. La personne qui s'occupe de l'accueil est très souriante et très agréable. Des vacances parfaites, nous reviendrons! Bénédicte Langella.

Nous avons passé 3 semaines de vacances cet été dans ce pavillon avec nos 2 enfants et sommes enchantés par notre séjour. Maison bien équipée, très propre et très fonctionnelle, proche des commerces et de la plage à pied (10 minutes max). Nous n'avons pas été déçus et la personne qui nous a accueillis est charmante et disponible si besoin ce qui n'est pas négligeable. En résumé, je recommande cette adresse pour de bonnes vacances en perspectives.
