Heaven on Earth. Our beach is famous for its sugar sand, historic landmarks, shops and restaurants. That cozy beach feeling you've been looking for! This gem is located on 27th Ave with access to walking, biking path & its own pathway to the beach! Center Court with gas grille. Minute walks to beach and other attractions.

This one bedroom /one bath is concrete block completely renovated with full kitchen full bath with queen bed. New central A/C system. Roll away bed available upon request. Short walk to the beach, to Historic Don Cesar Resort with many restaurants to chose from. We strive to make sure each and every guest is as comfortable as possible and that you truly feel at home when you are here. We look forward to hosting you and sharing our Beach with you! You will Love Pass a Grille!!

We allow pets,( NONE REFUNDABLE PET FEE OF $300 for under 20 LBS , AND $500 for larger than 20 LBS PER PET/PER STAY. Please send your pet's picture! PROOF OF VACCINATIONS REQUIRED.

Great spot - walk to beach in seconds.

Totally redone after hurricane. Great 1-bedroom/one bath apartment with parking for two cars. Everything is new. Bedroom has a queen bed. New recliner sofa folds flat on each end for additional guest. You can see the beach walkway entrance from the front door. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels all provided. Corey is a great host and is responsive and helpful. Quiet safe spot on Pass-a-Grille with beautiful quiet stretch of beach. Conveniently located to restaurants and activities. My wife and I would stay again.

We had a great time. Cory the Owner was such a nice person and his accommodations were great. Very comfortable studio and private parking and steps to the beach.!!! We will definitely be back

Very very clean and well kept. Great location, great host!

Spent a week here in PassAGrille. We are relocating from the Keys and used this location as a headquarters. No better location, steps to a great beach and beautiful water. I highly endorse Cody's place at 2606 Pass A Grille Blvd, St Pete Beach, Florida.

WONDERFUL

Such a perfect place for our stay in St Pete's Beach. Nearly private beach, easy stroll to the beach, great shopping and restaurants. Cory was wonderful and was available for any question we had. Thank you and we hope to come back when we can hopefully get some better weather! Thank you!

Comfortable, clean and quiet. Closest to beach.

Very easy to find in a nice quiet part of the neighborhood. The space is very clean and the owner is nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The beach access is so close it's like walking to the end of your driveway. The beach has very few people on it, which I love.

wedding trip

Attended a wedding at the Bush House in Passe A Grille. This rental was right across the street so it was like staying at the house with the wedding party. It was a short (3min) walk to the beach too which was nice.

Great place for beach access

Cory is a great host and works hard to be sure you have a pleasant stay. The apartment is extremely clean. The beach is almost private because it is a private access. We will return the next time we visit the St. Pete area.

A very clean and convenient home!

This home is very clean, comfortable, and convenient. The a/c works great and the kitchen is fully stocked and easy to use. The unit is also just steps from the beach. The location is great for access to either Pass-A- Grille or the main strip of St. Pete Beach. Cory is a great host! Overall a great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage was very clean & comfortable, it had everything we could need or want. Proximity to the beach was great and it was secluded, which we loved! Very clean, great location!

This unit is spotless and in a great location just a minute or two from the beach. Cory is welcoming and accommodating. The unit has everything you need. Pass A Grille is a quiet but charming little beach town. A great place to go to relax. I would go back happily.

Perfect for our needs!

We are from the area and come back every year for our kids spring break! This year we only had our one son so the space was perfect. Two minute walk to the beach and a nice stroll to our favorite spots on 8th Avenue! Cory could not have been more accommodating and the unit was well equipped and very clean. Thank you Cory for an excellent spring break experience!

Back Again!

My husband and I love it here. LOCATION,LOCATION,LOCATION--Walk out the door and take a left and you are on the most beautiful beach in the world. Cory's place is extremely clean and has everything you need to have a fabulous vacation in paradise. Cory and his family are so accommodating--we feel like we are visiting our family when we are there. We can't wait to go back. Thank you so much Cory!

Great week with family

This is a great location very, very close to an outstanding uncrowded beach, literally a couple minutes' walk to the beach and ocean. The studio was small (for we six) but we knew it would be and were there for the sun and the beach, not to sit in an apartment. Very clean with all needed amenities. We had great weather and were able to be at the beach all of the time which was our intention. Beautiful area! Host was very helpful with anything we needed!

Fantastic get away close to the beach

Cory was an amazing host. He educated us on the neighborhood and told us what was close by. Lots of restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. Cory was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. There was a bottle of wine for us when we arrived and the place was really clean. It is literally a one minute walk to the beach. This is the only place we will stay when we visit St. Pete in the future.

Clean, Quiet & Close to the beach

This was our second stay with Cory. Our first was in his 2br/1ba unit next door to this studio. They are both great units (super clean). Cory responds quickly and wants to make sure you are happy. The units are super close to a very quiet area of the beach. We had everything we needed in this very spacious studio unit.

Wonderful

We have been traveling to Pass-a-Grille for 30 years. This property was exceptional. If you love the beach this is the place for you. It takes 30 seconds to have your feet in the sand. The location to the beach is awesome! The property was extremely clean and comfortable. Cory, the owner, was very helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy his property. This property had nothing missing and we can't wait to stay here again! Thank you Cory.

Back Again!

This was our third time back to Cory's. Cory's place is like coming home for us. We have everything we need right down to the beach chairs, beach towels and cooler. Take a left out the front door and you are on St Pete Beach. The location is perfect because you can walk to everything Pass-a-Grille has to offer. You can't meet a nicer host. He genuinely cares about making sure that you have EVERYTHING you need while you are staying here. He is always available to answer questions and make suggestions about where to go while in town. We are already planning our trip back in November. Thank you Cory and family for allowing us to stay in your home. WE LOVE IT!

Great location, space, and host

This location is perfect and has its own private beach at the end of the road. Great, comfy space with a well-stocked kitchenette with plenty of utensils if you like cooking. There is a coffee maker and toaster so we made breakfast every day! The bed is comfortable. A/C works well and so does the hot water. Many thanks to Corey! Don't be afraid to call him, which is the most efficient way of reaching out. We can't wait to go back!
