My husband and I enjoyed our weekend at the cabin. The owner was very nice and communicative and responsive and told us up front about the water missing from the pond. We still had a nice time visiting Congaree National Park and hiking in the area. The hot tub was nice and worked well.

Had a great time during my stay. The cabin is cozy and the pond on the property was nice. Hot tub was nice to get into after a day of fishing.
Great place out in the woods for a weekend. The beds are comfortable, the shower had plenty of hot water and the pond is very well kept. Couldn't ask for more than that.
We had a great time! With fishing right out the back door and cabin set up super simple, whats not to like! Stores down the road were easy to get to. It was a great stay.
Great place to stay and relax if your wanting a nice quiet getaway, took my son and his friends for his birthday and caught several nice size bass and released overall a great time!!
Great property , clean and just right for our trip. Enjoyed Kayaking on the pond and the kids loved fishing. Nicely outfitted with all the necessities. This was my first Vrbo experience and it was excellent, from check in to check out. Would definetly recommend this place.
We stayed here during a part of our honeymoon, the property is absolutely stunning. The owner, Tris, is such a kind person. We had an issue during our stay & it was resolved quickly and VERY generously! We are so grateful for how kind Tris treated us during our stay.
Last minute get-away celebrating 36 years of marriage!
The cabin was clean, well stocked and cozy. The property, well it speaks for itself. Beautiful, peaceful and serene!
Swimming, fishing, hot tub to finish. Privacy and seclusion checked off. This week could not have gone better, we are planning next years trip already.
My husband and I spent our Anniversary at the cabin along with our adult children. We caught a few fish and enjoyed the jacuzzi. It was so serene and quiet. The host was very nice. We will definitely be back! Thanks Tris!
The cabin is pleasantly decorated, clean and comfortable. The hot tub, grill, firepit, doc and boats give you plenty to do. We fished quite a bit and caught one good sized bass that was delicious. Highly recommended.
We had a great Father’s Day weekend with the family. My husband and son who are avid bass fishermen spent each day on the Jon boat fishing while my daughter and I relaxed on the kayaks. The fishing was amazing and they caught probably 50 bass over 3 days with the highlight being my son’s biggest catch, a 7 pounder! The cabin was perfect for our family and my husband said it was the best Father’s Day trip ever!
Cabin was spotless, well stocked with necessities, and we LOVED the decor. We had a great time fishing and kayaking on the lake. Close to groceries and gas, but far enough away that you felt secluded and away from the hustle and bustle. Spoke to the owner briefly and he was so friendly and helpful. We can't wait to come back!
This was a much needed weekend getaway for me and my husband! I can't express enough how great Tris was! We stayed during hurricane Helene and lost power. Tris checked on us daily and was going to work out another weekend for us to stay because he wanted us to have a good time. After a few hours, the lights came back on and we were able to enjoy this beautiful place. This is the right place if you want quiet, private, and a peaceful environment! We definitely enjoyed the fishing in the boat daily...We thoroughly enjoyed our little weekend get away and will stay again!!

Why they chose this property
My wife, children and I throughaly enjoy the outdoors. Between 4 wheeling, hunting and fishing we have spent much family time together in this area. Born and raised in Orangeburg, i fell in love with the charm of the cabin and want to make it available to others that might not have the same access to outdoors as I have been granted.
