Celebration Beach House is not available to groups of persons under age 25 or to host events.

This 3 story Beach House welcomes you to one of the best locations in Carillon Beach, Florida. Sitting immediately across from the sand dune Beach walkover on Beachside Drive, Celebration has a huge wrap around porch that catches the Gulf breezes. The second floor balconies have views of the Carillon Beach community and the Gulf. Upon entering Celebration, the stunning professionally decorated interior provides an open living/dining/kitchen area on the 1st floor. The 1st floor also offers a King bedroom, full bath, and laundry room with a washer/dryer plus the 2nd refrigerator/freezer.

On the 2nd floor Guests have their choice of 3 King bedrooms, all with private baths and all with balcony access.

The 3rd floor really takes Celebration to the pinnacle of vacation fun! Four extra-long twin beds anchor a full floor suite of BR/TV/Game Room/Sitting Area and Full Bath with two pedestal sinks and walk-in shower. Each bed has it own bookshelf with a light for reading and electrical outlet for charging or viewing mobile devices.

Celebration has a large open kitchen with quartz countertops, an island with four stools, and Stainless Steel appliances including a Bosch gas cooktop and quiet Bosch Dishwasher.

A Rinnai tankless hot water system features endless hot water - even when all shower at the same time.

Celebration features 4 50" HD TVs in the bedrooms, one bedroom has a Smart TV and 60" HD TVs in each of the 2 separate living areas. The 1st floor has a Smart TV. Each living area TV has Netflix and most sports channels. In the 3rd floor living area there is a WiiU console, 4 Remote Controllers and games.

Our Guests have included 6 reserved chaise lounge Beach chairs with daily Beach service providing chair cushions and umbrellas available year round excluding Christmas and Thanksgiving days on one of Florida's most award winning Beaches. Guests can contact the Beach service to rent additional "sets" of 2 chaise lounge chairs with the daily service of cushions and umbrellas with daily or weekly rates.

Guests have free access to The Bellview Pool, the Lake Carillon Pool and the Gulf front Beach Club Pool which has handicap access to the beach (two of the pools are heated seasonally), hard surface tennis courts, a full size Basketball SportsCourt, playground with playhouse and lawn game areas. Guests have a short walk to 'Downtown' Carillon with restaurants, shops, fitness center (merchant charges a fee), a wine store, coffee shop, and a fishing pier on Lake Carillon.

Carillon Beach, FL, a private, gated coastal community, is located half way between Destin and Panama City Beach, FL. Guests enjoy free concerts (scheduled monthly) at Carillon Beach's Village Green on the shore of Lake Carillon during the summer season.

From fishing to hanging out on the beach to shopping, Celebration is in a great 'hub' location. Golfers can choose from among 7+ golf courses within a 30 minute drive.

Dine at world class local restaurants or cook in a large, well equipped kitchen. Don't like to cook? You may want to hire a personal chef.

Family vacations at Celebrations Beach House can’t be beat
Celebrations is a large, welcoming house in the lovely community called Carillon Beach. The house is conveniently located across from the #1 Dunes Walkover. It’s beautifully furnished with a well-equipped kitchen, multiple, private bathrooms, and enough comfortable bedrooms for all.

Great location! Beds for everyone! Kitchen well supplied and plenty room in kitchen. Super clean! My only concern was no safety bar or handle in downstairs tub.

Celebration House
This was our first time visiting Carillon Beach. We absolutely LOVED Celebration House. It was the perfect layout/size for our family. The house was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The short walk to the beach was ideal. With double red flags several days, the kids enjoyed the different pool access. Some of us enjoyed the Pickleball courts - wish they had more as they were quite popular. Ken - I appreciate all of the communications prior to our visit and follow ups. Very easy to work with and provided some terrific suggestions for any questions that we had. Loved having the six chairs available each day - added bonus! The only suggestion would be having a few bikes available. We hope to visit again.

This is a great house! Very comfortable, clean & stocked well for a week at the beach. We loved the location - so easy to walk over to the beach. We had 6 adults & 5 kids - plenty of room for all of us. The neighborhood is very cute - we loved riding our golf cart around to admire the houses. We’ve been vacationing in the Destin/30A area for 20 years. This is at the top of the list of our favorites. We’d stay here again! The only thing I could even recommend would be having a couple small laundry baskets for taking laundry up/down. Tons of toys, beach chairs provided. Kitchen had everything we needed and the extra fridge was clutch!

Outstanding Carillon Beach Stay
We have vacationed in properties in Carillon Beach with our adult kids and grandkids for many years. This home is so spacious and well appointed that it is our favorite so far! The 4 king bedrooms with baths and the kids upstairs twin bedroom and play area were perfect for everyone’s privacy and comfort. We could all be in the common area at one time without feeling crowded. The location directly across from the first beach walkover was great for easy beach access. The host is always quick to respond, gracious and so helpful. This is a wonderful place to make family memories!

Beach wedding
We were there for our niece’s beach wedding. The weather was rather cool so we didn’t really get to enjoy all of the outside wrap around porches and decks. The house is very nice and clean. Great for a large family. We would like to go back in the spring or summer.

This house was perfect. We loved our stay! The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking meals at home and there were plenty of beach toys and chairs. The pillows and beds were VERY comfortable. I would highly recommend this property.

A Slice of Heaven
Our entire family enjoyed our stay at Celebration at Carillon Beach. The beach is literally steps away from the front door. When the little kids had too much beach time there are three pools that are within walking distance. The house was clean, extremely comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The third floor includes a play area and a big bedroom with four built in twin beds which the kids loved having their own space. We played board games almost every night after a full day in the sun. The grocery stores are close by and the kitchen is spacious if you want to cook at home or you hop in the car for a short drive to find any restaurant you can imagine. It’s was a great family beach week.

Family beach vacation perfection
This was our third family (10 of us, including 4 school age grandchildren) visit to Carillon Beach and our beloved Celebration Beach House. The grandkids actually refer to it as “our beach house” when telling their friends of their adventures here. They OWN that third floor; it is perfect for them, their special, very well-equipped headquarters! The rest of the house is equally well-equipped and perfectly appointed to encourage all who enter to immerse themselves in the relaxed beach vibe. The bright, sunny kitchen has everything. Everything! Early mornings on that front porch were heavenly. The beach is uncrowded. The 6 wooden, cushioned, beach chairs with umbrellas certainly got their workout. And of course the “30A” sand and sea can’t be beat! Thank you, Ken & Pat for yet another soul-replenishing stay at your wonderful beach house! (We’re already booked for 2023!)

Perfect House
We could not have asked for a better house for our spring break with our friends. We had 6 kids in total, ages ranging from 16-7. The location of the house made it simple to spend the day at the beach and then head back for lunch. We especially loved the balcony to get out of the sun and enjoy an afternoon snack. We were all pleasantly surprised with how fully equipped the house was, it had everything we needed and more. The kids loved having their own space up on the 3rd floor. Carillon Beach is a great location to be able to visit both Panama City Beach and the neighboring towns along 30a.

We loved everything about our stay at Celebration beach house! Amenities galore (can’t beat a second fridge for cokes/adult beverages) so much space (kids area on third floor was perfect for the five kids in our party ranging in age from 5-11) and perfect location with walkover to beach right across the street.

When our kids were growing up, we often vacationed in Destin and Ft. Walton and loved the area. We fell in love with, some say, the best kept secret in Florida, Carillon Beach, and find ourselves wanting to be at the Beach as much as possible. When we can't be there, we love sharing Celebration with others to enjoy.

Why they chose this property

When we first saw Celebration Beach House we were immediately stunned by the large wrap around porch and balcony on the Gulf side with views of the Gulf. Inside is a large 5 bedroom 5 bath home extremely close to the Beach. We fell in love with the house and the location.

What makes this property unique

One of the unique things about this Carillon Beach home is that all bedrooms and living areas are in one structure with no separate Guest Cottage.
