There are gorgeous linens and down duvets in the Queen bedroom, as well as in the Twin bedroom. The 2 twins can be pushed together to form an additional King upon request.

Excellent location

We were in town to celebrate Christmas with our son that lives in Bend. Our rental was in an excellent location to walk to near by restaurants after a day of skiing.

Location very convenient however more detailed cleaning would have made stay more enjoyable towels needed to be rewashed Cookware provided in very poor condition for a family that enjoys to cook oven not cleaned Check in communication excellent.

Excellent stay!

We enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for walking distance to many breweries and restaurants. The bikes in the garage were a hit with our kids and allowed us to ride over downtown Bend and see the beautiful scenery. The accommodations in the house had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with the items needed. The house was very clean and we had nice parking in the back off the street. We would stay again when we come back to bend. The hot tub was also enjoyable.

Property is nicely located and well stocked. Parking was great. Primary issue was the inadequacy of air conditioning from the portable units ( that were not delineated in the ad. Third bedroom for children was uncomfortable. Kitchen area not adequately cooled from living room. Suggest mini-splits. Also the kitchen table was a bottleneck. It it a large table and the chairs that do not fit under the table made the space very uncomfortable for movement. Did nit try to use spa - so unaffected by the leak discovered by your service man.

Great Stay

This was a perfect place to stay with my husband and 2 boys. It's a great location. We walked everywhere. We loved the breweries close by, Mother's restaurant and the fresh farmers market.

Great location!

We stayed there for a quick weekend getaway and could not have asked for a better location! So many places to check out within walking or biking distance. We will look to rent this place again when we come back to Bend.

Great location for a ski trip

The communication with the property manager throughout the stay was fantastic. The house is situated in a great neighborhood that’s walking distance to many breweries and a short walk to the park ‘n ride for the Mt Bachelor shuttle. We had several issues with the hot tub during the stay but both times the property manager arranged for the hot tub to be serviced promptly. We cooked a few meals and found the kitchen to be adequately equipped, nothing spectacular but it has all the basics you’d need for a large group. Only complaint with the house was that both of the bathrooms are located in the bed rooms which can be an issue if you have someone staying on the pullout couch. We’d consider staying again when we’re in Bend!

Fantastic Location in Bend

The house was the right size, furniture and beds were comfortable, and the location cannot be beat in Bend, Oregon. My wife grew up in NE Bend and was herself astonished at how close we were to everything we ever do in Bend when visiting family - Drake Park, Mirror Pond, downtown and westside were walkable and most everything else was a 10 min drive at most. A+ on house, location. A on communication with bluebird C on pots, pans, knives C on hot tub Incomplete on propane for the grill If you plan to cook in the kitchen, the pot, pan, knife situation should improve. Verify propane for the grill upon arrival. We had a glitchy experience with the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredible Location and Cute Property

We had a very comfortable stay at the Cascadia Craftsman. It's just a short walk to coffee and great places to eat, which we loved! It was very hot in Bend during our stay, but the house was equipped with swamp coolers that kept the house cool most of the time.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful visit with family. The home worked well for myself, my two daughters and a boyfriend. The location was great we rarely needed our car. The bikes worked for grocery shopping, when using a backpack and the basket. Out the back gate was a bar and a few steps beyond were nice places for breakfast or lunch. Downtown was an easy walk for our group. The hot tub felt great after after having done several hikes, and showering prior, it was very clean. We would have liked a few more coffee cups and plates, we ended up needing to hand wash or run the dishwasher a several times during our stay. I was surprised the sprinklers came on every morning I thought the area had water issues, the landscaping was not drought friendly.

Amazing location

Amazing location, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Quite even though surrounded by so much. Perfect place if you want to float. 30 minute walk to jump in and the exit spot us around the corners. Rental company was very attentive even on a Saturday.

Perfect house and location!

We Loved this property! The location was perfect for us. We had the best time checking out everything that Bend has to offer. Being 60 to 100 feet from not one but 3 different breweries was convenient and fun. Kanona Coffee was our Go to for a high quality cup of coffee. We hiked Misery Ridge @ Smith Rock and did the Todd Lake loop. (the birds really will land on your hand!) Thank you so much for having this great rental available!

This place is cozy and family friendly. Loved it!

This house was super clean and cozy with an impeccable use of space. Air conditioning units were in each room making it really comfortable. Walking distance from some great pubs and coffee. Don't miss the ribs at Brother Jon's Public house just around the corner. I'd stay here again every time.

After leaving the Air Force, I got a job as a Seattle firefighter and my wife tours the west coast as a make-up artist. We both love the outdoors and the great aloha vibe that we have found in Bend. I like to bike and snowboard or SUP the river. My wife loves snowboarding, yoga, and cooking. We both love having an afternoon pint at 10 Barrel or any one of a great number of breweries here in town. We wanted to share the great feeling of community and belonging so others can come to love and enjoy Bend like we do. After staying as guests of so many different other vacation rentals run by many different companies, we knew that we wanted to work with Bluebird Day. They’re locally owned and run, and so positive in all their interactions. Their concierge level interest in making things just right completely represent the Bend community and vibe we know and love.

Why they chose this property

I’m from the desert SW and my wife is from the Pacific NW, so Bend was a natural place we found ourselves drawn towards. I moved around for years while I was in the Air Force, and when I finally set roots down in Seattle, we decided to create a place in Bend that allows us to be laid back and completely relax while taking in all of the things we love about Bend from the mountains to the river and the community.

What makes this property unique

Being able to sit in the afternoon sun on the back deck, or swing on the front porch swing and watch the world go by, this house is all about fellowship and relaxing. Take your bike up Skyliner to the world class Phil’s Trails, or one of our cruiser bikes for a ride around town, or load your snow gear for the short drive to Mt. Bachelor and shred one of the biggest vertical faces in the USA. You can walk out the back door and in seconds be in a yoga studio or 10 Barrel Brewery. The house is also just a short walk from the Deschutes River and Drake Park, both icons of Bend. The house has recently been completely renovated and features a very modern but rustic feel with a fabulous updated kitchen for those that like to cook.
