Lovely house, fully equipped
We had a lovely stay with eight family members. Sufficient space for all, and a lot to explore in the area (Biarritz, St Jean de Luz, San Sebastián, etc.) Even when the weather is a bit cloudy. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Excellent Family Home
We spent an enjoyable two weeks at this charming and well situated property. The views from the garden and pergola are magnificent and the house has a wonderful pool. The property has everything for an enjoyable holiday, including table tennis, a fine piano, and extensive gardens.

Nous avons aimé, la table de Ping Ping, la végétation du jardin et la piscine! Sinon la maison est située dans le fond d’une zone artisanale derrière un garage auto, loin de tout pourtant c’est bruyant. Vaisselle dépareillée, ménage très moyen, vieux draps et serviettes, accueil très moyen, maison non rangée avec les affaires des proprio, sdb et cuisines vétustes, pas de transat correct, barbecue sale... Ce n’est pas du tout en rapport avec le prix. Je déconseille...

Superbe maison
Une magnifique maison, très bien placée pour découvrir le pays Basque. Voiture nécessaire car à l'écart des commerces et du village. La partie terrasse/piscine est super agréable et la verdure et les plantes autour desquelles la maison et le jardin ont été conçus rendent le séjour relaxant et dépaysant. La pluie du pays Basque a été un peu trop au rendez-vous à notre goût mais nous avons pu tous passer de belles vacances, en dévorant les jours de mauvais temps certains des polars de la grande bibliothèque.

Perfekt ”Basecamp” mitt i Franska Baskien
I Ascain, 10 min från Saint Jean de Luz och mitt i Franska delen av Baskien ligger denna fina och mkt charmiga villa i ett lugnt läge. Huset fungerade perfekt som base-camp för våra utflukter till kusten, Bilbao och randen av Pyrenéerna. Huset har bra boende för 3 par, mkt bra kök och en underbar veranda i eftermiddags- och kvällssol som också fungerade mkt bra som solbads-däck under varma eftermiddagar.

Superbe maison
Nous sommes accueillis avec gentillesse directement par les propriétaires . La maison est spacieuse, propre et agencé avec gout. Elle est très bien conçue et chacun peut trouver son coin de tranquillité. Au niveau des équipements on trouve pratiquement tout, comme chez soi. Tout le linge de maison est inclus. Le sol est constitué d'un beau parquet en bois ciré très chaleureux. Il nécessite d'en prendre soin (se déchausser, etc...) Tout près de la maison vous trouverez une bonne Pizza, Le village d'Ascain est à 5 mn de voiture et on trouve un Inter marché à Env 7 km.

Eine sehr erholsame Zeit in einem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus
Zu fünft lässt sich immer irgendwo im Haus ein Rückzugsort finden, an dem man herrlich lesen und träumen kann. Alles für den täglichen Gebrauch ist vorhanden, in der großräumigen Küche mit Plancha auf der Terrasse. Der große Tisch lädt zum Essen, Lesen und Kartenspielen ein. Die Besitzer haben uns herzlich empfangen und reichlich mit Tipps für die Region versorgt. Ein echter Geheimtipp!!

Very nice villa with excellent pool area
We were two families with 4 children i total, staying for one week at the villa. We enjoyed the large house, sufficient for 8 people and also the large pool deck. Perfect setting with large grassyard and nice eveningsun. We did not miss anything and the hosts were very nice in giving great recommendations and greeted us with a Basque cake and cider! I would recommend this villa for families staying in the Basque country!

Tolles Haus in herrlicher Natur
Das Haus liegt mitten im Grünen mit einem herrlichen Pool und Blick in die Berge. Die Architektur des Hauses ist klasse, die Zimmer sind schön aufgeteilt und überall ist viel Licht und Raum. Alles ist ordentlich und sauber. Mit vielen Kindern ist man hier bestens aufgehoben. Zum Meer, zum schönen Ort St Jean de Luz und zum tollen Sandstrand ist es nicht weit...es fällt jedoch schwer die ruhige, schöne Umgebung des Hauses zu verlassen. Supermärkte etc. alles in der Nähe und gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen-je länger desto besser ;) und würde das Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Des vacances reposantes
La maison est superbe ! Du bois partout, des couleurs chaleureuses ... on s'y est senti "chez nous " tout de suite. Grand repos, quelques excursion mais toujours la baignade " à la maison ", comme disaient les enfants, en fin de journée. Un grand merci !
