Montparnasse charm
Fantastic location with access to 4 metro lines close by. Lovely charming French style apartment. Gives you a lovely feel for the Montparnasse lifestyle. Gorgeous patisserie around the corner, good retail outlets and right next door to a fantastic cafe. Claudine the host was very helpful and accommodating. Would recommend staying here if you are seeking an authentic Parisian experience.

Claudine is a super host. Apartment located near buses and train stations but also easy walk to highlights of Paris. Room has double glazed windows so nice and quite. It is on the third floor if you have a problem with stairs as no lift.

This is the place to stay
This was my 3rd visit to Paris, previously having stayed in an apartment and then an hotel in the Latin quarter, but this apartment was by far the best place I have stayed in. The apartment is located in a secure, quiet building and is quite spacious, with everything you could need during your stay. The location is fantastic, could not be beaten! Close to cafes, restaurants, shopping and easy walking distance to many of Paris most famous attractions. However, if you do need to visit somewhere further away, you are literally surrounded by easy options to get you there with a minimum of hassle, with bus, metro and train stops all within a 5 minute walk. The neighbourhood itself feels very safe (something that was very important to me as a solo female traveller) and I had no problems wandering the surrounding streets day or night (which I highly recommend, you never know what you'll find). All of the above would be enough to highly recommend this particular apartment but on top of this there's the charming and thoughtful hostess, Claudine. She took the time to greet me and have a little chat, to see if there was anything she could assist me with. She was flexible regarding check-in/check-out times and very kindly allowed me to leave my bags with her until late on my last day, which made for a far more enjoyable 1st and last day experience. If you want to feel like you are LIVING in Paris and not just visiting, this is the place to stay.

Claudine was an excellent host. She was very good at communicating and was always helpful. The apartment is very convenient as it was a 5 minute walk to the metro and a 10 minute walk to the next station for other lines. Restaurants and supermarkets are all nearby. Tip- Lidl is just a bit further up the road than the more expensive Monoprix. The bed was a little old and uncomfortable and the polyester sheets were super sweaty at night. Also the pillows were old and lumpy. The hired cleaners need to be replaced as they are not doing a very good job. We clean Air B&B’s ourselves and would not leave a place in this state, they need to do some dusting. This is not a bad review but there are things that could be improved to enhance the experience. Thanks to Claudine for all her help

We had an awesome 4 days in Paris staying in this studio. The metro is just outside the door, but as the studio is nice and central we enjoyed walking to many sites around the city. The studio is well setup with the usual amenities and was clean and tidy on arrival. The owner is very friendly and has good English. She was most helpful on a number of occasions, even to the point of helping us post a painting we bought back to Australia. Would definitely recommend this accommodation to friends and family - and sure you will enjoy your stay.

Perfect stay in Paris
The flat was just what we needed for our visit and the location was incredible. Having a selection of transit rough outside the door made any place easily accessible. The restaurants and cafe near by were excellent. Highly recommend cafe montparnasse and bouillon Chartier.Claudine was so lovely and my husband and i would have loved to sit down with her at of the cafes and visit more. She's a true gem.Thank you Madame!

Consistently Terrific!
This was my second stay at Madame Claudine’s Montparnasse flat and once again I regretted having to leave! This studio overlooks Blvd Montparnasse and I never tire of the view and the wonderful city life outside the large oversized windows facing southwest - the flat is large and comfortable and mist relaxing! Madame Claudine once again proved to be an attentive host and I would highly recommend her flat for those staying in the Montparnasse area

The apartment is just like the pictures and as mentioned in most reviews Claudine and Ilhame are very welcoming hosts. I stayed for two weeks and was very comfortable. The area is walkable and the nearby metro is convenient to reach other areas.

My stay at Claudine‘s apartment was wonderful! It was everything I hoped it would be and more. The location is phenomenal - everything is just a few steps away…buses, Metro, restaurants, shopping, supermarket, pâtisseries, movie theaters, fantastic open Street Market with everything from incredible foods to fashion. Claudine is very special and the perfect host. She was waiting for me upon arrival and taught me everything about the area and beyond. The apartment is lovely, authentically Parisian and so very comfortable. She made me feel like it was my home. I cannot wait to return to Paris and Claudine’s apartment. Merci beaucoup, Claudine!

Perfect for 2 people in an awesome location
This apartment was exactly what we needed and perfect for 2 people. The location had multiple subway stops, one almost right out the front door. Multiple bus stops across the street, bakeries, restaurants and cafes all around the building. I loved the ability to cook when we were to tired to go out and there was even a grocery store a few doors down. This is a 3rd floor walk up with no elevator but that didn't bother us ( a great way to work off all those calories from the pastries we ate!). It's also a very secure building with double doors at the entry. Our host was very kind and gave us information about the area and restaurant recommendations. If you're looking for a budget apartment in a 5 star location, this is it!

Lovely, spacious studio
Claudine was wonderful--waited for me outside the door when I couldn't reach her due to my phone running out of battery during my flight. The flat is even lovelier than the photos, very well equipped , and there are many transportation options right outside the door, but the windows are well glazed, and it is very quiet within .

Great Paris Apartment
The location is great, Claudine was a very helpful hostess and gave us some good info about the local area. We loved eating at Cafe Montparnasse (just downstairs) and were able to walk most every place we visited. This studio apartment made us feel like it was "our" neighborhood while we were there, and we were very comfortable there. This is not a place for people with issues climbing stairs or carrying their bags upstairs; there is no lift. Even though it's a busy neighborhood and street, it was surprisingly quiet with the windows closed (we visited in November, so having the windows closed worked out). We highly recommend and would stay again.

Welcoming French charm
- [x] It was our first time in France and we didn’t know what to expect. Claudine started our our trip with a warm welcome, letting us know everything about the apartment and giving us an idea of where we were in relation to all the important landmarks. The apartment is the definition of French charm. It has everything you need to have a nice stay. It is cozy and warm but can be cooled down very quickly by opening the beautiful windows. We will definitely be back.

Madame Drame is a very sweet helpful lady The flat is up 3 flights of stairs which turned out to be a problem for us, with no elevator but we knew that going in. Kitchen facilities are minimal. Great location. Metro and buses literally across the street, train station a block or so away.

Lovely, retro 4th floor apartment in secure building (stairs, no lift) next to Cafe Montparnasse, overlooking intersection of Blvd Montparnasse and Rue de Rennes. Convenient location next to Metro and bus lines, many nearby restaurants and stores. Claudine was excellent host, very kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend.

Claudine was an excellent host, incredibly helpful for first timers to Paris, and we absolutely would book here again. Can get to and from everywhere you want to go in 20 minutes tops, and is very walkable to fantastic restaurants, bars, shopping, etc

Paris Olympics 2024!
Had an amazing stay! The property is a couple hundred feet from the most used metro stop! Making travel and access across Paris and all of the Olympic venues a breeze! Food and night scene is also vibrant! 10/10 would stay here again!
