Located in the heart of a superb residence, spacious 2-room fully equipped, with an open terrace of 15m2 on the top floor, with panoramic views of the magnificent citadel of Calvi.
The residence is near the town center, 200 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Calvi and is built around a magnificent haven: a fully fenced park with old pine trees where your children can play quietly.
The residence is also equipped with a communal swimming pool and, for your comfort and safety of your children, no motorized vehicles are permitted in the center.
Possibility of provision of a closed box in the basement for a car park with access to the apartment by elevator.

Well equipped apartment with communal pool. Very quiet and stunning view.
We really enjoyed our stay as we like to be near town for restaurants and bars, be near the beach and walk mountains. This ticked all the boxes. Mr Kerefoff was very helpful and answered every question quickly.

Great location with a fantastic view of the Citadel. Facilities good and aircon a godsend in the hot weather. Five minutes walk (if that) to the main beach and fifteen to the busy harbour and places to eat. Supermarket in between with local eating places open for breakfast. A bit further to some rocky but more secluded beaches on the other side of the Citadel.

Appartement avec une vue sublime
L’appartement est spacieux, bien équipé avec une vue imprenable sur la Citadelle. Il est à 300 m de la plage, des commerces et de la vieille ville. Le parking souterrain est un vrai plus ainsi que la piscine. Nous reviendrons certainement l’année prochaine et merci à Mme Germani pour son accueil chaleureux.

Très bon séjour !
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement avec une belle vue sur la citadelle et qui est idéalement placé. Le box pour garer la voiture en sous sol est très pratique et la climatisation de la chambre très appréciable tant il a fait chaud durant notre séjour. La résidence est très calme et l'appartement est conforme au photos du site. Merci monsieur Kereffof et Merci également à madame Germani qui nous a accueillie... à recommander

The best holidays ever
Calvi is the great place to spend your summer holidays. The apartment in the Residence Maria Stella has the great location, short walk to the beautiful beach, cafés, restaurants and the heart of Calvi. There is a train along the coast which can take you to any beach you want within Calvi- L'Île-Rousse. Each is different. Although for me Calvi beach is really great and not crowded, with it's pines , dunes and white sand. The appartment has a great view, and is from the north side which is a big plus in the summer. The appartment is clean, bright and very well equipped and it' s everything which makes you to feel like at home. The garden of Maria Stella is like a botanic garden. Simply takes breath away. Mrs Germani gave us a nice welcome and was helpful during our stay. Thank you Mr Kerefoff , thank you very much. Merci!

Excellent Location, Lovely Apartment.
Super view of the Old Citadel. Well kept gardens. Light, clean and comfortable apartment. Calvi is a nice town with good beaches and plenty of places to eat with great food. Less than a 5 mins walk to the beach and less than 10 mins to the town.
