The resort is one of the bustling coastal town in the area in August, a quiet seaside village for the rest of the year. The house stands in a residential part of the village; it is 50 meters away from the charming beach of the bay of Naxos, (which is partly equipped with umbrellas, loungers,watersports and partly for free); it is served by frequent direct connections to Catania airport (bus stop 500 meters) and other tourist destinations nearby. Charmante Familienwohnung nahe am Strand

Es handelt sich um eine Privatwohnung, strandnah und sehr geräumig. Wer auf modernen Komfort wert legt, könnte vielleicht etwas enttäuscht sein. Wer allerdings Wert auf individuelle Ausstattung und sizilianisches Flair legt, wird begeistert sein. Es gibt kein Wifi, keine Spülmaschine, keine begehbare Dusche und kein Netflix, dafür jede Menge Freundlichkeit und Entgegenkommen der Vermieter, viele Dinge, die schon vorrätig sind, wie Gewürze, Kaffee, Tee, ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk und viel Platz. Zum Strand ist es nur ein kurzer Fußmarsch, Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Gastronomie sind reichlich vorhanden und zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, das Parken gestaltet sich in der Hauptsaison sicherlich etwas schwieriger als bei uns im Mai. Das Mobiliar erinnert eher an eine Privatwohnung, als an eine Ferienwohnung, die letzte Renovierung liegt bestimmt viele Jahre zurück. Es war alles sehr sauber und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren nur 2 Erwachsene, es wäre Platz für 4 .

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, fühlten uns in der sehr großen und blitzsauberen Wohnung sofort sehr wohl. Zum Meer und den vielen Bars und Restaurants sind es wirklich nur wenige Meter, das ist perfekt. Jedoch ist der angebotene Meerblick nur eine Lücke zwischen zwei Häusern aber wenn man das Meer sehen möchte, kann man ja direkt hinlaufen. Auch sollte man wissen, dass die Straße vor der Wohnung recht laut ist.

Meget central beliggenhed. Tæt på alt.

Meget ren lejlighed. Udlejerne er utroligt hjælpsomme. De kom helt fra Catania for at hente os ved bus terminalen. De ville give os en guidet tur rundt i byen, men den sagde vi nej tak til. Vi havde været i Naxos 5 gange før. En del støj fra gaden lige under altanen. Det vender man sig hurtigt til, da det også er lidt spændende at se ned på trafikken. Tæt på alt, isbar, butikker, restaurant, fiskerestaurant, barer og selvfølgelig stranden. Der er ingen aircondition, men med de 3 flytbare blæsere kan man lave luft igennem lejligheden. Der er 3 altaner.

Un'accoglienza unica

La casa corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione, è comoda per la posizione e soprattutto perché c'è tutto quello che può servire (asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro, olio, sale...). I proprietari poi sono delle persone squisite, disponibili sia per le informazioni che per qualsiasi tipo di necessità. Per la nostra bimba di un anno ci hanno fatto trovare lettino, seggiolone, i giochi per la spiaggia, di tutto e di più! Siamo stati proprio bene, consigliamo vivamente questa sistemazione a famiglie o gruppi di amici.

Settembre 2015

Siamo stati 11 giorni a Naxos nell'alloggio della signora Pina.... Vacanza bellissima. Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria ad aiutarci per qualsiasi difficoltà. L'alloggio ha tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno. Spazioso e ben ubicato in giardini. Non possiamo che ringraziare la signora Pina e marito per la gentilezza accoglienza. Se tornassimi in Giardini sicuramente torneremo qui.

Schöne Ferienwohnung und sehr gute Lage

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) haben eine saubere, grosse Wohnung und super nette Vermieter vorgefunden. Die Lage ist sehr gut und es gibt nicht auszusetzen. Das einzige um sie zu 100 % perfekt zu machen wäre vielleicht eine Klimaanlage weil es in der Wohnung schon sehr sehr warm war trotz Ventilatoren. Da dies ja bisher noch kein Bestandteil der Wohnung ist gebe ich gerne 5 Punkte und empfehle es sehr gern weiter!!

Come essere a casa propria!

Buongiorno a tutti! Ho scelto di soggiornare a casa della sig.ra Pina per le recensioni che avevo letto di altri utenti e non me ne sono pentita, anzi! Voglio aggiungere anche la mia per confermare ancora una volta che merita alla grande! La sig.ra Pina e il marito sono due persone squisite e disponibili. La casa è grande, bella, ariosa, pulitissima e accessoriata di tutto.. e per tutto intendo TUTTO! Non c'è un parcheggio privato ma vi posso assicurare che abbiamo comodamente trovato posto gratuito ad entrambe le nostre macchine facilmente tutti i giorni entro 100 metri dall'abitazione... Posizionata a 50 mt dal lungomare, dalla spiaggia e a poche centinaia di metri da ristoranti, negozi, bar, pasticcerie, rosticceria, alimentari.. Di meglio non poteva capitarci. Ringrazio ancora una volta la sig.ra Pina per tutto compresi il latte di mandorle e i dolci che ci ha fatto trovare al ns arrivo. Speriamo di poter tornare in altra occasione. Chiara

Ottimo soggiorno al mare

La settimana trascorsa in questo appartamento è stata certamente molto positiva per tanti motivi, vicinanza alla spiaggia, ambiente pulito, casa ben organizzata infatti non mancava niente, la straordinaria gentilezza dei proprietari che ringraziamo nuovamente per le bevande fresche e la colazione che ci hanno fatto trovare al nostro arrivo. Peccato che nel bagno non c'è la doccia e che l'ambiente non sia climatizzato. Per il resto tutto positivo, bella la cameretta dei ragazzi con vista sul porto di Giardini, molto apprezzata dalle nostre figlie. La consigliamo certamente ad altri.

Perfekt gelegene Ferienwohnung

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in Giardini verbracht. Im Frühjahr ist kaum etwas los, wir hatten den Strand und das - kühle - Wasser fast für uns allein. Taormina um die Ecke, leckeres Eis und ein toller Fischimbiss mit ganz frischem Fisch, auch schon zubereitet. Und die Vermieter sind total lieb und kommen aus Catania extra angereist, um den Fernseher zum Laufen zu bringen...Die Wohnung liegt wirklich nur zwei Fußminuten vom Strand entfernt.

Traumwohnung

Eine Traumwohnung sehr groß und direkt in Giardini Naxos ... Ob zum Meer oder abends zur Disco oder zu den Bars man ist direkt da. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig ... Sobald man ankommt fühlt man sich wie als ob das die eigene Wohnung ist... Ich bin selber Sizilianerin und habe schon viele Wohnungen gesehen aber keine ist vergleichbar mit dieser... Ob Bad oder Küche alles sehr groß... Die Vermieterin sehr nett... Ich kann diese Wohnung zu 100% empfehlen ... Per me stato un piacere abitare in una casa come questa... Grazie per tutto e penso che vengo un altra volta :)))

Charmante Ferienwohnung...

...100 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Im April/Mai ganz wenig Betrieb. Man hat den Strand fast für sich allein. Die Vermieter sind so nett, dass man es kaum beschreiben kann. Taormina ist 6 km entfernt. Mit den Bussen kommt man fast überall hin.

beautiful place to stay

This place was very comfortable and beautiful, fully equipped with all necessary things even beach toys for a kid. Beach is just 5 min walk,the same is about restaurants,ice cream shop and so on. there is about 10 min walk to bus stop Recanati, but owners very kindly get us from there buy car,and were very helpful and caring in all questions.Nice place to stay.

Guardando più annunci su Giardini Naxos mi ero soffermato su questo in particolare, per la sua vicinanza al mare, per le caratteristiche dell'appartamento e per i giudizi davvero lusinghieri espressi da altri turisti. Ebbene devo dire che scelta migliore non potevo effettuare. Davvero tutto ciò che è indicato corrisponde al vero. Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovato molto bene. La Sig. Pina e suo marito sono delle persone squisite, molto cordiali e accoglienti. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con pensierini e dolcini tipici della Sicilia. Un pensiero molto carino e gradito. Siamo appena rientrati da...

Siamo appena rientrati da questa stupenda vacanza trascorsa in Sicilia a Giardini Naxos ospiti di una famiglia disponibile e gentilissima. L'appartamento era conforme a quanto descritto e veramente in valigia, come la famiglia ci aveva avvertito, potevamo mettere solo i vestiti perché non mancava niente. Consigliamo vivamente questo appartamento sia per la vicinanza al mare sia per i meravigliosi posti da visitare. Ringraziamo la famiglia per la loro cordialità.

"Un posto eccezionale, da dove, almeno con mezzo proprio, si può tranquillamente raggiungere, Taormina e Castemola altro caratteristico paese in prossimità di Taormina, l''Etna, Catania, Messina e tanti altri paesi ognuno con delle proprie caratteristiche. I proprietari sono di una gentilezza singolare; avevamo programmato la vacanza per un periodo precedente, ma visto che siamo stati costretti a rinviare, ci hanno tranquillamente consentito, di poterlo fare senza aggravio di spese."

"Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per una breve vacanza in Sicilia. l''appartamento è vicinissimo sia al mare sia al centro. Siamo stati accolti dai proprietari che hanno avuto attenzioni come se stessero accogliendo dei vecchi amici (addirittura abbiamo trovato latte di mandorla e pasticcini tipici siciliani e ci hanno illustrato le bellezze siciliane da visitare complete di locali dove poter andare). La casa è dotata di tutto il necessario e sicuramente se dovessimo tornare a Giardini Naxos contatteremo questa struttura!! un grazie, quindi, in particolare ai proprietari che hanno reso la nostra vacanza ancora più bella!!"

"La casa è davvero confor...

"La casa è davvero confortevole, non manca nulla! E'' vicinissima alla spiaggia e in posizione stratagica per visitare i bellissimi dintorni, Taormina per prima! I proprietari sono davvero carini e molto disponibili, per qualsiasi tipo di esigenza. Unico neo il gran caldo la notte, ma è un piccolo prezzo da pagare dato il paradiso in cui si trova la casa! Consiglio vivamente!"

"L''appartement est très propre et agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la cuisine conviviale. A 100m de la plage, il est parfait pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Commerces et commodités se situent à 5 min à pied, pas besoin de voiture. Les propriétaires sont charmants et réservent un accueil formidable... idéal pour un premier contact avec la Sicile !"

"Appartamento spazioso, pulito e confortevole, cucina accessoriata, nell''insieme cosi accogliente da dimenticare che non era casa nostra. Situato nel cuore di Giardini Naxos e proprio a due passi dal mare, a breve distanza da Taormina e Isola Bella. I proprietari sono due persone squisite, disponibili e ospitali , ci hanno accolti con dolci di mandorle, tipici della sicilia. Consigliatissimo! raccomandiamo questo posto ad altre persone."
