About this property

The apartment was completely renovated a few years ago and can accommodate up to 6 people; it is located in a quiet area near the center, the beach and the entrance to the Monte San Bartolo natural park. Its position allows you to reach the main places of interest on foot or by bicycle and is the ideal solution to enjoy Pesaro in absolute freedom. Restaurants, children's play areas and sports fields are easily reached with a short walk.
The apartment is large, located on the ground floor and was completely renovated a few years ago; it has 2 bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds), kitchen, dining room, lounge with double sofa bed, two bathrooms and an internal courtyard for exclusive use with a barbecue corner, where you can arrange a table and chairs sheltered from the sun thanks to an adjustable tent. The car park is covered and for exclusive use by guests. Among the equipment available there are also two bicycles (with a child seat if necessary). Sheets and towel towels are included. An air conditioning system is present throughout the house (although the apartment is pleasantly cool even in summer). The house includes an unlimited wi-fi connection, TV with decoder for Italian and foreign channels.
The location is very close to the sea, with the Baia Flaminia beach reachable in a few minutes on foot. Alternatively, the other city beaches can be reached in 10 minutes by bicycle. In 15 minutes on foot you can reach the historic center, and the house is located a few meters from the panoramic road that leads into the Monte San Bartolo natural park. The neighborhood is well served with a 100mt supermarket, baker, delicatessen and other shops in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, bars and pizzerias near the sea can be easily reached on foot. Sports center with swimming pool, tennis courts, soccer field and play area for children at 200mt

Das Appartement war voll ausgestattet und sauber. Die Küche war voll funktionstüchtig, nur der Elektroofen, ein Teil der Küchenutensilien und die Waschmaschine wären bei Gelegenheit erneuerungsbedürftig. Die Vermieter sind wahnsinnig nett und hilfsbereit. Check In und Check Out waren völlig unkompliziert.

Bella casa vicino tutto

La casa è molto spaziosa e ben equipaggiata. Con una famiglia c'è molto spazio ed è in una zona tranquilla, vicino a tutto (spiaggia, centro, negozi, ristoranti). I properietari sono gentili e sempre a disposizione. In più c'erano anche giochi che abbiamo potuto utilizzare in spiaggia. Grazie!

Posto tranquillo a due passi dal mare

Appartamento spazioso e funzionale. Proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili. Il cortile interno con tavolo per mangiare all'aperto lo abbiamo usato moltissimo. La zona è tranquilla, ma al contempo vicina al mare, in dieci minuti a piedi si è in spiaggia. In dotazione ci sono anche due biciclette, Pesaro ha delle ottime piste ciclabili sia per raggiungere la spiaggia, sia per andare in centro. Assolutamente soddisfatti della vacanza!

Pulito, spazioso, vicinissimo alla spiaggia. Sauber, geräumig, Strandnähe

Appartemento confortevole come descritto, in dotazione due bici con cui raggiungere la spiaggia in 90 secondi e il centro storico in 5 minuti. I padroni di casa gentilissimi e pronti ad aiutare in ogni evenienza. Nette Ferienwohnung wie beschrieben, mit den zwei inbegriffenen Fahrrädern ist man in 90 sec. am Strand und in 5 min in der historischen Altstadt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Prachtige woning met kleine binnenplaats.

De beschrijving van de woning klopte precies. Het was schoon en goed onderhouden. In de buurt van restaurantjes en het strand. De eigenaar was wel service gericht want toen we aankwamen bleek onze Wifi verbinding het niet te doen. We hebben een hele week de I-pad van de eigenaar kunnen gebruiken. Top dus. En Pesaro is ook een leuke stad met ook mooie dorpjes in het binnenland. Wij bevelen deze woning aan.

Nice, clean and large appartment.

A very large and clean appartment with all possible facilities. The owners are friendly and helpful. You have 2 bicycles you can use and a place outside where you can have breakfast in the shadow. The location of the appartment in the quiet left side of Pesaro, with supermarket nearby and many nice restaurants. The small beach with half free beach and half beds with umbrella's you can hire. The distance to the boulevard and old town on the other side of the harbour can be done by foot. We've had a nice stay and are very satisfied about this appartment.

100% comfortable, clean, quiet and ideally located

An excellent apartment and Marco is an excellent host. The apartment is spotless, modern and contains every feature you require for a wonderful residence. The location is... very quiet, safe and the lovely sandy, public beach is a 5-10 minute walk. It was also fantastic to have the use of 2 bicycles - and a child seat - which made it very easy to pop around Pesaro (Pesaro has a considerable number of dedicated cycle paths). And Marco and his wife are very friendly and welcoming hosts too. They were very kind to us and made our stay easy and enjoyable. It was perfect for our family beach holiday and I would recommend this property 100%+

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, große Wohnung,

Schönes Apartement, großzügige Räume, Sehr sauber, alle Küchenutensilien vorhanden, nette, zuvorkommende Vermieter. Ruhige Lage. Perfekt für Familien, Senioren, da der Strand sehr schnell zu Fuß erreicht wird, ca. 5 Min., Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe. Ideal für Ausflüge in den Naturpark San Bartolo. Sehr empfehlenswert! Wer das Auto stehen lassen will, dem bieten sich die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe an.

Ottima vacanza!!!

Vacanza perfetta: casa pulitissima e spaziosa, curata, dotata di tutti i confort (aria condizionata inclusa) e padroni di casa gentilissimi, disponibili ma, allo stesso tempo, discreti. Spiaggia attrezzata per i bimbi a 10 minuti a piedi. Da provare!

Zeer groot benedenhuis me...

Zeer groot benedenhuis met 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, keuken en 2 woonkamers. Alles aanwezig tot en met airco, WiFi en fietsen! Strand (rustige baai) is 400 meter ver en is ook gemakkelijk te voet bereikbaar. Binnen 10 minuten ben je in het centrum van Pesaro. Vlakbij is een natuurgebied en zijn er restaurants.Er is een nieuw fietspad langs de boulevard aangelegd van Pesaro naar Fano. Per auto zijn ook Rimini en San Marino gemakkelijk te bereiken. Eigenaar Marco is zeer vriendelijk, geeft veel info en tips en voor de Nederlanders: zijn vrouw is Nederlandse! Bedankt voor alle goede zorgen.

The appartement was very ...

The appartement was very nice, new and clean. We felt very much welcomed by the owners, who really did their best to make us feel happy. We even could use 2 bicycles. One of the owners is speaking dutch. The nearby beach is great, as is the environment. Shops and a bank are close by. A lot of nice places in the neighbourhood to go to or to visit. A little minus is the noisiness in the morning from garbage-trucs and a daily barking dog across the street. Next to that the patio has no view, but is quiet and private. The owner has said to solve the lack of airco in the house next year.
