About this property

This is a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, 1 car garage beach townhouse in the heart of Mid-Town Ocean City! It is located in the Broad Marsh community on 69th Street. It is just one block from the ocean and one block from the bay. This townhouse has spectacular views of the ocean on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the townhouse. It is one short block to the beach.

This unit has suitable furniture and accessories throughout, and it is beautifully decorated. This unit sleeps 12 - 1 king bed in master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom, 2 sets of bunk beds (i.e. 4 twin beds) in the 3rd bedroom, 1 queen bed in the 4th bedroom, and 1 queen sleeper sofa in the living room, which can be closed off for privacy with a set of French doors. Because this unit is able to sleep a large number of people, it is ideal for extended families during the high season. WiFi is available.

Parking is not a problem because there is a large one car garage in the rear of the townhouse. There are also two parking spaces in the driveway at the rear of the townhouse. There is also adequate public parking on 69th Street.

Park the car for a week and walk everywhere. It is convenient to the ocean, restaurants, mini-golf, amusement parks and more!

This unit is rented by the week (Saturday to Saturday) during the high season. Nonetheless, mini-weeks are available in the off-season with a 3-night minimum for special events such as St. Patrick's, Spring Fest, Cruising Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Bikers Week, Sun Fest, Corvette Weekend, Endless Summer Cruising, etc.

The Broad Marsh Community pool is OPEN in 2021 from Memorial Day Weekend to September 12th.

Grilling is not permitted in the Broad Marsh Community.

Great place! Great area!

This is a great stay in a great location! 69th is midtown but the bus runs all day for a small once a day price to take you downtown to the inlet and boardwalk. Was here for ocean’s calling festival and fit our needs perfectly.

69th Street Trip

Was a very lovely house & it accommodated our family perfectly. It’s an awesome location within walking distance of many great places to eat & shop & it’s only a 2 block walk to the beach which was great. The owners were very responsive to the one issue we had & communication with them from the time we booked until we left was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Great location and lots of space, master bathroom shower was not as clean as I would've liked (mildew), but everything else was in good shape. The owners were delightful and very easy to correspond with.

Vacation stairs

Nice area place is spacious, not enough couch or chairs that are comfortable to sit on in big room. TV did not function in big room . The biggest problem is laundry dryer not working properly. Also cooking pans need to be replaced. To much time scrubbing pans.

Excellent experience

We really had a enjoyable vacation. The location is very convenient— close to beach, restaurant, kayaking place, the community pool. The rooms are comfortable and nice. We did bring our bedding, due to Pandemic. The owner is nice and responsive. We will return for vacation in the future.

Great location, not as clean as we would have hoped

The house is in an amazing location in walking distance to tons of great restaurants, ice cream, mini golf and of course the beach. It was a functional property that accommodated 8 adults without feeling like we were on top of each other. We specifically enjoyed the large tv in the kitchen as well as hanging out on the patio at night. It would have been nice if some chairs or beach accessories were provided but we purchased everything we needed from the Walmart that was only 15 minutes away. Unfortunately as far as cleanliness we were disappointed overall. The bathroom in the queen bedroom was either not cleaned or quickly skimmed. It was the only toilet in the house that did not have a a “this bathroom was sanitized” label across the toilet, there was toothpaste all over the faucet and the floor was dirty with loose hairs. The floors throughout the home were dirty and we had to buy a pack of baby wipes for every room in order to wipe the black off of the bottom of our feet from walking around before we got into bed. My sister had a chicken wing, water bottle and some other snack remnants under her bunk bed. The stove top in the kitchen was grimy and the table cloth was so dirty that my mom had to wash it and we bought disposable ones from Walmart to use instead. We also had to purchase Clorox wipes to clean several of the surfaces. Aside from the cleanliness which we took care of on our own and the beds being uncomfortable, we truly had an overall wonderful vacation.

Location Location Location!

Perfectly located to the beach, ice cream, mini golf, restaurants, and bars. Owners are extremely responsive and very pleasant to work with. Parking is a breeze. Living room is small, only seats about 4 full sized adults and then the other place to hang out is the dining room table that seats 8. Furniture is on the older side and not very comfortable. Beds are very comfortable. It is a good house for a beach home base. Sleep, shower, have some meals.

Great clean place and kitchen well stocked

Beautiful three story condo. With ages 2-68 all could find a place to rest, chill or socialize . The set up was great with 4 bedrooms. Parking for 3 cars. Very Clean and one needed repair taken care of very quickly . The ice cream store was only a few steps away! A plus for those little ones ( and big ones too). Would recommend to anyone.

Condo w great convenience

Great modern appliances. Close to pizza, ice cream, mini golf, and ice cream . Close to beach. Enough bedrooms for everyone. Close to 2 grocery stores. Ample parking and plenty of space. Pool is clean and comfortable place for all. Many stairs for cardio building.

Great place to stay for large families!

The townhouse was actually bigger than it appears in the pictures. Very nice and having 3.5 baths was great. Just a walk across the street to the beach and some great shops and restaurants are nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location, but not so clean

Nice townhome located in a great area—a block from the beach, close to food, mini golf, ice cream, Dunkin, etc. Owners were pretty responsive. However, the place was not up to par with cleanliness. There were crumbs all over the kitchen counter, leftover trash, and all the showers were sticky with mildew and had leftover gunk and hair from previous visitors. The owners asked if we wanted cleaners to go back but we had already cleaned the place up. We were simply disappointed to pay such a hefty price for the kind of conditions we got, particularly during COVID. I think it’s only fair to be honest in our experience (a similar review from a few years ago touched on the same issue), but overall we were glad to be so close to the beach. My advice is to simply get real professionals to clean the place up!

Spacious and centrally located OC townhouse

A mul-floor townhouse with plenty of room. The place had a great dining area and balcony with an ocean view. Close to The Dough Roller, ice cream, and mini golf. The owners were responsive. It made a great base for our family’s OC adventures.

Great Location!

We stayed one week and had a great time. Ed was very responsive to emails and to a few items we found upon our arrival. This townhouse is an end unit, so you only have neighbors on one side. It is a short walk to the swimming pool and not too far from the OC beach! Our teenagers loved the location since it's so close to so many things. They walked to the ice cream shop almost every night and they enjoyed walking to Dunkin' almost every morning and going to all the shops near by. Parking was great. If stairs are an issue, you may not want to book this townhouse as there are several levels (ground/garage level, stairs to get to the first floor, stairs to get the main level, and stairs to get to the top level). The only things we would recommend is to get the ice maker repaired in the refrigerator, get a larger pot to boil seafood, and some seafood crackers for crab legs, lobster, etc.. We would definitely stay here again!
