Cozy rustic cabin with all the essentials. Perfect for 2 people. Great view of the river from the porch swing. Bed was very comfortable. Fished on the Guadeloupe river which was right in front of our cabin and even caught a couple good sized Blue Gill

We enjoyed fishing in the river. Lots of wildlife and caught a few fish. The bed was really comfortable and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Definitely recommend.
Rustic little cabin, refrigerator could use an update but worked well. We enjoyed kayaking on the river, the main reason we chose this property. However the kayaks could use some new ropes and seat. The canoes looked much newer and more reccently used. Loved the porch swing. Would have enjoyed the firepit if it hadnt been 90 degrees while we were there.
We really enjoyed the location and the river. The cabin is small and cozy. Our only complaint is the AC & fridge stopped working on the second night & the cabin heated up quickly. Plan to bring your cooler and fans.there’s no central air and only has a window unit. Otherwise, perfect. We really loved having access to free kayaks, also. If you stay & take the kayaks out, be sure to go all the way to the end. I won’t spoil it but it’s worth it, trust me.
Brian was welcoming, cordial, and helpful. Casita was just what we needed for a comfortable night’s rest after enjoying the private stretch of the Guadalupe River. Kayaks and canoes were available at all times. Great place to celebrate our anniversary.
Nice quaint small cabin. Great location. Only problem was getting in touch with manager. We left something in cabin and left message but never returned call.
We were able to spend my husband’s 47th Birthday in the Hill Country at this fabulous little cabin by the river. The bed was so comfortable and we really enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. The porch swing was perfect for morning coffee and wine in the evening. One thing to note is the shower doesn’t stay hot very long so make it a quick one if more than one person needs to shower. The property is close to many restaurants and attractions. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family and we will absolutely be back!!
Hubby and I were in the area 2 nights for the Kerrville Folk Festival. We knew that Ingram was a tad bit far from the Fest grounds, but the cabin Tres was very cute and had all that we needed. We didn't partake of the river, but enjoyed the view of it from our porch. We wish the bed had been king-sized, the bathroom larger, and the road noise less.
Each family rented their own cabin but we’re able to gather together on the grounds with campfires, barbecue pits and porch swings. Close to highway for small children. River access with canoes, floats etc. will come back every year.
A neighbor of the property a dog charged me and my therapy cat. I sprained my ankle . A cute well done remodel of the small quaint cottages be aware if you bring dogs and make sure u bring a lead and a crate
Nice place to stay. Enjoyed being right across the street from the river and great views. Could use a couple more towels but overall great place to spend a weekend.
This cabin was really cozy and well appointed. We went during a winter storm and were comfortable. Definitely want to go back during the warmer months in order to make full use of the waterfront access.
I should start this by saying I am not the outdoorsy type, but I was really excited to get away with friends - 4 couples with kids ranging from 2-16. We booked Cabin 3, and I was honestly pleasantly surprised at the space even with a pack n play and a dog cage in there! The property is very well maintained, and the river is just across the street and has everything you need for a relaxing stay away from the city life. There are life jackets, canoes, a small dock for fishing, and plenty of picnic tables. I absolutely loved our time around the fire at night. We brought our pug and he had an amazing time as well. We brought extra things we did not need, as Brian really thought of everything - he even has the good toilet paper, so you don’t need it. (We ALL brought that haha) - I would absolutely love to stay again, and next time we will bring more graham crackers for s’mores... Thanks so much for this “glamping” experience that even those that are not outdoorsy can enjoy!
Upon arriving, we were captivated by the scenery and simplistic, yet charming, property. The cabin was clean and adorable. Access to the river couldn’t have been easier and hassle free. Wonderful and affordable place to stay for a short getaway.
