With a private room in a private car park, take advantage of the complex: swimming pool (open from April to September), bowling, restaurant and services, with participation fee: table tennis, tennis, mini-nursery, foosball, pool, private beach. Athletes will not be outdone, gym in the residence (extra), you will be close to several golf courses and one hour from ski resorts (Gréolières, Isola 2000, Auron and a little further Limone) .

Immer wieder

Das Apartment hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir es nach 2023 wieder gebucht haben. In einer sehr sauberen und ruhigen Residenz gelegen und mit einer großzügigen Poolanlage und einem gesicherten Parkplatz ausgestattet war die Unterkunft für uns zentraler Ausgangspunkt für den Besuch der zahlreichen umliegenden schönen Strände an der Cote d'Azur und Exkursionen nach Antibes, Cannes, Nizza sowie Monaco mit dem Auto. Bedanken möchten wir uns bei Jean Marc für den freundlichen Check-In und Check-Out.

Très bon séjour

Appartement très bien situé, à proximité de tout, commerce, plage, piscine. Tout ce qu’il faut dans l’appartement. Proche de Nice et de Cannes où on peut se rendre facilement en navette.

Fordele: - god placering med kort til Nice og Cannes. - Juan Le Pins har gode forretninger og lækker strand. - Golfe Juan, har en god strand og anderledes restauranter, fx. Græsk og tysk - fantastisk børnepool. Fra 0,20 cm - 0,50cm. Perfekt til vores datter. -børneseng/tremmeseng er tilgængelig - veludstyret lejlighed men Mange køkkenmaskiner -privat p-plads Ulemper: -ligger ved meget trafikeret vej, så hvis man ikke er til trafikstøj er det ikke godt. Lejligheden ligger dog ikke lige ud til vejen, men mod lokalområdet. -en meget stor palme lige foran altanen, -ikke velegnet til mange. Vi havde håbet at babysengen kunne stå i soveværelset, men der var ikke plads. For os var den derfor for lille, og bøvlet at putte den lille i soveværelset for herefter at ligge hende ind i stuen/køkkenet. -poolen redder oplevelsen, da det var svært at finde et sted med børnepool ellers. -kommunikation på fransk, når man ikke kan fransk. Der er skrevet flere ting i lejligheden kun på fransk, ydermere var kommunikationen under reservationen kun fransk. Damen der tog i mod os var sød, men sagde hun kunne begrænset engelsk. Vi droppede derfor at stille alt for mange spørgsmål. -Det kunne godt være en mappe med gode ting at foretage sig/seværdigheder. Lokale markeder osv. + anbefalinger til restauranter og mad. Hvor man kan købe ind osv. -for lidt med 1,5 rulle toiletpapir til 10 dage samt 2 opvaskemaskine tabs. Vi kunne muligvis have spurgt efter mere, men forsøgte ikke. Vi ville nok ikke vælge stedet igen pga. Lejlighedens størrelse og trafikken. Men vi havde en god ferie. Anmeldelsen skal ikke ses som negativ, men som konstruktiv kritik i forhold til hvad vi foretrækker og har brug for. :)

Séjour des plus sympathique

Appartement très propre ,confortable et bien équipé avec un grand balcon donnant sur le jardin de la résidence planté de grands palmiers ( ombre salutaire dans l'après midi...un vrai plaisir). Sa situation est très intéressante car à 4 mn des plages , 10 mn du port et des restaurants de Golfe Juan. Les bus au pied de la résidence permettent de circuler à bon prix(1.50€) vers nice ,cannes, antibes sans la contrainte de trouver un stationnement de parking. La Gare à 15mn à pied est tout aussi pratique pour circuler sur la côte jusqu'à vintimille. Je recommande cette location pour qui veut profiter des plages ou visiter la région.

Coup de cœur pour cet appartement de 30 m2, la disposition des pièces, l'emplacement (S.O.) et la vue sur les palmiers et jardins. Belle terrasse, beaucoup de matériel, bonne déco..... Résidence (OPEN) propre, accueillante et animée. Restaurant sympa et bonne cuisine. Fort bien desservi si vous arrivez par l'aéroport, nombreux bus ou trains...commerces à 10-15 mn à pied. A conseiller pour de futurs séjours.

L'appartement est totalement conforme à l'annonce à savoir bien placé (mer à 300 m - 5 mn), bien meublé, et bien fourni en vaisselle. Very nice apartment, clean and very well equipped (all you can think about, starting with oven, micro-wave and finishing with all types of glasses). "We have had a wonderful time here. The apartment is modern, clean and very well equipped for self catering. Swimming pool is only 30 meters away with nice restaurant next to it. Very easy access to the sandy beach located only 300 meters away. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I recommend the place as the most suitable if you want to relax and visit some interesting sites at Cote d’Azur."
