The "mas of Banyons" is situated in a private close residence with the view on the hills and the medieval village of Mougins. Easy access to the Nice (30mn) and Mandelieu (15mn) aeroports by the highway A8, 7km to Cannes and 10 to Grasse. This 18th century house has a large garden with lots and very old oliver trees , cypress and lime trees, who




give to the property quiet and shadow. It was renoved in the provençal style , there are : six bedrooms with own bathroom and private toilets, a large salon TV and winter dinningroom, a bar salon and an other lounge TV bibliothèque, an independant kitchen with part laundry. Outside you can find a covered terrace "patio" with barbecue, very pleasant to have dinner. An other terrace protected by a old iron "gloriette" , as summer salon and dinning room. The swimming pool is large (14mx6m), the water without chlorine, lots of deckchairs and parasols. Somebody is coming every week to clean the garden and the pool.
