Tolle Aussicht zum Entspannen

Super, mit einer der Besten Urlaube in diesem neu renovierten typischen franz. Haus. Wie kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns wenn dann in der Küche mehr Messer und Bretter bereit liegen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

Jättefint hus med stora utrymmen härlig pool och utsikt

Stort hus där vi bodde 10 pers i tre familje utan att störa varandra. Jättefin utsikt och stor trädgård för barnen att leka i. Poolen är stor och härlig - det tog ett par dagar innan den blev varm pga ovanligt kallt väder när vi var tidigt på våren. Kanonmysig grillplats/ utelek med plats för alla. Fint utbud i Carrefour och bagerierna i byn Enda synpunkten är väl att vi tyckte det var lite svårt att hitta ströv och vandrinsområden nära huset.

Beautiful house in the hills of Tignet

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful and tastefully decorated house. Plenty of space inside and outside. Great pool and pool area. Lovely and private garden with a spectacular view. We hired road bikes and enjoyed the surrounding hills. Very recommendable. All in all a very nice experience.

EinfacH TOP!

Unsere Ferien in diesem tollen Haus waren ein Traum. Schön eingerichtet und super ausgestattet, vorallem auch die Küche und für die Kinder hatte es viele Spielsachen. Der Pool und die Umgebung einfach top. Ein kleines Highlight war die Eismaschiene am Kühlschrank. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastisk vistelse för hela familjen i detta trevliga hus med en underbar trädgård

Hela familjen njöt av boendet ,Poolen,poolhuset där vi grillade på kvällarna ,åt frukost på terassen mot Cannebukten !Bra läge för utflykter till flera mysiga bergsbyar och Grasse.

Highly recommended

A very functional house. It has everything - a well-equipped kitchen, equipment for all ages, well-lit, a good barbecue area, a pleasant balcony. The pool is large with a safety mechanism that warns of movement in the water and a cover. The house is very spacious for 12 people of different ages. Beautiful view of the bay of Cannes. We concentrated our trips in the immediate vicinity and went down to the beach only once. Every day you can go down to the center to buy fresh couscous in a very nice and pleasant patisserie near a Lidl supermarket. Undoubtedly recommended

Schöner Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Besonders gut hat uns die Grillstation gefallen. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe und Tiefe, war aber leider etwas zu kalt. Die Lage ist Okay, ohne Auto geht allerdings garnichts.

Schöne Ferientage in einem schönen Haus

Wir, 6 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder, haben schöne und unvergessliche Ferientage in diesem Ferienhaus in Le Tignet verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit Karine im Vorfeld der Reise war unkompliziert und schnell. Vor Ort kümmerten sich Karines Schwiegereltern um Chek-in, Pool und Garten. Auch diese waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei kleinen technischen Schwierigkeiten wurde sofort geholfen bzw. ein Gerät sogar am gleichen Tag noch ausgetauscht. Der Pool war auch für die Kinder optimal und wir haben alle viele Stunden im Wasser verbracht. Wir haben uns im Haus von Karine sehr wohlgefühlt und können uns gut vorstellen, wiederzukommen.

Perfekter Urlaub - nur zu kurz

Wir sind mit 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (2 und 5 Jahre) Ende Juni 2022 auf diesem sehr schönen und aus unserer Sicht auch schön gelegenem Anwesen mit toller Aussicht gewesen. Das Wetter war, wie erhofft, insgesamt sehr gut (Ausnahme: ein Tag mit Starkregen - interessant wie heftig der dort im Stau der Alpen runterkommt). Der Pool ist wirklich toll, auch tief genug zum Reinspringen und wird regelmäßig gepflegt. Es gibt 4 Zimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Zimmer mit breitem Stockbett für die Kinder. Dort und im danebenliegenden Schlafzimmer gibt es eine gut funktionierende und leise Klimaanlage; in den anderen Schlafräumen nicht, aber es war dort nachts auch gut erträglich. Natürlich sind die Doppelbetten in den Schlafzimmern "mediterran" ausgelegt, also im Gegensatz zum deutschen Standard bis auf eines eher schmal und mit einer durchgehenden Matratze. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet inkl. großem amerikanischen Kühlschrank mit integrierter Eismaschine für leckere Drinks, die man zum Sunset auf der Südterrasse mit Blick auf die Bucht von Cannes oder am überdachten großzügigen Platz an Pool und Grill einnehmen kann. Einziger kleiner "Wermutstropfen": Man muss mit dem Auto zum Bäcker und zum Supermarkt fahren. Zu Fuß geht's nicht wirklich gut. Aber damit kann man leben, denn der Carport ist breit genug für 2 Autos und die Auffahrt auch nicht zu steil, wie wir das bei vergleichbaren Häusern in dieser Region bei anderen Aufenthalten schon hatten. Insgesamt wirklich toll, so dass wir am Abreisetag gern länger geblieben wären. Wir werden sicherlich nochmal wiederkommen.

Schönes Haus

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 8 Kindern. Das Haus ist sehr gross und wir hatten genügend Platz. Laden ist ca. 2 KM entfernt, Meer ca. 45 min. Insgesammt ein schöner ruhiger Platz.

Tout était parfait ! L’emplacement, la vue , la piscine, le jardin , le coin barbecue avec la cuisine d’été, la terrasse côté mer pour le petit-déjeuner…rien à jeter !

Ein tolles Haus mit vielen Möglichkeiten

Wir haben mit vier Erwachsenen und sechs Kindern einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Der Pool und die Außenküche wurden ausgiebig genutzt und auch die Tischtennisplatte hat für viel Spaß gesorgt. Die Vermieter waren vor Ort sehr nett und äußerst hilfsbereit. Ein tolles, gepflegtes Haus mit großem Grundstück in guter Lage mit tollem Ausblick bis zum Meer! Gerne wieder!

Agréable villa

Un très bon séjour. Une villa très spacieuse et bien agencée avec tous les équipements nécessaires (dans cuisine, chambres et salle de bain) et beaucoup de jouets pour les enfants. L’accueil était parfait, nous y retourneront avec grand plaisir.

Perfektes Haus für einen entspannten Urlaub

Das Haus mit dem Pool und Aussenküche ist fantastisch! Super Weitblick von der Terrasse, vor dem Haus, bis auf die Bucht von Cannes. So kann der Tag bei einem morgendlichen Frühstück beginnen. Den Tag beenden kann man perfekt in der grossen Aussenküche am Pool, bei Wein und Gegrilltem. Während des Tages wird es beim Schwimmen, Tischtennis oder beim Boule spielen (auf der eigenen "Anlage" des Grundstückes) nicht langweilig. Oder man nutzt die Zeit und Privatsphäre, um am eigenen Pool einfach zu relaxen und Sonne zu tanken. Ansonsten bietet das Haus für jede Wetterlage den perfekten Rückzugsort. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge nach Grasse, dem Stausee, den nicht weit entfernten Städten wie Nizza, Monaco, Cannes und diversen Stränden. Hierfür können wir einfach nur 5 Sterne vergeben***** Ein rundum top ausgestattetes Haus (Villa) mit super freundlichen Vermietern. Wir (7 Personen und 2 Hunde) würden uns jederzeit wieder für dieses super Objekt entscheiden und hatten

Sehr schönes Haus! Gute Aufteilung, Sehr schöne Lage

Das Haus mit dem Pool und dem Grundstück ist ein Traum. Die Lage Nahe Grasse und dem Stausee, den auch nicht so weit entfernten Städten wie Nizza, Monaco und Cannes ist ebenfalls super. Hierfür können einfach nur 5 Sterne gegeben werden. Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder für dieses tolle Objekt entscheiden.

Fantastic villa

An absolutely stunning house in a wonderful location with a breathtaking view. Very well equipped kitchen. Big room and plenty of space. We were six adults and three children and had plenty of space. Wonderful patio on the terrace as well as the summer kitchen with its dining area. Lovely pool area. Everything is very well organized and fresh. We had an absolutely wonderful week here, both children and adults. There is nothing more we could want from Villa Le Mas de Cocagne.

Tolles Haus in herrlicher Lage

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit herrlichem Garten und toller Lage, wir können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Sehr gute Ausstattung und sauber. Pool und Aussenküche sind ebenfalls super, sowie die Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick bis zum Meer. Leider waren unserer Meinung nach die Betten ziemlich schmal.

Fast wie im Paradies

Zwei Familien, 5 Kinder, 1 Hund. Die eine Woche anfang Oktober ist wie im Flug vergangen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und betreut. Das Objekt ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Die eigene Boule / Petanque-Bahn wurde ausgiebig genutzt. Der Pool ist top gepflegt und angenehm beheizt. Für uns war das Highlight die Sitz- und Grillecke neben dem Pool, hier können es die Erwachsenen gemütlich machen während die Kinder im Pool sind. Eine geniale Idee. Sogar mit Spüle und Kochgelegenheit. Wir waren rundum ausnahmslos voll zufrieden.
