Amazing South Side StayCation

It was a beautiful property really enjoyed our stay very accommodating. Absolutely everything you can think of in amenities I mean everything! This condo living is cute & quaint very modern living. Even if it is near the golf course, it doesn’t change any of the greatness. We truly enjoyed it. If I ever needed to be in South Phoenix or in this area beautiful neighborhood, I would love to stay again. I will be telling all my friends and family because it looks even better in person. Property was really nice and located in a great area. Owner of the property was available for any issues or concerns that arose. There were plenty of space in the house for wheelchair access. The area was quiet and felt secure.

It was as advertised, nice with three bedrooms, we had three dads and our boys who were in town for a basketball tournament. The hot tub was nice and the boys used it every night. I definitely recommend staying here.

South Mountain, Phoenix

The location was near the airport, but hard to find. It was a very quiet neighborhood. On a golf course, but we could not sit outside because the house was hit by golf balls quite a bit. The sliding doors were almost impossible to open. They either need adjusting or the tracks need cleaning. The one definitely needs a new handle on the door. It could have been cleaner. Our feet and socks were black from the floor. The drain in the Master shower did not drain well. The tiles in the shower definitely needed cleaning. The tub/shower in the other bath did not work well. When you pulled the plunger most of the water ran out of the faucet. Most of the restaurants around the area were fast food. They could have used butter knives. We paid quite a bit for five nights and expected more.

South Mountain Home

This is a nice home in a quiet gated community. Great location and close to golf, hiking,, baseball and local attractions. Communication and a verbal response from the property manager was quick, however, none of the issues we reported on our second morning were fixed during our two week stay. Reported were: 1: microwave light over the stove was out and made using the stove a little difficult at times. 2: the sliding patio door leading from the living room was extremely hard to open. By the end of the trip, my wife couldn’t use the door. This home could easily be rated a 5 if the issues that we found were taken care of in a timely manner.

They skimped on extras. Barely enough coffee for 2 pots…., furniture and beds were not the greatest. Biggest issue was trying to reach someone for access to home on arrival date, at 6:30 at night… way past the 4;00 check in.

Fully equipped, great location

There was plenty of room for 6 people. The house was clean, well situated, safe, and came with staples like coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish detergent which was nice. My two suggestions are that the property manager go thru and tighten fixtures as several need adjustments and that they install a screen for errant golf balls.

Overall, the home was very nice, safe, and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. The pool was small but nice, and we basically had it to ourselves. The confusion with the check-in time was disappointing. The website stated check-in after 3 pm but upon arrival, the manager (?) was there and informed us that the website was incorrect, and check-in was after 4 pm. We waited outside and were finally able to start our getaway a little after 3:30 pm. There were a few minor matters: the master shower drained slow, and the water pressure pulsed when both showers were used at the same time. The home was clean but not as clean as expected.

It was quick and easy to get anywhere. Downtown, main highways, shopping and restaurants. The house had everything we needed and was very easy to get to. We had a wonderful time.

Very happy with the house

Pros: The house was very clean and luminous. It has big rooms, big kitchen/living room. It definitively met our expectations. Cons: I would recommend to the owner to please replace the dinnerware (plates/bowls) and to add a water pitcher and some serving size plates.

Beautiful home

It’s a beautiful home located in a gated community at the foothills of South Mountain on the Raven golf course. It was very quiet. The internet was excellent my wife and I were able to both work without issue. Smart tv in every room including Amazon pulse ready time go, Cox cable... The community is very clean no trash or debris but everything in its place. The shower in the master bath as previously stated drained a bit slow but not really a problem at all. The yard is gravel very nicely landscaped and maintained. Very nice small patio with table and propane bbq. The pool and hot tub closed due to virus concerns so we cannot comment on those. We very much enjoyed our stay, there is absolutely no doubt we will stay here again should the need arise.
