Excellent stay

The apartment and location exceeded our expectations. We were welcomed by Luciana who showed us the place and answered all our questions. We highly recommend it and hope to be back soon.

Villa and host simply perfect

Villa is a perfect place to relax and discover the beautiful beaches in southern part of Sardegna. Everything is 100% as described. We can highly recommend this Villa and will come back when ever we will visit Sardegna again. And last but not least Luciana and Ignatius are best in world hosts from initial booking contact onwards.

Great

Very nice and big flat, and good furnished. Everything was there including a good internet connection. The descriptions and photos are in accordance to what we met. As long as you don’t want to cook a five course menu, it is a perfect flat (the kitchen is small, but perfectly equipped). The coast is a 20 minute walk away and it is very beautiful. The communication with Luciana was very good, in advance and during our stay. If we come back to southern Sardegna, it will be our top location.

Stunning home in Chia!

We are a family of 4 and it was our very 1st time visiting Sardenia from the USA. We didn't know where to stay and we don't speak Italian. I rented this house based on the good reviews and beautiful photos. I have to say as we arrived it was even more amazing than the photos. Being greeted by Luciana that have waited for us for many hours since we got lost was like a family was worried for you and waited for your arrival. I can't even speak highly enough of the warmth, care, delicious treats that we got from Luciana and her husband. That alone made our Sardenian vacation. We travel each year somewhere in the world and have stayed in many home rentals, this experience topped them all. First, let me say that the location is perfect! You are so close to the most beautiful beaches that Chia has to offer, yet you are up on a hill and can enjoy each night the stunning view of the mountains. We enjoyed making our food and especially enjoyed dining at the local restaurant which was down the road. Our kids got to swim in the pool while I was doing some work. My 17 year old son loved this place so much, that he told Luciana that he wants to come back there for his honeymoon:) I was cracking up, he doesn't even have a girlfriend... We stayed there for one week and loved it so much that we returned and stayed in Luciana's other home since this one was booked. Thank you so much Luciana for always being there for us and making sure our stay was the best experience ever! I can't wait to come back. I'm in love with Sardenia and you and your husband will always have a special place in our hearts! You don't need to look anywhere else, just book this beautiful home and you'll be SO happy!!!

Hervorragend

Wir waren mitte September in diesem tollen Appartement. Wurden herzlich von Luciana empfangen. Wir genossen das Meer und die wunderschönen Strände der Gegend. Tolle Terasse, wunderbarer Ausblick, schöner Pool. Negativ: Küchenfenster der Nachbarswohnung grenzt an die Terrasse. Geschmack und Lärm aus der Küche. Am Abend hatte man keine Ruhe beim Abendessen, da der Nachbar am Kochen war. Wir hatten leider eine rücksichtslose Nachbarschaft in der ersten Woche.

Alles super

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im August in dem Appartement. Es ist sehr sauber und hat eine tolle Terrasse mit einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und überwacht und fast durchgehend geöffnet. Ein kleiner Garten mit Dusche gehört auch zum Appartement. Es ist alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Einzig eine Spülmaschine wäre toll gewesen. In 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man einen kleinen Supermarkt. Ebenfalls fußläufig sind einige Restaurants erreichbar. Er Strand ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Einzig eine Eisdiele haben wir vermisst. Es war wirklich sehr schön und Luciana ist eine sehr herzliche Frau.

Casa molto ampia, con vista mare, in buona posizione, a 5 minuti dalla bellissima spiaggia di Sa giuddeu e a 15 min da Tuerredda. Dotazione della casa completa, a meno della lavastoviglie (era noto alla partenza). Unica nota dolente gli orari della piscina del "villaggio" che chiude alle 18.30. Problema in corso di risoluzione e indipendente dalla signora Luciana.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt mit herrlichem Ausblick

Wir haben als 4 köpfige Familie wunderbare 9 Tage Anfang Juni bei traumhaftem Wetter in Chia verbracht. Das Appartement liegt sehr geschickt, eingebettet in einer kleinen Anlage weiterer Wohnungen oder Nachbarhäusern und trotzdem sehr ruhig. In unmittelbarer Nähe findet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt, indem alles Notwendige zu finden ist und Restaurants, die auch sehr zu empfehlen sind. Luciana ist eine sehr aufmerksame und herzliche Gastgeberin, die uns sogar bei unserer Ankunft mit Wasser und Wein im Kühlschrank versorgt hat und auch etwas Süßes mitbrachte. Wir sind sehr dankbar, dass Sie uns, trotz unserer verspäteten Ankunft am Abend, noch an der Wohnung empfangen hat. Von der riesigen und herrlich überschatteten Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick zum Meer. Wir haben dies tags wie nachts sehr genossen. Der gesamte Garten konnte von uns genutzt werden und diente auch als Parkplatz für das Auto. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, sehr sauber und mit Allem gut ausgestattet. Bei sehr warmen Temperaturen stehen in allen Räumen Klimaanlagen zur Verfügung., Wir haben alle sehr gut schlafen können. Die herrlichen Strände von Chia sind mit dem Auto sehr schnell zu erreichen. Bei einem Aufenthalt im südlichen Sardinien ist dies auf jeden Fall eine perfekte Ausgangslage für einen Urlaub. Wir danken Luciana für die sehr nette Kommunikation und dass sie für uns jederzeit bei Fragen behilflich war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Eccellente soluzione per trascorrere le vacanze a Chia

Immobile in posizione suggestiva, con bella vista, ampia terrazza godibile la sera e con tutti i principali servizi. Inoltre è comoda perchè c'è un market a 200 mt dalla casa, un bar ed alcuni ristoranti. La proprietaria molto disponibile e gentile. Lo consiglio.

sehr schöne Wohnung mit netten Gastgebern

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr gut. Wir hatten eine gelungene Woche im Oktober. Auf der Terrasse mit schönem Ausblick konnten wir morgens und abends noch prima sitzen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin könnte nicht besser sein. Wein und italienisches Gebäck standen schon bei der Ankunft für uns bereit.

Einfach wunderschön!

Wir waren zu dritt in der wunderschönen Ferienwohnung von der überaus reizenden und sehr auf unser Wohl bedachten Gastgeberin Luciana und ihrem Mann Ignatius. Sehr gute Betten, ein großes Bad und alles funktional und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. An dem Blick über die grüne Landschaft bis hin zum Meer konnten wir uns nicht satt sehen und die große Terrasse wurde zu unserem Salon, wo wir morgens die Sonne und nachts den Sternenhimmel genossen.. Der Pool mit eigenem Bademeister war perfekt gepflegt und es gab höchstens 3, 4 Leute , die dort sporadisch badeten. Eine ruhige Athmosphäre, in der wir uns wunderbar erholt haben. Quasi `um die Ecke` gibt es fußläufig zu erreichen einen Supermarkt mit allem, was man so braucht und zwei gute Restaurants. Auto ist nötig, um zu den herrlichen Sandstränden in wenigen Kilometern Entfernung zu kommen oder die wunderschöne gegend zu erkunden. Auch für meinen 28jährigen Sohn mit Down Syndrom war es ein perfekter Urlaub in toller Umgebung und herzlicher Athmosphäre. Grazie Luciana! Wir kommen wieder!

traumhafter Blick auf den Torre de Chia

Wir hatten wunderschöne 14 Tage in der "Casa Luciana". Luciana ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Wir hatten sowohl vor der Anreise als auch während unseres Aufenthaltes mehrmals Kontakt und waren sehr dankbar für die nützlichen Tipps. Die Bilder entsprechen exakt den Gegebenheiten. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist, dass die 900m bis zum Strand Luftlinie sind, zu fahren oder zu gehen sind es ca. 2 km. Wenn wir nach Südsardinien zurückkehren, kehren wir wieder gerne in die "Casa Luciana" ein.

Wonderful host, nice stay

Luciana (and family) is a wonderful host - very friendly, welcoming and responsive. The apartment is well located near Chia's restaurants and a small local supermarket. The communal swimming pool is open during certain hours (10:00 - 13:30 and 15:30 - 20:00), and is next door but separate from the apartment garden. The apartment has a good washing machine, but no dishwasher. It was clean. The decoration is a little basic. Wifi good. We had a lovely stay. Mil grazie Luciana!

Un appartamento da consigliare!!!

Non posso che consigliare questo appartamento a chi cerca un posto grande, luminoso, ben arredato, in una posizione strategica, vicino al mare ma tranquillo, con uso piscina, parcheggio, giardino privato, lettini, camino esterno per barbecue, Wi-Fi, aria condizionata... Insomma tutto ciò che serve per rendere un soggiorno indimenticabile. Si trova non lontano dal mare, con possibilità di fare la spesa di ogni genere a due passi; dal macellaio, al pescivendolo, al piccolo supermercato, ai banchi di frutta e verdura... Un grazie di cuore a Luciana per l'accoglienza, la disponibilità ad ogni ora della giornata e per tutti i consigli che ci ha fornito. Ma non posso non accennare al mare e alle spiagge di questo angolo della Sardegna... un vero incanto!!!

Schönes Haus, toller Pool, nah zu den schönsten Stränden

Traumhafter Panoramablick

Das Allerbeste an dieser Ferienwohnung ist der traumhafte Blick von dem Balkon sowie aus dem Wohnzimmer. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man findet eigentlich alles, was man so brauchen kann. Selten haben wir vorher z.B. drei große, brauchbare Pfannen in einer Ferienwohnung erlebt. Luciana ist eine sehr liebenswerte Vermieterin und schenkt ihren Gästen schon mit der Focaccia, dem Wein und den süßen Herzlichkeiten ein gutes Ankommen. Die Matratzen in den Betten sind toll und wir haben wunderbar geschlafen! Es gibt genug Decken für kalte Nächte und schnell frierende Frauen wie mich. Es gbt die verschiedensten Sitzgelegenheiten auf dem Balkon, der wirklich groß ist, Liegen im Garten, Strandartikel, die man einfach nutzen darf und für uns drei Personen war die Wohnung wirklich herrlich groß, so dass wir uns auch bei schlechterem Wetter gut in der Wohnung verteilen konnten. Selbst der Pool war zu der Jahreszeit noch angenehm warm. Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal da!

Posto semplicemente paradisiaco...

É difficile trovare un posto tanto meraviglioso come chia e ancor di più difficile é potersi avvalere della disponibilità di due proprietari di casa come Luciana e suo marito ,persone splendide. Ci si sente a casa propria grazie all' arredamento curato ,casa eccezionalmente generosa con una vista panoramica da vacanza vera e propria. Sicuramente un esperienza da ripetere. Apaprtamento molto confortevole e spazioso, giardino privato con sdraio e tavolo per cenare all'aperto, barbecue. Possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto all'interno del giardino. Ottima vista sulla baia dal terrazzo, zona silenziosa. A piedi si possono raggiungere vari ristoranti e il supermercato. Piscina condominiale attaccata al recinto e di facile accessibilità. Accoglienza calorosa da parte di Luciana e Ignazio e assistenza immediata in caso di necessità. Grazie, torneremo.

15 giorni di paradiso

La vacanza è stata molto bella, e la consiglio a tutti, Chia è bellissima, soprattutto per chi desidera vivere solo il mare lontano dal baccano. La signora Luciana ci ha consigliato bene, l'appartamento che ci ha riservato era meglio di come l'avremmo desiderato, la piscina si è rilevata molto preziosa. L'appartamento è molto spazioso e ben organizzato, la vista dalla veranda è impagabile, il giardino verde e ben tenuto. Vicino alla casa ci sono diversi ristoranti, un market e molti privati che vendono la frutta e la verdura dei loro orti. La chiesa si trova in cima alla via Pascoli e il parroco di Chia è bravo di farti apprezzare la messa. Ci tornerò senz'altro! Andrea

L' appartamento spaziosissimo, pulito con una bellissima vista sul mare di Chia, piscina a disposizione e proprietari gentilissimi e sempre disponibili in ogni occasione. Per chi si vuol godere la meraviglia delle spiagge e del mare della Costa del Sud...difficile non tornarci!

vacances a chia en famille

trés bon séjour, piscine agréable avec surveillant de baignade (horaires d'ouverture 10h/13h et 16h/19h). luciana est une personne trés attentive et répond a toutes vos questions ( par texto ou appel télephonique) ou intervient très rapidement en cas de besoin ( panne de gaz, dépanné en 30 minutes un samedi soir).
