Located on the promenade of Campofelice Di Roccella ( location 10 km from Cefalù) Costa Mediterranea Holiday Home is the ideal place to spend a holiday in freedom and relax.

Costa Mediterranea is our proposal for an alternative and certainly cheaper holiday with the convenience of staying in a cozy villa, the possibility to reach the beach without using the car, as positioned at 50 meters from the sea.

Costa Mediterranea is a spacious, comfortable and independent villa: the villa has a living area of 150m² and is equipped with everything you need to feel at home during your stay.
The villa internally offers a comfortable kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and all the necessary accessories, well-lit dining area, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet and 4 large bedrooms. The villa is also equipped with air conditioning, WI-FI Internet, washing machine, fan and TV .

The outdoor area of the villa has a veranda usable as a dining area, a large garden and a barbecue area. In the garden there are also a shower, toilet, sink and footwasher useful for long afternoons to sunbathe or back from the sea. Private parking for cars and motorbikes is free

Great place to stay with family

We had a great place to enjoy Sicili. Close to the beach, BBQ, washmachine availble. Only negatif thing is that you can hear the next house very good.

Der Eindruck von Außen täuscht

Bei Ankunft war der Gastgeber sehr gestresst, wollte die restlichen Zahlungen sofort in Bar obwohl FeWo direkt bei mir abgebucht hätte. Er hatte uns nicht gesagt, das er die Kopien aller Pässe braucht und dann so getan als wäre es kein großer Aufwand einen Copyshop zu suchen. Zudem ging das Wlan nicht, worauf er antwortete, dass es wohl kein großes Problem sein sollte ohne Wlan. Wir hätten es jedoch fürs Arbeiten gebraucht und haben das Haus unter anderem auch deshalb gebucht. Als wir fragten, ob wir später auschecken können, hatte er gemeint, nur wenn wir extra bezahlen. Anschließend jedoch konnte er selbst nicht um 10Uhr dort sein und wir sollten warten. Die Kommunikation war also stressig und überheblich. Das Haus hat nur zwei Zimmer, die eine Türe haben. Die zwei anderen Zinmer sind offen ohne Wand. Zwei Zimmer befinden sich im Keller, in welchem ein unangenehmer Duft war. Im Bad kam noch braunes Wasser aus dem Hahn, da er vielleicht lange nicht benutzt wurde. Ein Bad befindet sich im Haus, das andere auf der Terasse. Dort gibt es in der Dusche kein warmes Wasser. Zudem waren nach kurzer Zeit sehr viele Ameisen in der Küche. Bettbezug war lediglich auf den Betten vorhanden, die er für uns am geeignetsten empfand. Von der Raumaufteilung war dies jedoch unpassend, weshalb wir nach einem Zusatzleintuch fragten für ein Doppelbett. Seine Antwort war, das er seiner Pflicht nach kam und wir mit dem auskommen müssen was dort ist. So mussten wir für das Doppelbett zwei Enzellacken benutzen. Insgesamt sehr Schade, da das Haus ein super Potential hat und sehr nah am Strand liegt. Wie kommen nicht wieder!

Kurzurlaub im Oktober

Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt einem gute Reisetipps in der weiteren Umgebung. Der Strand ist durch die Einfahrt über die Strasse entfernt. Dieser ist recht steinig, so dass wir nach Cefalu und überall auf unseren Touren zum Baden gefahren sind. Cefalu als Stadt und der Strand ist mega. Besonders war dieset für unsere 3 Kinder geeignet. Mit dem Auto 24 km entfernt. Schöner Flair und nicht so runter und dreckig wie Palermo. Das Haus ist sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Zum Kochen und Essen war Alles da. Freundliche Nachbarn gab es dazu. Mückennetze in jedem Zimmer wären als einziges nicht verkehrt. Ich würde beim nächsten mal eins mitnehmen und an der Lampe festhängen. Bin da aber auch sehr sensibel. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur als positiv bezeichnen. Mit dem Zug nach Palermo geht es 10 min entfernt per Zug völlig unkompliziert. Die Kinder wollen gar nicht mehr heim....

Dejlig beliggenhed ved stranden

Skønt hus tæt på stranden - og med Cefalu og hele nordkysten inden for rækkevidde. Her er fredeligt og smukt. Vær dog opmærksom på, at nogle af sengene er i en kælder og at det ene badeværelse er udendørs uden varmt vand. Obs: Udlejer opkræver ekstra for håndklæder og sengetøj!

Très décevant

Villa ne correspondant pas aux photos sur le site... les chambres sont au sous-sol, une cave en quelque sorte au mois d'avril les nuits sont très fraiches. La superficie de la villa n'était pas conforme à la description... plage pas entretenue... Cefalu à 14 km alors que sur l'annonce on nous dit 6 km... je déconseille... par contre logement très propre.

Ganz tolles Haus für die Familie

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche im Nino's Haus verbracht (Familie aus 5 Personen). Nino ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Alles notwendige vorhanden. Sehr schöne Terrasse. Ort ist gut gelegen,- 20 Minuten Fahrt bis Cefalu und 30-40 Minuten bis Palermo. Gerne kommen wir mal wieder!

Villa Mediterranea

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen entspannten Urlaub hier verbracht. Die Unterkunft war schön groß und sehr sehr sauber, was man nicht überall in Italien findet :) Nino hat uns sehr nett und freundlich empfangen und betreut. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal an dieser Stelle.

Village vacances donc promiscuité

Villa très agréable , spacieuse près de la mer , bonne literie . Véranda pour prendre les repas pas négligeable . A savoir chambres en sous/sol , claustrophobe s'abstenir . Emmenez vos casseroles une pour 7 personnes .....Promiscuités avec les voisins veut dire bruits divers jusqu'à une heure très avancée dans la nuit , aboiement de chiens et la musique du club sur la plage envoie des décibels jusqu'à 3 heures du matin . Conclusion ! Cette location est faite pour les jeunes . Sinon bien placée pour faire les excursions , près de Cefalu jolie ville et Compofélice bien agréable .

Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés...Accueil chaleureux de Nino, location trés propre et bien placée, tous les ingrédiens pour des vacances réussies...Le front de mer vous offrira l'opportunité de passer de bonnes soirées, cocktail obligatoire au Sky and Sun, le must! Potete andare ad occi chiusi. accoglienza ottima grazie a Nino, casa pulitissima, bel posto, cé tutto per una vacanza buonissima...Lungomare per bellissime serate, andate per un cocktail presso il bar Sky and Sun...Bellissimo posto...

Parfait

Très bon accueil et d'excellents conseils donnés sur les visites possibles par Nino le propriétaire. Merveilleux séjour en famille dans une villa spacieuse, bien équipée, confortable située à quelques mètres de la mer et proche de sites intéressants. Je recommande sans réserve cette location.

TOP Meerblick Villa mit viel Platz und super Sonnenterrasse

Wir haben uns hier bei "Nino" sehr wohl gefühlt. Herzlich empfangen und dazu gibt's Insider-Tips für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig und ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Wir werden sicher mal wieder nach Sizilien kommen. :-)

sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Wir haben die Reise kurzfristig gebucht und trotzdem hat alles super geklappt. Der Vermieter Nino ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat sich trotz Anreise sehr spät Abends mit uns an einem vereinbarten Treffpunkt getroffen und zum Haus geführt. Dort bekamen wir eine gründliche Einführung und Tipps für Einkäufe, Restaurants und Ausflüge sowie einige Wasserflaschen für den ersten Durst. Alles ist sehr sauber und funktioniert einwandfrei. Meine pubertierenden Kinder haben sich besonders über sehr gutes WLAN gefreut ;-)). Die Fotos entsprechen den Tatsachen, stammen aber aus 4 Objekten, die der Vermieter an der gleichen Adresse vermietet (4 zusammenstehende Häuser). Nicht alle Schlafzimmer haben Türen, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Die Gegend ist sehr nett und der Strand wirklich nur 30m entfernt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

echt italiaans huisje heerlijk vlakbij de zee

het huisje was netjes schoon en zag er heel leuk uit. Een prachtig terras erbij buiten. altijd een plekje in de schaduw om buiten te eten, omdat er ook een grote veranda aan zit. Bij het terras hoorde ook een barbecue. Heerlijk met de kinderen gebarbecued! de tweede badkamer die op de website vermeld staat, bevindt zich buiten. Eerst leek me dit niet zo handig, maar in gebruik was dit erg praktisch. Als je van het strand komt en vol met zand zit, hoef je niet het hele huis door met zandvoeten. De zee is letterlijk aan de overkant van de straat. Heerlijk. De kinderen gingen elke dag wel een paar keer het water in. Aanrader!

Traumhaft

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub, das Haus war so schön wie auf den Fotos. Ruhige Lage mit Meeresrauschen inklusive. Nino der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat eine Menge Tipp's für dies Umgebung von Campofelice. Wir wollen unbedingt wieder hin :)

Schön, sauber, nahe am Meer - top!

Sehr gepflegtes, sauberes Haus in Strandnähe. Ein schöner Sand/Kiesstrand der zum Baden einlädt. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei herrlichem Wetter im Oktober. Die Lage zwischen Cefalu und Palermo ist optimal geeignet für Ausflüge in Sizilien. Der Vermieter ist ein ganz netter und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder. Grazie mille!

Netter Vermieter, schönes Haus, nah am Strand

Wir, 2 Personen, hatten Gelegenheit, 4 Nächte in dem schönen, geräumigen und sauberen Haus zu verbringen. Mit wenigen Schritten gelangte man zum Strand, den wir im Oktober fast für uns alleine hatten. Unser Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und - falls nötig - jederzeit für uns da. Wir danken ihm sehr für die vielen tollen Tipps, die er uns gegeben hat.
