Magnifique appartement idéalement situé

Cet appartement est idéalement situé , il offre une vue magnifique et imprenable sur le Port du Cap d’Agde . Beaucoup de possibilités à proximité et accessible à pieds ( restos , commerces , boulangerie , poissonnerie , commerces de proximité, casino ..... ! Il est très bien équipé ( une chambre avec lit double , toilettes séparés , grand placard , Tv , la cuisine va être prochainement rénovée , une grande terrasse ...). Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine hivernale à l’occasion du nouvel an . Merci bcp à Anne et Olivier pour leur excellent accueil et surtout leur disponibilité pour nous accueillir à une heure un peu tardive . Je vous recommande vivement cette location qui offre un accès à une piscine en saison estivale ainsi qu’une place de parking ( par contre , attention , place très étroite mais non négligeable )

Je recommande cet appartement idealement placé au centre du port, la vue est magnifique. Parfaitement equipé, un petit hic sur une vaisselle trés vieillissante mais tout cela est oublié par le reste du logement. Vous pouvez reserver les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçu.

EXCELLENT SEJOUR

Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueillis dans un appartement très propre et bien fonctionnel. Vue magnifique sur le port et proche des magasins . Un parking privé facilite les déplacements. Excellent séjour et recommandons cet appartement au bord de mer.

Un séjour parfait

L'appartement correspond entièrement à l'annonce. Les contacts avant l'arrivée sont très cordiaux et l'accueil par la propriétaire est des plus sympathiques. Les cadeaux à l'arrivée font vraiment plaisir !! L'appartement est idéalement situé, pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Il est aussi très bien équipé, bref une adresse à partager !!!

séjour très réussi

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement bien conçu et dont la spacieuse loggia nous a permis de profiter d'une vue à 180 degrés sur l'immense port du Cap d'Agde. Avis aux amateurs de photos de levers et couchers de soleil!

"Appartement très bien situé, il n''est pas nécessaire d''utiliser sa voiture pendant le séjour. la vue sur le port est superbe. Il est spacieux, l''equipement menager est complet. La déco et les meubles années 70 mériteraient d''être modernisés, mais l''appartement est très agréable. La piscine est classe. De plus les propriétaires sont serviables et très sympathiques et réactifs."

L''appartement est idéalement situé, juste sur le port avec une très très belle vue. Nous avons eu la chance d''avoir un beau soleil et savourer un café sur la terrasse en contemplant cette vue, magnifique !!!! vous pouvez tout faire à pied, sans utiliser à aucun moment la voiture.
