A unique opportunity to experience a beach vacation right on the beautiful beach of San Vito Lo Capo. The Villa Hibiscus is located on the eastern edge of the beach of San Vito. The garden has direct access to the beach by a wooden gate and you can enjoy the outdoor shower in a typical fig tree. The villa, surrounded by a Mediterranean garden, has an area dedicated to children's play corner and a rustic barbecue outside. Inside, in addition to the three bedrooms there is a double sofa bed in the lounge. In the large covered veranda you can dine and stay in the cool sea breeze. Just a few hundred meters from the town center and has a parking space for each apartment.

Great location right on the beach
We had a great week at this Villa. The Villa is right on the sand. The beach is beautiful, the water clear and blue and it is at the end of the beach under the huge rock mountain so less crowded that further down. The house is as it appears in the photos. It is the ground floor of the house. 3 bedrooms, kitchen living and a great outdoor space. There are two outdoor showers and a sand area on the patio to sit in the sun. The house is walking distance to the main part of town where all the shops and restaurants are. And, less than 5 minute walk to a market. Caterina was very helpful. At one point our Wifi was not working and after a call to her, someone was there within 10 minutes to fix it. One warning. on the weekends the beach is crazy crowded. It was not a big deal for us because we had the private patio and just hung out there and walked to the water. It was a lot less crowded Mon-Thursday. There are mosquitos in the evening so I recommend bring spray and maybe a candle for outside. Overall a great experience and the house did not disappoint.

Das Objekt liegt am Ende der San Vito Bucht direkt am Sandstrand. Es ist sehr gepflegt und mit allen ausgestattet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Great stay
We had almost a week in this cute, rustic and charming villa. Caterina was lovely. There was a lot of seaweed on the beach outside the house so we couldn’t swim directly in front of the house which was a shame. Relatively new issue apparently. It was fine as we just walked down the beach and hired sun beds further down. However, i think any prospective renter should know this. All was very clean in the house and everything worked well. It is a short walk into the lovely town. All in all, I would very much recommend.

Beautiful villa at the beach, perfect for familys
We enjoyed our time at Villa Ibiscus very much, even the days with rain and wind were cosy in the spacy house. it is great to walk to the beach the minute you wake up. the garden is beautiful and both adults and children can enjoy the day here. caterina is a very friendly host and she helps immediately if needed.

Perfectly situated villa with direct access to the beach.
Villa Ibiscus is a great place for a family holiday. The property has a large garden area with plenty of seating and sunbeds and direct access to the gently sloping sandy beach. It's very safe and perfect for young children. The sea was calm on most days and ideal for swimming. Due to the location it was easy to go for an early morning or evening swim. The villa itself is charming with a traditional style kitchen (with all modern appliances) and lovely fireplace. The hosts, Caterina and Salvatore, were very friendly and helpful - they brought us delicious local wine, fruit and vegetables and invited us to a traditional saints day celebration - a unique way to experience how real Sicilians live! San Vito is a lovely village, especially in the evenings - there is live music and dancing in the square and many restaurants. There is a large supermarket a short drive away and a small one about 200m away from the villa. We particularly enjoyed a day out in the hill town of Erice - well worth a visit if you have time.

Wir haben ein Haus gemietet und ein Appartement bekommen. Wir haben sehr viel Geld bezahlt und haben einen hervorragenden Service erwartet. Leider wurden wir ziemlich enttäuscht. Das Inventar im Haus ist alt und oft schmutzig, verbrochen oder sogar schimmlig. Da es ein Appartement ist, hört man die Gäste oben sehr gut, was dazu führt, dass man früh morgens durch Geräusche geweckt wird und absolut keine Privatsphäre hat. Ein Haus mietet man genau darum, dass man nichts mit niemandem teilen muss. Dafür sind wir gerne bereit einen höheren Preis zu bezahlen. Das einzig positive ist, dass man direkt am Strand ist, welcher wirklich wunderschön ist. Nur das ersetzt den massiv zu teuren Preis nicht. Wir mieten seit über 10 Jahren Villen auf der ganzen Welt und diese hier ist max. 20-30% des Mietpreises wert. Wenn man einen hohen Mietpreis verlangt, dann muss man profesionellen Service bieten. Dieses Angebot wird als Hobby betrieben und ist das Geld nicht wert. Sizilien und San Vito Lo Capo ist sehr schön, absolut zu empfehlen. Im Angebotstext wird es als rustikal beschrieben. Rustikal bedeutet nicht defekt oder billig. Auch darf man auf der Terasse einen schönen Tisch mit bequemen Stühlen erwarten, speziell für diesen hohen Preis. Tatsächlich vorhanden ist ein Plastik Campingtisch mit Campingstühlen wo man nach kurzer Zeit nicht mehr weiss wie man sitzen muss, weil es unbequem ist. Diese falsche Beschreibung des Objekts ist auf einigen internationalen Plattformen vorhanden, so dass es kein Einzelfall ist. Möchte der Vermieter internationale Kunden zu hohen Preisen haben, muss das Angebot dringend überarbeitet werden.
