We welcome you to our totally remodeled corner unit 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Our condo is equipped with everything you'll need to relax the Florida way! Modern contemporary furnishings, wood-look tile flooring throughout the main area and the bedrooms. The large master bedroom has a nice king size bed, a large walk-in closet, two night stands, a TV and also provides you with access to the balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, a large closet, and includes a cable ready TV. This corner unit is filled with brightness as a result of the many windows. Relax on the balcony and enjoy a nice glass of iced tea, watch the beautiful landscape garden with the best pool on the island while watching the yachts go by on Boca Ciega Bay. Four TVs with cable as well as internet service come ready for your enjoyment. With a large kitchen equipped with plenty of cabinets and all the basic cooking utensils, this unit will make you feel like your own home. This unit also has a laundry room, with the state of the art washer and dryer, where there are also stored beach and pool amenities. Another Wonderful Vacation

My family and I have spent the last two Aprils at this wonderful condo. Again the condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The owners are easy to deal with and respond quickly to all inquiries. It was a five star stay!

Stunning!

We just returned from a month in this unit. We have to tell you that the photos do not do it justice. This condo has been upgraded with great attention to detail. The kitchen and baths are top notch and all the appliances are high end including the TV all the way to the toaster. Simon and Belinda were great to work with and very attentive. Happy time! Beautiful Five Star Condo

What a beautiful condo at a beautiful location. Bahia Del Mar is a beautiful location and the condo was truly five star. In fact, friends that have been visiting Bahia for well over 20 years and have been in over 40 condos said that this condo is he nicest they have ever been in. Simon was an excellent host and very attentive and quick with responses to our queries. The grounds of Bahia Del Mar are beautiful and well manicured. Security is out 24/7 so you always feel safe. The view from the condo was the pool and hot tub and beyond that the beach with white sand and lounge chairs. From the deck you can watch all the activity on the water as you sip your morning coffee. Morning walks took us over the bridge to the pink hotel and then onto the endless white sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico. A beautiful condo, a beautiful resort, a beautiful location. I'm going back.

The best rental house we have stayed in

The house is very clean and new exactly like the pictures show. All furniture are modern and new, decoration is very nice as well. 10 minutes drive to the main beach and many alternative beaches as well. Or you can swim or suntan in the pool in front of the house as well. There is a Publix and many other stores witin 10 minutes. We had to go to Tampa every other day, as the 275 highway enterence was very close it saved us lots of time. Overall a 6 star quiet very well kept place :)

The condo was beautiful and well equipped.

My family enjoyed a wonderful two week plus vacation. The condo has been renovated top to bottom and beautifully furnished. Every evening we watched from the balcony sailboats and dolphins on/in the inter coastal waterway. The owner was easy to deal with and very responsive. I highly recommend this condo.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage

eine modern eingerichtete und sehr saubere Wohnung in einer gepflegten Anlage. Das Appartement bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten die man sich wünscht (es ist alles bis ins kleinste Detail vorhanden). Sobald man die Wohnung betritt fühlt man sich wohl / ruhiges Umfeld / zum Relaxen bietet sich der Balkon mit Blick auf die Bucht an / man ist ruck/zuck bei den "hot spots" (Strand, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Unser Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder.

GORGEOUS CONDO!

My Husband and I absolutely loved this Condo! It is my new favorite! Everything was amazing, modern & new. A Five Star Property For Sure

This was our second year staying at this lovely property. We would have continued to rent but loved the area so much we decided to buy a place of our own We have been renting on Isla for the past 5 years and without question this is one of the nicest appointed properties we've stayed in. I am a clean freak and I will tell you that the place is immaculate. Everything from the decor to the bed sheets are high quality. Love the kitchen, floors, furniture and view from the deck. Simon is extremely responsive and truly cares about making your stay enjoyable. You will not go wrong with this rental property!

Excellent!

We enjoyed a wonderful 7-week stay in this beautifully renovated/decorated, immaculately clean, well-equipped, bright modern condo. Brand new appliances, lovely furniture, TVs in every room, and a fast, reliable wifi connection. Plenty of sunshine on the furnished balcony overlooking the water and pool area. Spectacular sunset views every evening with sailboats floating by (dolphins can be seen during the day if you keep your eyes peeled). Beds were comfortable and fresh, and bedrooms were airy with adjacent sparkling bathrooms. Owner was a pleasure to deal with, very quick to respond to any questions and keeps his unit well-maintained and up-to-date. Safe, relaxing, well-managed complex with security. Private beach, beautiful heated pool and hot tub with plenty of lounge chairs to go around. Public beach and shopping just over the bridge, and a little library in the building entrance! All amenities exactly as described. Highly recommended!! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us, we absolutely loved it!

Truely a Home Away from Home

We came down to St. Petersburg for a family reunion last December and stayed at this condo and we had an amazing time. We originally were going to stay at a hotel but were glad that we decided to stay here. This is truly a "Home Away from Home" get away. We really enjoyed the gorgeous direct waterfront views from the living room and the master bedroom. Everything about the condo is amazing! From the nicely decorated interior, fully stocked appliances, modern washer and dryer, internet and cable TV and did I mention how clean this property is? We were so impressed on how meticulously this property is maintained. Trust me when I say this property is great as we are quite picky people and like to stay in luxurious hotels. My family and I will definitely come back. We had a wonderful time and created amazing memory. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

St Pete Condo

Everything was absolutely wonderful! Not only did the visit with family make it so, but the accommodations exceeded our expectations. From the moment we opened the front door, I knew our family of three would be comfortable for our stay. It's a quiet condo with a great layout. The owner were fantastic. They called us when we first checked-in to make sure everything is going well. The condo was very clean and well kept. It was equipped with not only with the essentials, but also many extras such as a washing detergents, plenty of towels and pillows and blankets. Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. The reserved parking was great and plenty of guest parking when our family visited. The security guards that monitor the complex gave us a confident and secure feeling. It was a nice walk across the bridge to the St Pete beach every morning. I would HIGHLY recommend this condo to anyone, and we plan on using it again next summer. Truly a Home Away from Home

Nice Condo Awesome Stay

This review is overdue. We stayed in this condo a few months ago. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this St Pete's waterfront condo. The condo was lovely, clean and had a great water views. We couldn't haven chosen a better spot for our vacation. The pull out couch was very comfortable and the patio furniture on the balcony was great! Will definitely come back again.

Washington to Sunny Florida ** Great Condo

Pa snow birds

My wife and I rented Simon's property for the month of January 2015. I wish we could have stayed longer. The unit was clean and bright and had everything we needed. Our complex along with the others are very well maintained. Nothing is in disrepair. Night accent lighting is first class. I played the course once. Our hosts were very gracious. Loved the course but it didn't love me at least on this day. All I'll say is that I birdied the first hole and pared the last hole. Would definately come back.

Lovely condo

We have been visitors to this area of Florida for many years but this was our first time at this condo. We found the condo very clean, comfortable and spacious. It was ideally situated overlooking the pool area and had further views out to the bay. It was delightful watching the sunset from the balcony. We love being close to the water and enjoyed trips to the local beaches as well as spending days by the pool. The owners were very helpful and easy to book through. We wil be back!!
