Kalyvitis is located in the southeastern part of Crete. It is an idyllic place between the olive fields surrounded by mountains with fragrant pine trees. In this greenery at only a 5 min. drive from the sea, we produce our own olive oil, goat cheese, red wine, honey and biological vegetables.
In our olive grove are two cottages. They are constructed for a life outside. But even when you enter inside, you will enjoy a warm atmosphere. There is a living room equipped with kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom, all decorated in a mix of Oriental and rural spheres.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances à Kalyvitis. C’est un endroit calme et merveilleux pour se ressourcer. Heidi et Manu sont des personnes très sympathiques et accueillantes, ils nous ont donné de très bon conseils pour les plages, restaurants, randonnées et autres. Seule ombre au tableau : on est tellement bien que le temps passe trop vite 😉

in Ruhe und Frieden draußen sein

Es war einfach wunderschön und Heidi und Manu sind die perfekten Gastgeber, sehr herzlich und lustig. Das Haus hat ein tolles Klima, man braucht die Klimaanlage nicht. Die Veranda ist riesig und dort ist es sehr angenehm. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man schläft wunderbar. Das gesamte Grundstück ist zauberhaft. Gern kommen wir einmal zurück.

Natürliche Oase in wunderbarer Landschaft

Mitten in der Natur wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Die hübsche Terrasse mit Hängematte entschleunigt beim ersten Anblick. Das liebevoll zusammengestellte Frühstück von Heidi und Manu lässt einen ganz und gar ankommen. Perfekte Wanderungen und Strände in der Umgebung. Heidis und Manus Tipps machen den Urlaub zu einem authentischen Erlebnis. Tiefenentspannt reisten wir ab!

Séjour de rêve

Nous avons passé 5 jours chez Heidi et Manu.Le lieu est magique de par son calme et sa beauté.Le gîte est beau, il ne manque rien et sa grande terrasse est propice à La zénitude et à la contemplation. merci encore à eux pour tous leurs conseils et leurs petites attentions. Traumhaftes Idyll mitten in Olivenbäumen

Wunderschönes kleines Haus mitten in einem Olivenhain. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht. Die Terasse mit Hängematte zur Entspannung und Tauchfass zur Abkühlung war das Highlight. Heide und Emmanuel waren sehr nett und wir konnten sogar früher als ursprünglich geplant einchecken. Ein traumhafter Ort um zu entspannen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen.

„Kleines Paradies“

Hedi und Manu sind sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Von der Buchung über die Begrüßung vor Ort, bis zur Abreise war alles perfekt. Das Haus liegt wunderschön, mitten in den Olivenbergen. Man hört nur die Zirkaden. Nichts stört die Ruhe. Die Ausstattung ist superschön, alles ist vorhanden. Besonders die Hängematte und der Wasserbottich sind bei diesen Temperaturen ideal. Das Willkommens Frühstück war klasse. Der selbstgemachte Ziegenkäse ist ein Gedicht. In dieser Unterkunft findet man absolute Ruhe und Entspannung. Heidi und Manu sind jederzeit ansprechbar wenn man möchte und sie haben immer gute Tipps. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder hierher kommen!

Harmonie und Kraftquelle

Eine der besten Unterkünfte die wir bisher gemietet haben! Diese beiden herzlichen Menschen, Heidi und Manu, haben auf diesem Fleckchen Erde eine Oase der Entspannung, Ruhe und Erholung geschaffen. Die Steinhäuschen sind mit viel Liebe und gutem Geschmack eingerichtet. Das umliegende Grundstück fügt sich harmonisch in die Landschaft ein. Heidis Massage, sensibel und wirkungsvoll, ist nur zu empfehlen.

Eine Oase für die Seele

Kalyvitis ist ein sehr besonderer Ort - ein Ort der Ruhe, Entschleunigung und Entspannung mitten in einem Olivenhain, an dem man sich nur wohlfühlen kann. Die Steinhäuser sind sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und entsprechen genau den Fotos. Dass Heidi und Manu zudem noch sehr sympathische und aufmerksame Vermieter sind ohne dabei je aufdringlich zu sein, macht den Aufenthalt perfekt. Es fiel uns schwer diesen wunderschönen Ort wieder zu verlassen und eine Rückkehr ist bereits in Planung.

Le séjour a Kalyvitis a dépassé nos espérances

Le cadre est exceptionnel,le confort au rendez vous.Rien ne manque:les petites attentions,la disponibilité,la gentillesse de nos hôtes. Point de départ pour la connaissance de la Crète historique et profonde,loin des remues ménages touristiques,tout en restant proche des lieux branchés.. Le paradis, c'est par ici!

Un havre de calme en pleine nature crétoise, loin du tourisme de masse. Le gîte est très confortable, bien aménagé et joliment décoré. Quant aux hôtes, ils sont charmants et savent renseigner les amateurs de randonnées. Un petit bémol pour les abeilles qui persistaient à vouloir nous butiner pendant les repas... Mais il faut goûter sans faute à leur miel, délicieusement parfumé au thym.

Ein wundervoller Ort

Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier richtig. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht, ist sehr gepflegt und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und geben gute Tipps für Ausflüge, Einkäufe oder Tavernen. Besonders für Menschen, die gerne in der Natur sind, Touren in die Berge oder zu den Stränden machen wollen, ist diese Unterkunft geeignet. Die Ruhe und Stille hat mich überzeugt, ich würde diese Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen.

A recommander aux amoureux de la nature

Merveille que d'être niché parmi les oliviers, avec le doux bourdonnement des abeilles Adami, qui butinent le thym. Balades à proximité, sourire des hôtes, équipement des cabanes de pierre confortable avec un joli soin apporté à la décoration de l'ensemble, extérieur et intérieur. Sculptures nombreuses, réjouissantes, parmi les arbres environnants. Calme et ressourcement assuré, et avec une petite voiture de location, tout est possible partant de Kalyvitis pour bien explorer cette partie est de la Crète. Les petits supermarkets des environs font très bien l'affaire pour s'approvisionner et les gens apprécient quelques mots échangés en s'inspirant du manuel : le Grec pour les nuls (ça marche bien!). Pour nous, ce fut une très belle rencontre avec Heidi et Manu et l'île.

Erholung pur

Wir können einen Aufenthalt in Kalyvitis sehr empfehlen, die Unterkunft ist super schön eingerichtet, so viele nette Details, sehr sauber, absolut zum Wohlfühlen! Die Lage ist sehr schön, mitten in den Olivenhainen, trotzdem nicht weit weg vom Meer, absolut ruhig, Erholungsfaktor hoch! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und bemüht, wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren bzw. können wir einen Aufenthalt dort sehr empfehlen, wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht.

"We hebben 1,5 week genot...

"We hebben 1,5 week genoten van ons verblijf in een van de twee fijne huisjes van Kalyvitis. De eigenaren zijn enthousiast en behulpzaam. Ze hebben ons gewezen op de mooiste plekjes en stranden van oost Kreta. Als je op zoek bent naar een lekker plezierige plek waar je kan genieten van de rust en ruimte dan is een verblijf op Kalyvitis een echte aanrader! als wij nog een terug gaan naar Kreta, dan willen we zeker weer terug naar deze mooie plek. Voor de natuurliefhebber een zeer grote aanrader!!"

"Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Kalivitis. Les cabanes sont bien équipées, avec goût, elles ont la vue sur une jolie vallée recouverte d''oliviers, on entend le chant des oiseaux, la mer est toute proche mais suffisamment loin pour que l''on soit reculé des routes et du bruit. Nos hôtes nous ont accueilli comme des amis et nous ont fait découvrir leurs passions (jolie balade ensemble dans une gorge, découverte des ruches, ...). Un séjour bien reposant et sympathique donc."
