Maison parfaitement située à 1 minute de la plage et 6 minutes des commerces du centre, très confortable et spacieuse, avec un grand jardin. Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants et disponibles. Je recommande.

La Turballe
Very comfortable house well appointed and tastefully decorated close to the beach and walking distance to the shops. The Jacuzzi was enjoyed by everybody. Very welcoming owner. La Turballe is ideal place for families and is surrounded by interesting and varied places to visit. Lots to do. Ideal for people who like cycling and the weather was very good!

Séjour de 3 jours impeccable
Nous recommandons vivement la location de cette maison arborée. Le jardin est très soigné et beau. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les literies de qualité, ainsi que tout l'agencement. Un grand plus avec le jaccuzi qui offre un temps de relaxation entre amis. Plage, centre ville avec marché sont à 2 pas. Grand parking. La propriétaire est accueillante et répond rapidement à toutes les questions.

Super séjour!
Propriétaire très accueillante, réactive (problème avec un parasol, racheté aussitôt!) Maison très bien équipée, joli terrain, on apprécie aussi l'acceptation des animaux! Emplacement idéal pour la plage et les commerces. Le jacuzzi est un plus non négligeable. On a adoré notre séjour ici, on recommande +++++

Très belle maison bien équipée et vaste. Les 3 chambres sont très agréables, il y a de l’espace. Cuisine bien équipée Magnifiques jardin et terrasse, le jacuzzi est un vrai plus sous le climat breton. Très proche de la plage ( 1 min à pied, juste en face d’un accès plage). Petite impasse très calme, aucun bruit et le jardin est à l’abri du vent de mer. Propriétaire agréable et très sérieuse, nous sommes enchantés de cette location.

Superbe séjour , maison proche de la mer . Maison très agréable et merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse. Maison adaptée pour les familles avec enfants en bas âge, et quelle bonne surprise d'aller chercher les œufs des poules tous les matins ... Bref nous vous recommandons cet endroit !

Très beau séjour....
Maison très agréable et très bien située. Proche de la plage, tout en étant au calme, proche du centre de la Turballe ( restaurants et commerces) et du port. Tout se fait à pied ! Jacuzzi très agréable et de haute qualité. Un beau barbecue « four » pour faire de superbe grillades ! Merci pour l’accueil... Sylvia et Gil

Très bonne réservation
C'est une très bonne réservation. Chambres spacieuses et confortables. La salle à manger et la cuisine sont bien agencées, sans compter le barbecue à l'extérieur qui nous a permis de faire des grillades malgré un temps pluvieux. Le SPA est super bien quand on veut se détendre dans un bain bien chaud. Il était plutôt bienvenue pour ce WE. Merci pour l'accueil de la propriétaire.

Très bon séjour. Maison agréable idéalement placée très proche de la mer et la plage.
Maison agréable bien rénovée et bien propre. Déco conforme aux photos : exotique et beaucoup de bois.Grand jardin ombragé . Plage à quelques pas. Centre ville proche. Deux bémols : l'eau du jacuzzi devenue verte à cause des grandes chaleurs ( les 3/4 des amis n'ont pas souhaité tenter de s'y tremper !!!) et, attention - notamment pour les enfants- aux bords coupants de la table basse en bois biseautée et de celle de la terrasse en ardoise aux arêtes également très tranchantes. Bonne literie. Linge de nuit et de toilette fourni. Bon accueil. Nous vous souhaitons de bonnes vacances à venir.

Maison très agréable
Très bien placée, la maison est très agréable et permet un séjour convivial. Rénovation très réussie. Et une déco qui lui donne de la personnalité. Très propre également. Le jacuzzi est le petit plus qui vous fait craquer, même au cœur de l’hiver. Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux de la propriétaire. N’hésitez pas !

superbe location pour les vacances
superbe maison située a 2 mn (environ 100 m) d une grande plage de sable(tres bien pour les enfants) et 10mn a pied du centre de La Turballe, son port ses commerces , ses restaurants, et une animation tres sympa et familiale.La location est tout confort,tres bien equipee, bonne literie,service quasiment hotelier (menage et changement de linge)de la part d une proprietaire trés a votre ecoute et prete a répondre a vos besoin Le jardin est grand, bien entretenu, clos avec balancoires (securisant pour les enfants Le jacuzzi est le petit plus, surtout si le temps est moyen et la mer un peu fraiche! Location a recommander!

Maison très bien située, effectivement à 2 mn à pied de la plage, à 10 du centre, très tranquille. La maison et le jardin sont conformes aux photos, ainsi que les équipements (salon de jardin, jaccuzi, chaises longues...). Tout est de très bonne qualité, qu'il s'agisse de la literie, du linge, des équipements électriques (entre autres, machine à laver et sèche linge), de l'ameublement et très propre. La maison semble avoir été refaite à neuf il y a peu de temps et les salles de bain en particulier sont très réussies. Le ménage est fait chaque samedi, ainsi que le linge changé. Nous étions pendant quelques jours 7 adultes et 3 enfants/1 bébé et le couchage était suffisant, en partageant les chambres. Nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances et nous conseillons vivement cette location.

Kleines Paradies in La Turballe. Sehr individuelles, charmantes Haus mit eigenem Charakter, umgeben von einem traumhaften Garten unsere Kids und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus besticht mit einer gehobenen Ausstattung die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr nette, zuvorkommende, hilfsbereite und freundliche Vermieter. Vom Haus sind es keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu einem tollen Strand, in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Hafen und im Herzen des kleinen Fischerdörfchens. Fazit: Dies ist der ideale Platz um einen tollen Urlaub zu genießen!

Would even like to live there!
Wonderful house with beautiful garden! Our kids could play there very well as the garden is very big and has a fence all around. Even when there is bad weather it is a pleasure to stay there as the house offers plenty of things to do inside as playing piano, cook a nice meal or heat the fireplace. The living, dining area and kitchen are nicely spacious. Beach is very close and a great bakery 5 min walk away. Only a bit disapointed of 4th bedroom as it has a door to close but is open towards the stairs. So not very good for people who easily wake up from noices. Thanks for our great holidays in LaTurballe

A 5 star villa in every respect!
We stayed at 'Le Pre Mogue' for one week only and very much regret not staying for two! The villa is breathtakingly beautiful and the facilities throughout the house match up to the stunning exterior. The pictures don't do the house justice in my opinion...it looks even more impressive on arrival with its' well kept and large garden and the extensive terrace area. The jacuzzi is a wonderful addition and we spent many an afternoon/evening in there enjoying a beer or two and the massage it gives you! I felt that this was much nicer than having a pool as the beach was so close at only 100 metres away. Everything is within walking distance from the villa - beach, shops, pattiserie and restaurants and La Turballe is a very 'French' area which is great as it doesn't feel touristy at all. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in La Turballe and the villa played a huge part in making our break so brilliant. Thank you Nicolas and Regine!
