Correspond complètement à la description
Logement très calme avec cette magnifique vue sur la mer . Grand confort de la literie , du mobilier, il ne manque rien en vaisselle ( très jolie d’ailleurs) . Utiliser les jumelles nous a beaucoup plus : pour les bateaux, les oiseaux… merci pour tous ces petits efforts.

Zwei schöne Wochen
Wir waren zwei Wochen zu viert in Châtelaillon-Plage. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet, auch wenn es mit vier Personen und Gepäck schnell etwas eng wird. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, sodass wir nichts vermisst haben. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist super. Sehr zu empfehlen! haben

Das Apartment ist direkt am Strand gelegen - keine 5 Meter Fussweg. Ideal, um den ganzen Tag am Strand zu verbringen. Surf- und Segelschule direkt vor der Tür, ebenfalls ein kleines Strandbistro. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Vermieter reagieren sehr schnell auf alle Fragen. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit.

Un beau séjour en Charentes
Appartement dans une résidence très moderne. Cet appartement est très propre, bien équipé, belle vue sur l'océan. L'accès à la plage est direct et le balcon permet de surveiller les enfants depuis l'appartement. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et cette région est juste magnifique (mention spéciale pour La Rochelle). Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Très bel appartement, bien situé et pourvu de tout le nécessaire (même plus). Belle surprise à notre arrivée puisque les photos de l’annonce ne reflètent pas exactement la réalité qui est beaucoup mieux. En effet, cuisine flambant neuve super équipée ! Un bonheur … Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables à Châtelaillon, parfait pour un couple !

Prima uitgeruste vakantie appartement. De keuken was voorzien van twee inductie kookplaten en aangezien mijn echtgenote vegetarisch is, koken wij liever zelf en gaan niet uit eten. Echter ik vond dat geen probleem kon mij prima redden. Klein minpuntje was ook dat de pannen niet echt geschikt waren voor de inductie. Deze kleine onvolkomenheden vallen weg tegen het riante uitzicht vanaf het appartement op de zee en niet te vergeten een spectaculaire zonsondergang. De eigenaar is bijzonder vriendelijk.

Vue magnifique sur la mer
L'appartement possède un balcon sur lequel on peut déjeuner avec une vue incroyable sur la mer. Le coucher de soleil est grandiose depuis le balcon, ainsi que le spectacle des kite surfeurs en fin de journée. De plus on rejoint la plage directement en bas de l'immeuble par une porte d'accès directement sur le sable. Très pratique avec des enfants. L'appartement est très propre et parfaitement équipé (sèche cheveux, lave linge, lave vaisselle, wifi, ...). En revanche, je vous conseille d'apporter vos propres serviettes si vous les souhaitez moelleuses car celles proposées dans le pack à 20 euros par personne ressemblent aux serviettes rèches de ma grand-mère ;-). De même, côté linge, ceux sont des couvertures qui sont proposées (et non des couettes) donc plus compliqué en cas d'allergies. Mais l'été, pas besoin de couette ni de couverture. Enfin, dernier point, qui m'a le plus gêné mais je suis sensible au bruit, le club voile est situé sur la plage en bas de l'appart, ce qui crée un cliquetis permanent des mâts même quand il n'y a quasiment pas de vent. Quand on ferme la fenêtre, on n'entend plus rien car c'est très bien isolé, mais sur la terrasse, ce bruit est permanent. Après si on n'est pas très sensible à ce bruit de fond, la vue est magique. Dernier point, le "bar port" est installé en contre bas de la terrasse sur la plage. Cela permet de bénéficier des concerts sympas qu'ils proposent certains soirs, mais cela fait un peu de bruit quand on est sur la terrasse.

Cela fait déjà 2 fois que nous venons nous ressourcer dans cette location idéalement placée, face à la mer, face au coucher de soleil et très calme. Nous apprécions aussi la décoration, les équipements, la propreté irréprochable, ... Nous conseillons sans réserve.
