Nice place!
I had comfortable time with my family at this large house with nice view. 5 minutes from the nearest beach (more than 100 steps down). Beatufull beaches, shops, restaurants nerby accessible by car (which is necessary). Very good contact with the host.

Beautiful, Good service, not 300 steps to the beach.
We loved the amazing view. Only for those that want to capture the sunset or sunrise it will be difficult. The 3 little beaches, which you can easily access via 102 steps, are very beautiful. Perfect for snorkeling. We liked them more than the big beaches like costa rei. Only downside was that we don’t have any WiFi there. But the LTE an 5G network works fine. Not in every room but it’s ok. The service was amazing. Very helpful with impressive availability.

Stay in Porto Sa Ruxi
The journey in Porto Sa Ruxi was very good. The beach just below the house is one of the most beautiful of Sardinia. The house was really convenient for our group of 9 people. We just missed few good advise from the owner. Example : there is no wifi and 4g is slow in the house, this connexion would have been appreciated. We also discovered a hidden external shower in the garden very late (the day prior our leave). It would have been perfect to know it earlier. Anyhow, our holiday was great and this place helped a lot. Thank you very much.

Dejligt hus
Villa Rita ligger cirka 300 meter fra vandet, med mulighed for både at gå, en sti oppe ad vejen, går under vejen, og køre ned til stranden. Huset har 2 værelser med dobbeltsenge, resten af sengene er enkelt senge, og efter vores smag for ukomfortable og bløde. Huset er hyggeligt, med en skøn overdækket terasse.

Die Aussicht ist überragend, wer jedoch Telefonieren möchte oder W-LAN benötigt ist hier aufgeschmissen. Des weiteren ist das Haus in einem sehr Renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Duschkabine innen läuft aus, Risse in Wänden und Fliesen,Duschkopf für Aussendusche defekt und Matratzen sind auch durchgelegen. An einer ausreichende Menge an Gläsern fehlte es auch. Aussicht ist nun mal nicht alles.

Bella villa con qualche accuratezza fantastica
La vacanza nel complesso è andata molto bene. Noi eravamo in 9 di cui 3 bambini piccoli( 3-1-1anni) e una delle criticità della casa sono i tanti gradini e in particolare un gradone che divide soggiorno dalla cucina. Il porticato ampio e accogliente per 10 persone come il giardino, davvero spettacolare con la vista sul mare!un altra criticità è l assenza di Wi-fi visto che il cellulare non prende per niente con determinati operatori. L’assenza dell aria condizionata su una delle camere da letto sicuramente la rende un po’ meno prestigiosa delle altre camere. Detto questo la casa è molto bella e il proprietario è molto disponibile… tutto il resto lo fa il mare da sogno e l atmosfera incantevole della Sardegna! Consigliato sicuramente!

Bra för stor fam
Spännande hus som passade alla från 6 år till 67 , värre för vår 94 åring pga av alla trappor inne och ute som vi inte fått med oss i beskrivningen på nätet, bra läge till stränder och lunch , bil är nödvändigt för inköp och kvälls besök på restaurangen , bra utrustat, helt nöjda med bokning och värd kontakten . Fam med 4 generationer på semester !!!

Vacanza a settembre
La casa é molto grande. Noi eravamo in 4 ma può ospitare comodamente 9/10 persone. La posizione é impagabile: la veranda ed il giardino offrono un panorama stupendo...il mare e le cale di Sa Ruxy raggiungibili a 5 minuti a piedi tramite una scalinata a pochi metri dalla casa. Filippo il proprietario é una persona gentilissima e disponibile. La casa è come appare nelle foto. E' molto grande con ampi spazi vivibili ed è particolare in quanto i locali si trovano su piani diversi fra loro. Questo comporta una serie di gradini fra un locale e l'altro ed anche per raggiungere la porta di accesso della casa c'è una scala. Per noi non è stato un problema ma per chi ha problemi di deambulazione può diventarlo. Questa è l'unica nota che segnalerei. Per il resto la casa merita davvero ed è fornita di tutto il necessario. È un buon punto di partenza per visitare altre belle spiagge raggiungibili a 10/15 minuti di auto (Campus, Campulongu, Porto Giunco, Solanas etc). Il primo supermercato raggiungibile in auto si trova a ca. 2 km cosi' come i ristoranti. Ma facendo un paio di km in più si raggiunge Villasimius dove si trovano negozi, supermercati, farmacie, ristoranti e locali di ogni tipo. Se dovessi dare un voto a questa vacanza sarebbe sicuramente un 10 sia per la casa che per le spiagge ed il mare inimitabile della Sardegna.

Une vue de rêve et un emplacement idéal
Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans cette villa. Les petits déjeuners avec la vue incroyable sur la mer resteront un point fort. Le jardin est très bien entretenu. Une très belle plage de sable fin est facilement accessible à pied (10 min avec une centaine de marches). Une très belle piscine (grande et profonde) avec surveillance est accessible dans la copropriété moyennant 1€ par personne par jour. La maison est très spacieuse avec un grand salon, une salle à manger, … Il y a deux grandes chambres avec climatisation et salles de bains. Trois autres chambres avec des lits simples et une salle de bain partagée mais malheureusement sans climatisation et avec un seul ventilateur. Pas de wifi (positif ou négatif ?? 😅). Enfin, notre hôte Filippo a été très arrangeant pour la récupération des clés.

Tolles Haus mit wunderschöner Aussicht
Gut ausgestattetes Haus mit sehr schönem Garten und toller Aussicht. Zum schönen Strand sind es nur ca 100 Stufen. In der Umgebung gibt es unzählige wunderschöne Strände. Nach Villasimius sind es nur ca 10 Minuten mit dem Auto dort gibt es mehrere große Supermärkte und viele Restaurants. Der Kontakt mit Filippo war super. Wir konnten sogar früher einchecken, als die angegebene Check-In Zeit. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil de Filippo et sa disponibilité, la terrasse est très agréable, le jardin bien entretenu et très beau. Nous avons regretté de n’avoir la climatisation que dans 2 chambres car il faisait 33 la journée et 25 la nuit. La plage à proximité est merveilleuse. Manque de chance (début août): les voisins étaient souvent sur leur terrasse jouxtant la notre et mettaient malheureusement souvent de la musique un peu trop fort, et la circulation sur la route en contre bas était assez dense.

Zwei Familien mit je zwei Kindern (4-6 J.) haben in diesem Haus wunderbar Platz. Die Bäder sind neuwertig und der Rest des Hauses etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Haus hat viel Platz und einen schönen Garten mit Dusche, welche wir sehr geschätzt haben. Der Weg zum Strand (zu Fuss) dauert 5 Minuten und ist auch mit den Kindern gut machbar. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Un'ottima esperienza!
La casa è in una posizione molto comoda, si raggiunge facilmente in 2 minuti a piedi, tramite una scalinata ed un sottopassaggio la spiaggia di Porto Sa Ruxi (splendida e attrezzata) e in pochi minuti d'auto tutte le spiagge nei dintorni di Villasimius. La casa è pulita, ben equipaggiata con elettrodomestici, stoviglie, biancheria, molto spaziosa e con una vista pazzesca. Il proprietario è stato gentile, disponibile e facilmente raggiungibile. Un'ottima esperienza!

Einfach traumhaft
Wir haben herrliche Tage in diesem Haus verbracht. Der Blick aufs Meer ist ein Traum und der Fußweg dahin kurz. Der Strand ist wundervoll sauber, wem es zu voll ist, der läuft einfach etwas weiter zur nächsten Bucht. Das Haus hat eine interessante Aufteilung, viele verschiedene Ebenen und etliche Treppen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und man findet eigentlich alles, was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

Feeling wie in einem großen italienischen Familien-Strandhaus. Recht urig, rustikal und etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr charmant, geräumig und der Garten, die Aussicht und Strand sind einfach überwältigend schön.

Wunderschönes, sehr grosszügiges Haus mit einem schönen Garten und einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf das Meer und den Traumstrand von Porto Sa Ruxi. Es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist toll und ruhig, innerhalb weniger Minuten ist man zu Fuss am Strand. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was es braucht und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert und gut. Tolles Haus in welchem man gut auch mit zwei Parteien Ferien machen könnte. Für Kleinkinder auf Grund der vielen Treppen eher weniger geeignet aberes gibt genügend Möbel mit welchen man es sich sicher einrichten kann. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!
