Im Grünen bei guter Anbindung zum Golfe de Morbihan

Ruhig gelegen mit sehr schöner privater Terrasse mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang, großer Gemeinschaftsgarten zum Teilen mit anderen Ferienwohnungen. Fussläufig zum Zentrum von Arradon. Sehr freundlicher, unkomplizierter Vermieter, gibt gerne Tipps für Aktivitäten und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Kommunikation mit FeWo-direkt Verwaltung selber leider nicht gut, nur Chat mit künstlicher Intelligenz. Deshalb dafür nur ein Stern. Optimal für 4 Personen, da nicht alle Schlafzimmer durch Türen voneinander getrennt.

Au calme et près de tout pourtant :)

Un endroit charmant, un petit chemin bucolique pour descendre au village, de l espace extérieur à volonté pour les enfants, un hôte bienveillant et de bon conseil pour les excursions à mener. Parfait pour les vacances en famille.

Clean and tidy

Pleasant and helpful owner. Missing coffee maker, new one provided very quickly. Accommodation clean but in need of some tlc, no lampshades anywhere, just bare light bulbs, picture hooks on walls but no pictures! Living/kitchen/dining area open plan and not big. Kitchen adequate but no proper oven, only a small oven/grill on the floor under the draining board, microwave also in low cupboard, something to be aware of if you have children, not really very safe. Downstairs bedroom has a fridge and kitchen area (!) and no clothes storage space. Two more bedrooms in the roof space have some storage. Balcony is a real sun trap, lovely, but noise from apartments below can be a nuisance especially if midnight partying is going on! This apartment was fine for the two of us and it is in an excellent position for visiting the area. Arradon is a lovely village, beaches are nearby and the supermarket is 5 minutes away and is good for everything you need.

Appartement dans une ancienne ferme rénovée interieurement, très fonctionnel au design très agréable dans un cadre verdoyant avec le golfe du Morbihan pas loin. L'avantage de l'ancien sans les inconvénients. Notre séjour de plus de 15 jours s'est très bien passe. Calme, repos...La superbe terrasse en bois permet de profiter du soleil les beaux jours. Et le propriétaire, fait vraiment tout pour que le séjour se passe du mieux possible. Le centre du village est accessible a pied a 300m environ. Un supermarché pas loin pour les courses plus conséquentes. Nous reviendrons j’espère.

Nous avons été ravi de notre séjour dans le Morbihan, région que nous ne connaissions pas. Nous avons apprécié le logement fonctionnel situé dans un environnement très agréable à proximité d'un axe routier ( sans en avoir les inconvénients) menant à Vannes . En plus nous avons eu un super temps ce qui nous a permis de dîner sur la terrasse.

APPARTEMENT CALME ET CONFORTABLE

Appartement dans la nature très calme et confortable à 10 minutes de Vannes et à 5 minutes de la mer. Idéal pour une famille avec des enfants (mais pas de chien), supermarché à proximité. L'appartement est au 1er étage avec un balcon. Il est indispensable toutefois d'avoir une voiture pour profiter de ses vacances. Une place de parking est assurée. Je recommande cette location dont le propriétaire est très aimable.

Appartement moderne et agréable

Nous avons eu de bons contacts avec le propriétaire et l'appartement était agréable à vivre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les 3 cabinets de toilette. L'endroit était calme et le rez de jardin pratique avec des enfants. J'ai signalé au propriétaire que des placards pour suspendre les vêtements manquaient dans les chambres.

Chez Mr Malidin, tout est parfait : du sens de l'accuerril à la qualité des appartements. Durant notre séjour de 15 jours, Mr Malidin fut disponible pour nous donner des conseils pour découvrir la région tout en restant très discret. Les appartements sont de très belle réalisation et présentent tout l'équipement idéal pour des vacances de rêve. Ils sont également idéalement situés pour une découverte complète du golfe et de la région.
