Schöner Urlaub
Wir sind mit 2 Hunden gereist und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Zum 1.war das Haus geräumig, mit einem großen Garten und somit für die Hunde ideal. Hinter dem Garten war wirklich das Meer,aber das Wasser war meist weg. Es war ein schönes ruhiges Dorf und es gab einen tollen Radweg zum San Mont Michel. Wir haben viele schöne Städte besucht und hatten eine super schöne Zeit. Für Hundebesitzer ist das Haus und die Gegend ideal. Die Formalitäten wurden auch schnell erledigt,da wir uns gegenseitig nicht verständigen konnten,aber das war alles kein Problem.

Merci pour l'accueil et pour vos gentils conseils sur la visite de la region! Je recommande a 100% maison au top, idealement située ! Les bretons sont très accueillants ! Enorme + de pouvoir amené son chien PARTOUT, accepté par les propriétaires et également dans enormement de commerces et restaurants ! Les grandes Grèves a Cherrueix
L hébergement etait en corelation avec se qui etait annoncé. Je me suis senti comme chez moi. Un vrai havre de paix. Un immense jardin qui a permis a ma chienne de profiter de ses vacances. La region magnifique et 15 jours de vacances excellente car lle soleil etait au RDV

Schöner Ort, super Lage, veraltete Ausstattung und unfreundliche Vermieter
Die Lage vom Haus ist super, das Haus an sich ist auch gut. Leider ist die Ausstattung inzwischen sehr veraltet. Kühlschrank und Waschmaschinen total verrostet, Sitz vom Fahrrad mit Löchern, Außenliegen nicht nutzbar. Vermieter ist sehr unfreundlich und versucht Kaution einzustreichen. Nachträglich unerklärliche Kosten für Strom von über 120€ verlangt, ohne dass dies vorher besprochen wurde. Aufgrund der Vermieter würde ich dies nicht mehr bestellen.

L'emplacement de la maison est idéal : à mi distance entre Saint Malo et le Mont St Michel. De plus, la proximité de la baie, sans route à traversée est très appréciable.

Séjour très agréable, gîte très appréciable.
Séjour des plus agréables, tout était réuni pour passer un excellent moment. Gîte très confortable et bien équipé, grand terrain, tranquillité, belle vue sur mer, proximité du village. La localisation du gîte permet de découvrir et de profiter pleinement des atouts des environs de la baie du Mont saint Michel. On reviendra.

Gite jardin et intérieur bien entretenus.
région intéressante au point de vue architectural.(Dol de Bretagne, Cancale, Fougère, ST Malo, Combourg et bien sur le Mo nt St MIchel. ETC... La grève au fond du jardin fut la joie de mon chien, courir après les lapins et se rouler dans la salicorne. Et la balade du soir sur la piste cyclable vers la Chapelle St Anne avec en point de mire le Mont St Michel et tout le long de la balade de jolies maisons bretonnes avec leurs jardins impeccables. 15 jours (en fin juin 2023) très très agréables avec un temps splendide. Les plateaux de fruits de mer et les huitres plates (mes préférées) . Nous y sommes bien plus, style bien différent de chez nous (bassin d'Arcachon). Gite a recommander pour ceux qui veulent des vacances dans un gite simple mais avec tout se qui faut (surtout une très bonne literie) confortable et propre. Une documentation très détaillée sur la région. Et même si il n'y a pas internet, on s'en passe pour 15 jours surtout que la 4G est facile d'accès. Encore merci à Mr et Mme MAHEU (pour la bouteille de cidre fermier et les oeufs frais qui ont été appréciés).

Ein wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage für einen erholsamen Urlaub
Die Lage des Haus ist traumhaft direkt am Strand. Das Haus ist sauber und man findet alles was man braucht. Wir haben den Urlaub dort sehr genossen, die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Tres bon accueil en arrivant. Maison très propre et très bien équipée. Accès a la baie direct à partir du jardin, d'un côté balade jusqu'à la chapelle de Sainte Anne et de l'autre côté arrivée a Cherrueix. (Aire de jeux superbe en arrivant) Je recommande!

Gîte idéalement placé
Le gîte est idéalement placé en bordure de la baie du Mont St Michel. M. Et Mme Maheu les propriétaires nous ont réservés un accueil très sympathique. Le gîte regorge d'informations sur les activités locales, les villes à visiter et aussi les restaurants aux alentours. Un grand terrain autour de la maison très bien sécurisé pour les enfants mais aussi nos amis à 4 pattes. De grandes balades au départ de l'arrière du gîte le long de la baie. Nous y retournerons.

Owners have unrealistic expectations and property too small
The listing states 3 bathrooms but in reality there is one family bathroom and one downstairs toilet. The accommodation downstairs is very small. Lounge diner dominated by large table and the settees are small. In reality difficult for more than 3 adults to sit in lounge comfortably. Volleyball posts rotten and broke when my 12 year old grandson bumped into net. Lots of unnecessary rules such as we must wash plastic garden furniture after use. Owners not welcoming at all. They wanted 200 euros deposit for damages which we were happy to pay. On exit they were late for the prearranged time when we needed to get away for ferry. Over the top inspection of every room and charged 25 euros as they claimed bathroom not clean. We regularly stay in cottages in France and always leave them clean and tidy which we did in this case. Very disappointed mainly by the attitude of the owners.
